Sebastian is a great host! The house is amazing, big, very comfortable! We had a couple of problems, like a broken coffee maker and a leak in the sink, and he solved everything that same day. Worth every penny! Thank you!

Our host Sebastian made us feel right at home with a personal meet and greet. The place is amazing! It’s beautiful and spacious. On my next visit I will not hesitate to stay here again!

My three adult kids, their spouses and their children all gathered with me to have a wonderful, week long summer vacation~The two swimming pools, the front yard beach, the nearby restaurants, the close-by attractions were all perfect and easily accessible. Sebastian was SO helpful at checking us in, and then quickly answered all our questions and concerns over the week that we were there. We were very grateful for a beautiful home to gather together~

We absolutely loved our stay at Sebastian’s place! The home is beautiful, and the views are exactly as pictured. Sebastian was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially with helping us navigate the area and finding some of the beautiful black-sand beaches nearby. The location is also convenient to everything you may need on that side of Costa Rica. I definitely recommend having a rental car, especially if you plan to explore beaches and excursions, as some activities are a little farther away. There are also golf carts available to rent for getting around locally. Having a car gave us the freedom to explore, and everything was well worth the drive. We enjoyed the pool so much that we left some pool toys behind for future guests to enjoy. 😊 Beautiful home, amazing views, helpful host, and a wonderful Costa Rica experience. I would absolutely recommend booking Sebastian’s place!

The home was beautiful and matched the description. We did not realize that the home was on a main street, so it was not easy to walk to the beach. That wasn't too much of an issue because we ended up driving to beaches that were a little further away and required a car anyway.

The Sanctuary is just that! What a beautiful home and location. Being next to the estuary and just about the last home on beachfront was fabulous! The calm, warm waters of the bay were perfect for our family of 10 (2 young children). Honestly, the home is even more special in person. The pools were pristine and the grounds beautifully cared for. We felt super safe with all the security in place by the host, but the area around felt safe and welcoming as well. There are plenty of local restaurants, and Sebastian gave great recommendations and a local market we frequented when grilling. Sunsets every night right in front of us, and howler monkeys at dusk and dawn - could we ask for more? Sebastian was super responsive, linens wonderfully soft, and air conditioning and WiFi perfect. The home was more than we have ever done, but it was worth every penny. Responsible adults are definitely needed with 2 pools and children, but I’d assume all would know this. Amazing place!

It was a family trip. The house was very well located, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Just as seen in the photos and indicated in the description. Everything was excellent. Sebastián is friendly and very clear in his instructions. I highly recommend it. Thank you!

My family really enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean, comfortable and well located. There was no noise. In addition, communication with Sebastián was excellent.

Beautiful home right on the water. Plenty of space and privacy. Sebastian was a rock star taking care of us. For a small fee, even did our initial grocery shopping so we had a full kitchen when we checked in.

Our 6-night stay was perfect! There were 9 of us, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The restaurants and beach bars were all within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. The host was very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
