Everything is excellent. The house is very comfortable and spacious, as shown in the listing. We spent some beautiful days in Uvita!

Very clean house with amenities. Close to all the beaches. During thunderstorms or heavy rain, you should know that you will have very little or no power because it is cut off

The house was clean and the pool was well maintained, the house looks like the pictures, it is also in a really good location. Be aware that the address is not correct in Airbnb listing so the host will have to meet you to take you to the right place. Also there is no self check in either, the host will have to meet you to give you the keys. We were suspicious of not wanting communication via Airbnb but everything was fine at the end.

Hi Jorge, thanks so much for your review! We're so glad you appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the well-maintained pool, the accurate representation of the photos, and the great location! We take great pride in those aspects of Villa Uvita. We understand the address issue can be frustrating. While Costa Rican addresses can be tricky with Airbnb's system, we've implemented clearer directions to help guests find the property more easily. We have also put a lock box for the client's keys that way self self-check-in is possible. We understand some guests may be hesitant to use WhatsApp before check-in, and we respect that. We primarily use Airbnb messaging, but we find that WhatsApp can be a more efficient way to share helpful information like driving directions and local tips once guests have arrived. Of course, communicating through Airbnb is always an option. We are commited to offer all our guest the best experience when visiting the property and the area. We hope to see you in the future for you to enjoy Villa Uvita one more time!

We, a family of 5, stayed three nights in the house. The place is exactly as described, very well equipped and close to supermarkets, restaurants, beach in a safe area. Communication was good, all in all we can recommend the house.

This house was immaculate, spacious, and everything needed for a private con vacation in Costa Rica. The pool is small, it is perfect for a relaxing afternoon on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and so is the living area. It’s in a perfect location, close to everything.

The house met all expectations, the layout of the house is very good and there is visibility of the pool from much of the house what facilitates when traveling with children who use the pisicina. Very good location with many activities in the surroundings and excellent attention from the host. 100% recommended and will definitely be my first option to return to the area.

Communication with Jonathan (co-host) was excellent, with attention at all times. We were fortunate to have them let us pass the entrance. The house was perfect with small details that make the stay unbeatable. We felt right at home, of those times when the house is better than the photos posted. Very nice stay at Uvita, traveled with our twin toddlers and family and it was a great place for them to enjoy the pool and house. Very close to everything, walking distance to supermarket and pharmacy. Would recommend! Host was super responsive and accommodating. Was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the home. Great place ! Thank you !

Jay's place was wonderful! Incredibly clean, super walkable and close to various amenities, and Jay was always responsive and helpful. It was the perfect place for our stay in Uvita and I would love to go back!

This was a great stay for me and my familiy. Everything is exactly like the photos and its in a nice and private cul-de-sac. Theres a ton of beaches close by and a supermarket a few blocks away. The house itself was very clean and everything was pretty new. The pool was nice and clean as well. Recommended stay, host was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive.

This was a great house for our stay as we enjoyed the many conveniences of a modern home located in the center of town, within walking distance to most neighborhood amenities in a safe, quiet and practical area.

Very fast and proactive communication with the host. We spent family holiday in Costa Rica. Within 16 days we used about about 7 different accommodations and this one gave us the real feeling like at home from the first moment. Good position to explore the Uvita surroundings.
