Maison très propre avec équipements. Proche de toutes les plages. Lors d’orages ou forte pluie il faut savoir que vous n’aurez que très peu de courant voir pas du tout car cela se coupe

The house was clean and the pool was well maintained, the house looks like the pictures, it is also in a really good location. Be aware that the address is not correct in Airbnb listing so the host will have to meet you to take you to the right place. Also there is no self check in either, the host will have to meet you to give you the keys. We were suspicious of not wanting communication via Airbnb but everything was fine at the end.

We, a family of 5, stayed three nights in the house. The place is exactly as described, very well equipped and close to supermarkets, restaurants, beach in a safe area. Communication was good, all in all we can recommend the house.

This house was immaculate, spacious, and everything needed for a private con vacation in Costa Rica. The pool is small, it is perfect for a relaxing afternoon on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and so is the living area. It’s in a perfect location, close to everything.

La casa cumplió con todas las expectativas, la distribucion de la casa es muy buena y se tiene visibilidad de la piscina desde gran parte de la casa lo que facilita cuando se viaja con niños que utilizan la pisicina. Muy buena ubicacion con muchas actividades en los alrededores y excelente atencion por parte del host. 100% recomendada y definitivamente será mi primera opcion para volver a la zona.

La comunicación con Jonathan (coanfitrion) fue excelente, con atención en todo momento. Tuvimos la suerte de que nos dejasen adelantar la entrada. La casa estaba perfecta con pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia inmejorable. Nos sentimos como en casa, de esas veces en las que la casa es mejor que las fotos publicadas. Recomiendo que se alojen en esta estancia para hacer su visita a Uvita la mejor de las experiencias. Muchas gracias por su atención, amabilidad. Pura vida. Hasta pronto

Very nice stay at Uvita, traveled with our twin toddlers and family and it was a great place for them to enjoy the pool and house. Very close to everything, walking distance to supermarket and pharmacy. Would recommend! Host was super responsive and accommodating. Was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the home. Great place ! Thank you !

Jay's place was wonderful! Incredibly clean, super walkable and close to various amenities, and Jay was always responsive and helpful. It was the perfect place for our stay in Uvita and I would love to go back!
