The place is located on Playa Negra. It's quite comfortable with everything you need for a quick stay. I think the check-in instructions could be sent earlier, since at some point you feel that Airbnb doesn't exist, especially since they didn't send me the address or instructions until we were going to check in. I understand if it's for safety, but the truth is that now everything is more expeditious. Otherwise Jordan was attentive, the place was very clean, nice and pleasant.

We stayed in the house as a family of 4 for 1 week and felt very comfortable. Jordan was always available and helpful and gave us valuable tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

The place is lovely, as well it is described in the site, we had an amazing time there. It is close to the beach and Puerto Viejo, it is a perfect place for a romantic stay or a family trip. The only problem was to check in, it was stressful to coordinate.

Jordan was great in communicating before check in and during our trip. We had an issue that came up (no fault of his or the home) and he responded right away and came out with maintenance to resolve it. The home was as described, the area is so close to amazing restaurants and walking distance to a bodega and the ocean.

Lovely place, good layout, and was very well appointed. Jordan was very helpful throughout. Area was good, close to the beach but also very quiet and relaxing area.

Jordan was super communicative. The house itself was exactly as described and was a short walk to magnificent and unique Playa Negra black sand beach. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The only reason for 4-stars and not 5 are relatively minor things that may be particular to our (a couple with a 7-yo child) needs: - the house was not stocked with any household supplies like soap, paper towel, cooking oil, etc. (although there were plenty of towels which was good) - the pool doesn’t have a shallow end which wasnt the best for our son. Its 4-ft deep across so he could still swim in it but had to be watched the whole time (not an issue if only adults or bigger kids). - while the location is ideal to walk to playa negra which we loved, if you plan to visit beaches south of Puerto Viejo like playa Cocles and manzanillo, the traffic can be really bad back and forth and you’ll spend a few hours in the car driving just a few kilometers. Jordan was very kind and responsive. The house is beautiful, the beds comfortable and the location perfect. We had plenty of hot water, also for showering. The pool was big enough for us, 12 sqm is in the description. Dishwasher and air conditioning in the kitchen-living room would be desirable. In my opinion, the chairs at the dining table are only suitable for athletically slim people. Beautiful outdoor area with enough sun/shade. In the kitchen and in the small bathroom we saw cockroaches, here you have to expect, Jordan took care of it immediately.

Thank you so much, Jordan for picking my mom and her boyfriend up by the Hotel to bring them personal to the House He showed them everything how it works in the house and he is very nice to them and said all the question perfectly so how is the spotless and very clean and sub great houses in a great location thank you so much Sean to make them a great stay and your B&B and will definitely back in next year. This house was a great find for my family of four. It served as a good home base for exploring the area. Not super walkable but the black sand beach, sushi restaurant, and small market nearby can be gotten to on foot. Short drive to town center. The pool is small by most standards but was food for my family with two young kids. A/C in the bedrooms, but none in the living area. Beautifully made home with luxurious bathrooms, but little to no hot water. While this is common in CR, always hard for me. Local host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Very nice house, close to the beach and Puerto Viero. Jordan welcomed us very warmly and was accommodating despite the late arrival time and remains easily reachable for any request or questions. We were very pleased with our stay. Pura vidaaa

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Eco De Las Olas. The house is lovely and we had a great time in the pool. Jordan was a great host and always responded quickly to any request. We especially loved lounging by the pool in the evening and listening to the waves crashing at Playa Negra. We had a great time and recommend a stay at Villa Eco De las Olas. Thanks Jordan!

Great house with a great host. Short walk from Playa Negra and Banana Azul beach front restaurant. The beach is beautiful and not as crowded as others, with lots of shade. Beds are very comfortable and house is clean and well-designed. The host Jordan was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. Out of many, many air bnb’s he was one of the most helpful hosts I have had.
