El lugar se ubica en playa negra. Es bastante cómodo con lo necesario para una estadía rápida. Considero que las instrucciones de llegada podrían ser enviadas con más anticipación ya que en algún momento llega a sentir uno que no existe el Airbnb, sobre todo porque no me enviaban la dirección ni instrucciones hasta que fuésemos a entrar. Comprendo si es por seguridad, pero la verdad es que ahora todo es más expedito. Por lo demás Jordan fue atento, el lugar muy limpio, bonito y agradable.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie für 1 Woche in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jordan war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place is lovely, as well it is described in the site, we had an amazing time there. It is close to the beach and Puerto Viejo, it is a perfect place for a romantic stay or a family trip. The only problem was to check in, it was stressful to coordinate.

Jordan was great in communicating before check in and during our trip. We had an issue that came up (no fault of his or the home) and he responded right away and came out with maintenance to resolve it. The home was as described, the area is so close to amazing restaurants and walking distance to a bodega and the ocean.

Lovely place, good layout, and was very well appointed. Jordan was very helpful throughout. Area was good, close to the beach but also very quiet and relaxing area.

Jordan was super communicative. The house itself was exactly as described and was a short walk to magnificent and unique Playa Negra black sand beach. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The only reason for 4-stars and not 5 are relatively minor things that may be particular to our (a couple with a 7-yo child) needs: - the house was not stocked with any household supplies like soap, paper towel, cooking oil, etc. (although there were plenty of towels which was good) - the pool doesn’t have a shallow end which wasnt the best for our son. Its 4-ft deep across so he could still swim in it but had to be watched the whole time (not an issue if only adults or bigger kids). - while the location is ideal to walk to playa negra which we loved, if you plan to visit beaches south of Puerto Viejo like playa Cocles and manzanillo, the traffic can be really bad back and forth and you’ll spend a few hours in the car driving just a few kilometers. Jordan war sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem und die Lage perfekt. Wir hatten ausreichend heißes Wasser, auch zum Duschen. Der Pool war für uns groß genug, 12 qm steht in der Beschreibung. Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage in der Wohnküche wären wünschenswert. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind meiner Ansicht nach nur für sportlich schlanke Menschen geeignet. Schöner Aussenbereich mit genügend Sonne/Schatten. In der Küche und im kleinen Bad haben wir Kakerlaken gesehen, hier muss man wohl damit rechnen, Jordan kümmerte sich sofort darum.

This house was a great find for my family of four. It served as a good home base for exploring the area. Not super walkable but the black sand beach, sushi restaurant, and small market nearby can be gotten to on foot. Short drive to town center. The pool is small by most standards but was food for my family with two young kids. A/C in the bedrooms, but none in the living area. Beautifully made home with luxurious bathrooms, but little to no hot water. While this is common in CR, always hard for me. Local host was very responsive and easy to work with.
