Excellent place to relax and enjoy with the family. The house is very cozy, and the pier and the palapa in the lagoon are the best. You can spend the whole day there with the family.

Casa Nahil is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for peace and relaxation. The property is quiet, beautifully maintained, and offers an outstanding access to the lagoon, making it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, or simply taking in the breathtaking views. Waking up to the calm waters the morning was a highlight of our stay. The atmosphere is tranquil, the location is excellent, and everything is perfect for disconnecting from everyday life. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Casa Nahil to anyone visiting the area.

The house is beautiful, its kitchen is very complete and the refrigerator is a good size to have a good pantry there since the house is far from the village (15min by car). The fact that the house has a private dock and you don't share it with other guests is amazing. In the other places where I've stayed, I always had to share. The land is very large and if you go with children they have plenty of room to play. There are board games, kayaks and swings in the house. Joel (the caretaker of the house) is super attentive and always available to help. Everything 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a unique, private place with well-maintained facilities. A private dock with a huge and well-kept green area. Dafne is always attentive and with local recommendations. Joel, who lives a few meters from the house, is always available!

Points + Exceptional location: secluded in nature, in the forest, no neighbors. Private dock and palapa (with hammocks, sun loungers...) private on the edge of the beautiful lagoon, secluded. 3 kayaks available including 2 doubles. Well-equipped modern home, design, beautiful materials High speed showers. The caretaker of the house who lives nearby can help if needed Points - None, nothing negative!!! Having your car is a must, the house is secluded. We'll be happy to go back!!

I stayed with a group of 6 and loved this house and location. We spent most our time outside on the dock. The water was amazing and so blue. The host was very responsive and helpful. Our only issue is we love to cook and the stove doesn’t get hot enough to cook most food or takes a long time. We made sure to use correct pans and center them. The water never boiled, could only make scrambled eggs which took much longer. The house is beautiful but you can definitely tell that whoever designed it was not a chef! They offered a charcoal grill but didn’t know that before so make sure to pick up charcoal before. Even with this Kitchen I would still stay here because everything else was so great. Next time will just need to prepare better so we don’t waste food and still eat in. Grateful for the magical moments made here. ✨

We really liked the accommodation, it has a lot of privacy, the dock is amazing… we enjoyed the tranquility.

A private space, the main room is quite spacious. The other two quite well. The private dock is very nice. If older adults are going it can be difficult to go up and down the stairs to the pier. The house is very comfortable and clean. Ten minutes from downtown Bacalar.

The house is gorgeous, private and right on the lagoon. Our host was extremely responsive (the property is managed by a family that lives nearby). It’s a 15 min drive into town, we bought groceries in chetumal as recommended

Was very peaceful and felt very comfortable being on the property. The lagoon is beyond beautiful and the property gives you lagoon access right from your very own dock.

This place was simply amazing !! The photos did not do justice . Very clean , very helpful staff , very private ! It’s the best color water of the whole lagoon . Extremely private ! Will definitely book again and already recommended all of my friends to come and enjoy this breathtaking Airbnb .

Due to the construction of the Maya Railway, the road to Bacalar is somewhat crowded and needs to be noted to reach the B&B, there are two forks and another fork into Sac-Ha which requires taking the left fork. It is recommended to provide more trash bags in the room.If you plan to cook your own meals, it is recommended that the big supermarket in Chetumal now buy foot water and ingredients, the bazaar in Bacalar only runs until 11am, fresh meat and fish are only on the bazaar, and there are not many vegetable varieties. Aside from some minor flaws, we were happy with the choice.

Bernardo is indeed a super host! Great communication all the way through! We were greeted when we arrived and Karina made sure we knew where everything was located! Joel was on hand to help us whenever we needed something. Casa Nahil was beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable and we had all we could have wanted! Access to the lagoon is fabulous, and hanging out under the palapa a joy! We took the kayaks and canoe out on some fun adventures and appreciated having those available to us. Thank you to Bernardo, Joel, and Karina for taking such good care of us!! We look forward to returning next year!!
