There are not enough words in the English language to describe what a perfect place this is. We were in a bind when we showed up to another spot we had booked and it was full of ants and loud construction we were not made aware of. We needed another spot fast. I reached out regarding this diamond of a place and they immediately took action to have it ready for us within the hour. Such great service! The house is GORGEOUS! It is like having your own private boutique hotel. Great A/C, clean, and amazing location to walk around Sayulita. We also hired JJ to come cook breakfast for us each morning and it was incredible. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Sayulita.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Sol y Luna! It was the perfect setup for our friend group of eight. The living room/pool areas were very comfortable and served as a great central gathering space for all of us to hang out. The beds were comfortable and all of the linens looked brand new. The location is also unbeatable - we were able to walk basically everywhere we wanted to go in Sayulita without any hassle. Mikael and his property manager, Jewel, were fantastic to work with. Jewel was our primary contact during the stay, and both of them were highly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this villa for a group trip!

What a perfect abode! We stayed with three generations of family and loved the privacy and solitude that the 3 separate casitas provided while being able to gather in the large communal space, both in the kitchen area and the pool. The setting is pristine, with gorgeous plants everywhere, meticulously maintained by the friendly and joyous Edwardo. The pool design and placement feels like a natural grotto in a park and the house is set back from the road, providing a sense of solace and sovereignty. Jewel is a gracious host who was always responsive, kind, and clear. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

We had a great Christmas stay! Description and photos matched the house. Was a great layout for our group - my parents, sister & boyfriend then my husband and our two kids. We liked that the kitchen and living area was completely separate from the bedrooms allowing the adults to have the ability to socialize freely after the kids went to bed. Unit is walkable to beach and a few restaurants. Responsive host - provided recommendations, quick answers and even put up a few Christmas decorations :)

This house was perfect for our group. It is extremely charming with a beautiful grotto-style pool, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The common area was large and comfortable, as well. It is across the street from the beach (the quieter part of the beach) and walking distance to the town center. It is steps away from a great little coffee shop and a delicious restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to visit again.

I just loved my stay at this beautiful house. It’s one block to the beach, by the north shore where the beach is not crowded and it’s peaceful. I got the entire house to myself. The large master bedroom is located upstairs. The other two bedrooms are downstairs and you walk a cute stone path to get there. There is a lot of privacy and nature surrounding this place. The highlight is the private swimming pool, surrounded by plants and flowers. The care takers are amazing and they came in minutes when I needed them. I will definitely stay at this place again in the future!

House was in a perfect location. Easy walk to beach and town, while still being quiet. Setup and layout of house is great for 3 couples or a family. Jewel was a great help in coordinating transportation and helped us in arranging a chef to come to the house. Great experience all around.

Our stay at Casa sol y luna was delightful. It was a really unique property with a lovely pool and garden. It’s in a cute part of town— much quieter on the north side as other reviewers noted. The beach is a few minutes walk from the place, however it is not a swimmable beach unless your are a very strong swimmer. The waves are huge and beautiful. It is excellent for sunsets or playing in the sand. But it was not safe for our young children to even get close to the water at all. It is very important to rent a golf cart (a rental car is not a good idea as it would be very difficult to maneuver the small streets or park anywhere). We used Amanecer for the golf cart rental and car service from the airport. The place is a quick golf cart ride to the center of town, to the playa de los muertos beach (which is swimmable and super fun), and all the best restaurants. A great place to stay!

The house is laid out very well and it's pretty cool for each group of people to have their own little casita. It is conveniently located near Chaman for great breakfast and two doors down from Bonito Cafe for morning coffee. One block from the beach and Le Camion for drinks and burgers is awesome!

Highly recommend! I’ve been coming down to this area for a long time and this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in Sayulita! Thank you for having us!

This house is absolutely worth the price for the location and the lush, private pool. This was the perfect place for 3 couples to spend time relaxing together in the open-air kitchen or cooling off in the pool, and its so accessible - we didn’t need to rent a golf cart. It’s a flat 10-15 minute walk into town, and it’s right by my favorite part of the beach - quieter, plenty of space, and the taco truck and La Sirena beach bar are right there (<5 min walk from the house). It’s the quieter side of town and right next to rooftop yoga. Be aware that, because it’s an open-air kitchen, you should store your food in the fridge or drawers or a small animal friend may help themselves! But this place is super special, I would love to rent it again.

Stunning location, very close to the beach. Was exactly as depicted. Jewel was amazingly responsive. The setup was perfect. Everything worked well…will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the North Side of Sayulita very much. Our hostess, Jewel was extremely responsive and friendly as we got checked in and had a few questions about the area. Plenty of great restaurants, very short walk to beautiful beaches and friendly locals. I would definitely recommend getting a ride from the airport and renting a golf cart at the house. Parking for a car or suv on many of the roads in town would be tricky, but navigating a golf cart was pretty seamless. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living area concept with indoor bedrooms and cold air conditioners for sleeping. Great place!

An amazing place to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. My best friends and I had a great time, we really enjoyed the pool, and the beautiful garden.

The home was absolutely beautiful! We loved the open concept of the living space to the outdoors and felt like we were nestled into a jungle by the pool! There was great AC in the rooms so we slept great every night. The location was perfect- close to the beach, and walkable to downtown, while still being in a quiet neighborhood away from the late night noise of the town. Would defiantly recommend to anyone, and would stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying at Mikaels place. It was clean, peaceful, and beautiful. Loved that the beach was about 5 minutes away walking, and the center of sayulita about a 20 minute walk away! We had a blast! Thank you!

Awesome place! The place was perfect for our family of four. Huge pool, beautiful living room, great kitchen, and really nice comfortable beds. The location of the property was right next to the beach and close to all the markets and restaurant. Our host was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! You have everything you need to feel at home and more. Great communication with Mikael and Jewel. The very equipped kitchen, the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good size pool, common areas perfect for living together. You are 5 minutes from the beach walking and you have umbrellas, chairs and ice for your use in the house. We would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for an incredible place to stay, THIS IS IT! It is a hidden gem within the town. Words can’t describe how incredible this home is. The pictures online don’t do it justice. This property was absolutely perfect for 6 adults, all with private suites. We went on a family vacation to Sayulita and this home made a lot of our trip. The personal pool between the rooms gave us unforgettable memories. The rooms are spacious and I LOVE the fact that each room has its own full bathroom. The open concept large kitchen/ living combo was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed cooking our breakfast every morning. Even with the humidity the large fans made it comfortable to relax and cook! This location is close to the beach, yoga, downtown, and so many food places outside of the downtown area. We felt so safe and will back!! CHEERS!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house and garden are lovely and the pool was fantastic! A short walk into the heart of town and a block away from the beach. Mike and Jewel were wonderful hosts and very helpful and responsive when we needed anything. If you’re looking for a place that is spacious, convenient and comfortable, this is it!

It offered everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and its location couldn't have been better. From the outset, communication with Mike and the property manager, Jewel, was excellent. They were responsive and readily available to assist with any queries. The property is conveniently situated just one block away from the beach. It was effortless to grab the provided beach chairs and umbrella and take a short stroll down to the sandy shores. The house itself features an open living area that seamlessly connects to a backyard oasis adorned with lush greenery surrounding the inviting pool. The layout of the house is intriguing; the main kitchen/living area is open, while the bedrooms are situated separately. Fantastic home for our crew of 4. Each kid had their own casita, which was fun for them. Pool was great after an ocean swim. Two doors down from Bonito Cafe, which had a killer breakfast, smoothie and coffee game. Highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Sol y Luna. We chose this home because of the proximity to the beach and because it was not up on the hills of Sayulita. It was a good fit for my elderly mother, who doesn't do well with lots of climbing and stairs. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all the rooms were very private. It's great to have separate spaces with AC to retire to after hanging out in the open-air common space. Mike and Jewel were wonderful hosts and very responsive. We would stay here again.

This place was the coolest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Such a beautiful spot. Great location and simply stunning stay. Mike and Jewell were so lovely to have as hosts as they were so helpful. I plan on staying here again in the future if possible. So close to the beach and downtown but also far enough away to feel secluded I would just stay in the air bnb it was so nice

Had a great stay here in Sayulita. Beautiful oasis like a garden of Eden surrounding the pool and open kitchen area. Separate private bedrooms made for a delightful stay. This place was amazing!
