Absolutely loved this location in Mexico City ! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Mexico City! This location was perfect for seeing the sights, finding delightful restaurants & accessing the rest of the city! We loved the terrace and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and precisely cleaned! Thank you!!!!

lovely place and location

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is very nice and the area is beautiful. The only drawback we had was waiting for about an hour to be let in when we first arrived. We were tired from the trip, so it was upsetting to have to wait. From there on out, everything was perfect.

Dave and Nat were incredible! They were very helpful and responsive. It was such an easy process. Their place is fantastic and they have a very cute terrace. Great views. Overall we had an easy and wonderful experience

We loved staying at this apartment, it had everything we needed, it was in a great location, the host was always responsive and helpful.

Stayed here for a week with my family and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and everything within easy walking distance. The space itself was beautiful and very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay at Dave and Nat's. We were a group of 5 and it perfectly accommodated us. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace in the mornings, the beds were comfortable and we were able to walk almost anywhere we needed to. The neighborhood felt safe and easy. Two great coffee shops on the same street. Best of all, hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, always available for questions or needs. We all said we'd happily come back and stay here or any of their other properties. Thank you!

Great place and great location

Pros: -Location was great, very walkable, felt safe. -Security at the front door helped feel very safe. -The views from the apartment and from the terrace are great! -The private terrace is amazing! It's huge, it's the rooftop to the entire apartment. -Strong wifi. 3 people working remotely at once, no issues at all with wifi signal. -Comfy rooms! Nice beds, pillows, and bedding! Cons: -Street noise. Windows face the busy street, so there is no reprieve from the non-stop typical CDMX street sounds. Bring earplugs, and use the fans as white noise machines. Tough for taking meetings during the day. -Afternoon heat turns the apt into an oven. It cools down quickly at sunset. Fans and windows are essential. Totally fine in March, we were not affected by this, but I'd read reviews from summer months to see if it's bearable. -Living space doesn't accommodate everyone and is not comfy. -No explanation of amenities (pool, gym, etc) so no clue on what is available to use or where they are.

Super walkable and close to transit, lots of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions nearby. It made for an excellent home base as we explored the city! Probably the best Airbnb of all the ones I’ve stayed at in Mexico City. The apartment is large, beautiful, bright, and safe, and it has access to a rooftop with an incredible view. It's in the heart of the La Roma neighborhood, so you're within walking distance of lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants, but it's far enough away that you don't hear the noise and can get some rest. 10 de 10

Dave & Nat’s Airbnb was great. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is like the photos & quiet considering the busy area. They’re also very responsive to anything you may need. Definitely stay here if you plan on visiting Roma Norte!

This was an excellent space! The rooftop was particularly nice. Does heat up during the day but the windows and fans cooled us off. Would stay again!

This stay was the best I’ve had in Mexico City! Located in a great area with tons of amazing restaurants and shops nearby. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and the balcony was a great addition. The people who worked in the building were wonderful as well.

The apartment is located in the lively Roma Norte neighborhood with plenty of wonderful nearby restaurants and cafes, as well as easy access to other spots in Mexico City. The apartment is spacious, quiet and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for our family to land for a few days. Our hosts let us know how to access the apartment (which went smoothly) and promptly responded to messages. Highly recommended!

The location was the best! We walked everywhere! There are great vintage shops, restaurants, and bars close by! You walk right up to Roma Norte in less than .5 mile. We weee a party of 5 and the space was big for all of us! Balcony very chic and had a great view

The beds were extremely comfortable, the WiFi was fast and stable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, coffee and sugar are provided. In addition, the place has a very nice decoration, with good natural lighting and natural air that creates a perfect atmosphere. The location is ideal: a safe, quiet area with many cafes, restaurants and interesting places within walking distance. Quiet place with many options for places to eat nearby. Close to places to visit and walk.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was located on a safe street and the neighborhood was quiet (for Mexico City) and walkable and there were many great restaurants nearby.

This property was perfectly located to explore Roma Norte and further afield. Comfortable for us and our two children, we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Thanks for a great stay.

Dave and Nat's place was just as pictured, the place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The roof top view was beautiful and enjoyed reading on the private terrace. There were a lot of restaurants in the area that you could walk to that were very delicious. They were so accommodating to my little request and responded very quickly. If I go back I would definitely stay back.

Our stay was wonderful! Communication with the hosts was quick, friendly, and super efficient — they made everything so easy from start to finish. The apartment was beautiful and really well equipped; we were especially impressed by how many kitchen supplies there were — it had everything we could possibly need. Nice place, great location and quiet.

The apartment is modern, clean, and well-appointed. Everything from the furniture to the lighting felt thoughtfully chosen. Most importantly we felt safe! No matter the time of day we returned there was security and the streets were well lit with no trouble in sight. Walkable area with local eateries and great bakeries, real sense of community. It does get busy and loud from the near by hospital, vendors and garbage trucks, so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Hot water does shut off at times but it’s Mexico City! Some sacrifices are needed. Overall would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spacious and clean place, it has everything you need for your stay, it is close to restaurants. If you're looking for something quiet, I wouldn't recommend it because of the street noise. The building's tenants are a little sensitive to noise.

Very nice, very quiet and comfortable place, we received it very clean and the location is excellent because you can walk quietly. A large mirror is missing and there were no trash bags. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Cute apartment with patio door in a very walkable locations. Floor to ceiling windows made for impressive city views. It was perfect for our group of six! We also loved watching lightning storms from the upstairs patio.

A good place, highly recommended. The only thing I can say is that there is a hospital nearby and at night and in the early morning you can hear the sirens too much.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was better than we thought. There is a little noise because there are hospitals nearby, but it was not inconvenient for us. On the contrary, knowing that there are shops, restaurants and hospitals nearby was very helpful. We loved it and would return in the future if God allows us to stay with them again. They were always very attentive to make sure we lacked nothing. It's a great place, highly recommended.

A group of 5 of us stayed at Dave and Nat’s place and it was so great! At first we thought we’d have to climb the stairs (which we were ok with) but it turns out there was elevator access so that was real nice! Their place is part of a bigger complex, seemingly mixed with residential housing. There’s 24/7 security letting you in and out of the main building. Everything about their stay and amenities was great; the only thing was that the hot water in the showers ran out about 5ish minutes in (which is very common in residential areas in MX) but if you wait a few minutes, the hot water restores itself. Overall I’d still highly recommend due to its proximity to the city center, small business vendors and shops, and access to the city.

The positive : Great communication, well equipped kitchen, Nice terrace, clean, safe, nicely designed. Windows from floor to ceiling The negative: it’s very loud. The single layer windows does not soundproof whatsoever.  it did not bother me as much as it did my wife. Heavy wear and tear since pictures taken: patched plaster and paint, peeling paint on teracce, water coming in from windows (during rain season), little smell of moisture in common areas days after rain. Hot water was complicated. Despite using on-demand gas water heaters in all other Airbnb in Mexico, We had to manually regulate every time we want to wash dishes or take a shower. We got to hang of it by the last day. Eg we had to run out the water in the kitchen, turn on the shower. When shower got hot, we lower the temp , but had to run the bathroom sink as well to create the demand. The technician came by to take a look, made it better slightly and gave us the crash course of how to workaround it.

Great spot! Excellent location, quiet at night, extremely responsive and helpful hosts. Large living area and spacious layout. Sheets were a bit thick/hot in one of the rooms, but the master has an extremely comfortable bed / sheets. Nice hot showers. Overall would recommend!

We had a great stay at Dave and Nat's place! The condo was in a perfect location—close to restaurants, stores, and everything we needed. The rooftop and pool were definitely a bonus! Communication was excellent, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was well-equipped with all the essentials, and we felt safe with security at the door. Perfect apartment for a group of 5! Great location. Was quite noisy as the windows to the bedrooms require to be open with the apartment not having AC. But we all got used to it! Roof top was lovely! Bed comfortable. Would stay again

Dave and Nat were great hosts—very responsive and kind. My friends and I loved the space, which was beautifully decorated yet very affordable. The 24/7 security made us feel so safe, which was a huge draw for us as foreigners. Great location as well—walking distance to all the cute cafes and good restaurants. Lots of vegan spots all around us too! We would definitely return!

Great stay at Dave and Nats. Nice neighborhood walking distance to anything you need and very accessible to Uber. They were very responsive and checked in on us. Felt safe with their 24 hour door watch to ensure resident safety. Expect lots of beautiful sunlight through the beautiful view out windows. We recommend keeping the blinds shut during the day to help keep the place cool. They offer plenty of fans to keep areas cool. Very spacious bedrooms, the master room has private bathroom. Master bed was very comfortable and comfy pillows. I would recommend traveling with quick absorbing towels for the pool or request fresh towels as a mid trip cleaning service they offer. Great experience, would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place and would definitely book again! Looks just like the pictures, was easy to find, very clean, and all in all a great place. Loved the easy rooftop access and great views. Also very close to grocery stores, cafes and convenience stores. Since there was no air conditioning, as is common in CDMX, the place was a bit hot and stuffy. There were a lot of fans and windows, but it's on the 7th floor so just be ready that it can get quite hot. But no complaints otherwise!

Wonderful flat in the heart of La Roma and close to La Condesa, Parque Mexico, and many cafes, shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants. We are a family of four. The kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms and bathroom. It was also great to have laundry service in the flat. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that was a 24 hour security guard at the front entrance, which let us feel comfortable leaving our kids for the evening when we went out. Awesome place and great value. Highly recommend.
