The apartment is super nice, the pool is great and the beds are extremely comfortable. We slept wonderfully 🙏🏼 It's in a very quiet residential development with security! Just 7 minutes from the esplanade by car. Miguel's attention was phenomenal. He recommended restaurants and tours and was super helpful at all times!

Great apartment for relaxing. The location is very private and safe. The pool is located right in front of the apartment, so it is very convenient. We really enjoyed it, young and old alike.

Excellent stay. The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, with spacious areas in the apartment, and in a very good location within the building, as it is practically right in front of the pool and the Jacuzzi, which were very quiet. Communication with the host was always prompt and clear at all times. We asked to leave two hours after check-out, because our flight departed much later, and he kindly agreed (thank you very much 🙂). My friends and I would definitely stay here again; I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Close enough to La Paz but out of the way enough that it was peaceful. Pool area was awesome!

Beautiful and spacious place. Awesome location right by the pool. Conveniently located between the busy Malecon and gorgeous beaches. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Noisy atm due to ongoing construction, but overall a wonderful space. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was a great experience, relaxing in beautiful surroundings. While the property isn’t beach front, it is a short walk to get down to several beaches. The hot tub was a fabulous place to enjoy the evening sky and quiet peaceful surroundings. During the days, we heard construction activities however they ended late afternoon and were never an issue in the evening. It is convenient to have a car although the condo is connected to town via a paved bike trail separate from traffic as well as via Uber. The hosts were tremendous with all requests addressed quickly. I am sure you will enjoy your stay at Fausto’s place while you explore all that la Paz has to offer.

Very good service. They accommodated us very well and were very helpful. The apartment is in good condition. It's a little far from downtown, so it's ideal to have a car. Very nice view and you can see the amazing sunset.

Fausto’s place is the best!! We rented this Airbnb for our wedding in La Paz and it was amazing. It’s located in a gated community so it’s safe, quiet, and so stunning. 10000% recommend.

The accommodation met all our expectations, I travel with my wife, popes and in-laws, all were pleasantly satisfied, the pool despite being shared, we perceive it practically as private! The area combines a wonderful view and an ideal location to move anywhere, the location is perfect for relaxing! I would highly recommend it!! Without hesitation we would come back!

This condominium was amazing! My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was clean, well equipped, comfortable beds with an amazing view. Bonus, was having the pool and hot tub within feet from our sliding door. communication was excellent and response time was almost immediate. Hot tub was turned on and ready for use at the times requested. However, pool was too cold but hot tub was big enough for my kids to enjoy their stay. Check in and check out was fast and easy, we will definitely be back.

This place was so lovely!! It was actually bigger and a bit nicer than the photos so we were thrilled about it. The place is on the first level so you can walk directly out to the shared pool from your own patio. If you want to use the hot tub, it IS heated, but you just need to ask in advance for them to turn the heat on (which takes about 2 hrs). The hosts are extremely responsive so you shouldn’t have a problem! When we first arrived, the floors were dusty and there were some dirty dishes + one of the beds had hair in it. However, the hosts resolved the issue right away and offered cleaning services immediately as well as offered compensation for the issue. The place was spotless after they had come back, so it seems like a one-off, and I’m sure it is usually cleaned spotless. The location is fantastic - with a car it’s only 20 minutes from Playa Balandra and 10-15 minutes from the Malecon/town center. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Excellent. Everything was very nice in the condominium

It's a nicely appointed and well managed apartment about 10 minutes from the malecon in a safe neighborhood. It has a view of the water and we loved that we could walk out the sliding glass doors and directly to the pool area. We also enjoyed eating outside and watching the beautiful sunsets. We appreciated the amenities, including the small gym, pickleball courts, and playground. Miguel and Julio were very responsive and helpful. We appreciated their support and understanding with a problem we caused and resolved it quickly. They also recommended a local tour group who were fantastic. Our kids loved the pool (unheated) and hot tub. It felt like our own private pool since we only shared it one other time during our stay. One thing to note, you do need to ask for the hot tub to be turned on and it takes 2 hours to heat up. This wasn't a problem for us and either Miguel or Julio would ask for us or there is someone who cleans the pool daily so it's easy to ask in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were excellent and very communicative. The place itself is very spacious, well decorated, comfy beds, comfortable couch, great showers, linens, great kitchen. Really, it is a wonderful place! It also had a private patio and walkout to a pool and hot tub. The place is very safe and the staff were delightful. There was underground parking, which was very secure. We enjoyed the fact that we were away from the noise of the Malecon but only a 15 minute drive Max to enjoy anything you wanted! It was a three minute drive to a great restaurant and beach. I would book here again in heartbeat! Two little minor things, I would say it needs a heater in the coldest days of the year which has already been addressed to the owner for next year, and there is some construction going on in the neighbourhood during the weekdays but it really is minor. If the doors are closed you don’t really hear it.

Excellent place to stay, unique and with privacy.

The apartment is very nice , high ceilings, spacious , very accessible to the alabéela with a small table outside , which has a great plus . Much nicer than in pictures ! The area is exclusive with a swimming pool and large jacuzzi for 12 deptos . Very close to restaurants and bars and even beach , 5-10min drive . Very safe ! I lost a bag with money in the common area and recovered it smoothly .

we loved to stay in this appartment, very spacious, clean and our host was really helpfull. Regularly he asked us if everything went well. And once we had a little problem with the coffee machine, it was solved that same day. The swimming pool also was perfect. We would love to come back one time.

Miguel and his team were absolutely amazing during our stay. I had some questions early on and Miguel addressed them right away. His level of responsiveness was commendable. This is definitely a property we would visit at again.

Best spot in town for the 10 day stay. So quiet and safe environment for the stay with the family. Received the most excellent service from Marco, the hosted, whom throughout the whole stay, stayed top notch host! Superior performance in making us fee welcome, enjoyable and worth the booking. Felt just like home. The whole peaceful scenic, pool, work out room and all the surrounding was amazing. We loves this condo. Definitely will book our next stay!

Nice apartment with everything you need for a quiet stay. 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom inside or next to the room. The pool is clean and has few users, but the best thing is the location. It's close to everything. We rented a car and a boat. Tecolote Island and other beautiful beaches were less than 20 minutes away. The boardwalk, where there are many restaurant options, is also very close. We recommend the place and we will definitely return.

Thanks to responsiveness of Miguel/Fausto in under 20 mins we were able to book this great place very last minute. The booking window passed, but they opened it up so we could book for 2 nights. HUGE thank you for that! The condo is very clean, private and spacious. Loved the view and the pool and hot tub right out the back door. appreciated the private parking space in the garage and beach towels, beach umbrella and even a cooler. Perfect for a day at Balandro Beach! AC worked really well and water pressure in showers was great. Highly recommend this place for 2-6 people. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to La Paz.

Very nice apartment, clean and with everything you need

The perfect apartment for the days we were there. Although it is a set of apartments, I only saw one other neighbor, and the pool was practically for us. The location is absolutely quiet and safe. The flexibility and attention from the hosts was perfect. If we go back to La Paz, we will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much!

The apartment is identical to or better than the photos posted. It is very spacious and comfortable. The building has good amenities. It's very close to all the restaurants and activities, but you do need a car. The host was always attentive to us and supported us whenever we needed something. A GREAT HOST!! The only downside of the apartment is that the pool and jacuzzi were not heated. We had cold days and it was impossible to go swimming. I don't know if it's always like this.

This place will blow up your mind! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Spacious and very conveniently located close to all but very private. Host is very helpful and responsive. We arrived at night and could not find the entrance, but Miguel led us and stayed with us on the phone until we checked in.

This home was perfect for our group. We were here primarily to scuba dive, and the dive shop was just 5 minutes down the road! It was also an easy drive to town for restaurants and quick groceries. Balandra Beach was about 20 minutes away, and it was a short walk to El Caimancito Beach. We felt very safe, and the building complex was well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home was lovely and spotless--it had everything we needed for a great stay. I would 100% recommend this home and would love to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were the only ones at the pool. Would love the pool more if it was heated. Loved having 3 bathrooms 😁

The apartment is very nice. You can see as shown in the pictures, it's very clean, tidy and with a nice decoration, the comfortable beds. The view is beautiful. And not having any roads nearby means that there is no noise and rests very well. It has enough cooking utensils to use. We were only for two nights, we would have loved to spend more days there again. Miguel gave us very clear instructions and kept in touch for what was required.

This condo is Amazing. The pictures dont do it justice, really nice location pool is right outside the door. Parking garage, washer dryer plenty of towels. Calm and peaceful, with defetnely come back soon. Commimication was excellent and everything was perfect.

Lovely, peaceful and kids friendly condo. Best host ever - responsive and friendly. Having the pool at a few steps it was so comfortable and easy to enjoy.
