It was an incredible stay, just like the previous times we have stayed here. The house is very nice, spacious and quiet. The rooms are impeccable. The pool is super nice and always at the ideal temperature. Carlos, the host, is very attentive and friendly. He's always available. Ms. Mati is also very friendly and always shows us and explains everything very well. Highly recommended.

It was super good. There were 14 of us in total. Each one had their own bed and the sheets were spotless. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works great and the location of the fans outside and inside lightened the sensation of heat. Top cleaning. Very well-equipped kitchen, there were plates, glasses, cutlery for everyone. Cable TV and the play area was enjoyed by the young people. We will definitely return. In addition, entering the subdivision is super easy from the Mexico Acapulco highway. Mrs. Maty is super friendly.

Since we've arrived, everything has been great! The reception is done by a person who explains everything in detail. I liked that they give you a checklist and so there is no doubt about everything that they leave for you to use. The house is really comfortable for 16 people, each with a bed. The pool area is really nice, clean. They make you feel right at home. The kitchen has everything you need. I will definitely come back!

Excellent and very nice house, everything matched the description, the beds were very comfortable, the sheets and duvets were very soft which allowed us to rest quite well, the house with everything you need to have a good time, the game room was very fun, the internet worked perfectly, several of us had to work from our computers and we never had any problems. Carlos was always attentive to everything, answering our questions and always very friendly and looking for ways to make us feel at home. When we arrived, he welcomed us with a small gift which was much appreciated, in addition to the fact that there were Christmas decorations and that made us enjoy the celebration even more. The only thing to consider is that if you travel in December and the weather is cool, the pool does not heat up and the water is somewhat cold, but apart from that, everything is perfect! I highly recommend the house and we hope to be able to return at another time to enjoy the pool more.
