Everything was perfect. The host was always available in case we needed anything, but apart from a few questions on the first day, everything was so good that we didn't need any assistance with anything. I would highly recommend it

Wonderful experience! The unit was spacious and very clean throughout, all the amenities you would need, the host definitely thought of everything required to cook and blend frozen drinks on your terrace! Easy direct elevator access into the unit with QR code that made it feel very safe. The complex has all the features of an upscale hotel, great restaurant, beach waiter service and onsite spa with beach massage availability! Can’t wait to return, thanks to Luis for such amazing hospitality!

beautiful beach front condo, the balcony is just in front of beach and you can hear the waves breaking in the sand, we had all dinners and breakfasts at the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The pool, beach and common areas are amazing. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I definitely will come back.

An ideal place to rest; the pictures don't do it justice, you definitely have to be there to appreciate it as it really is. The impeccable cleanliness, it has everything you need to cook or there are restaurants nearby if you want to go out. The pools, in addition to being huge, are always clean and heated. The Maritima staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions. The hosts are always looking out for us. Overall, it is a place I recommend if you are looking to enjoy a pleasant place with a spectacular view.

An amazing apartment to relax with the family

Beautiful place!

Maritima resorts is absolutely beautiful. Mariana was very responsive to any questions. We arrived on an early flight and though checkin was not till 3 pm Reception was very helpful and you can wait there or go to the Restaurant for refreshments. Jugs of water and bags of ice are available delivered to your unit upon request. The 75 m pool is amazing along with the gym up on the roof. The rooftop has 2 pools and a hot tub as well as a bar. The view from the roof top is second to none. As described maid service is not optional and is a daily cost of 600 pesos daily or $42/day extra. Condo rules do not allow visitors on the property. Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come again!

We loved this beautiful condo! Each room had their own ensuite. Spent a lot of time on the deck, patio furniture and table for eating meals or games. A beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Luis was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating! Would stay here again!

My stay at this Airbnb with my family was quite pleasant. We all comfortably enjoyed the facilities and the safe atmosphere of the place. The accommodation met all the basic expectations: it was clean, comfortable, and the pleasant decor really made you feel at home. The host was attentive and responded promptly to all our inquiries, which is highly appreciated when traveling as a family. However, it is important to mention that flexibility in check-in and check-out times is not a strong point here. Unlike other hosts in the same building who offer flexibility in this regard, our times were quite strict, which could be an inconvenience for those who need a little more flexibility in their travel plans. In conclusion, if fixed schedules are not a problem, this Airbnb is a solid and reliable option for families. Children will have a safe space

The apartment and the estate are very nice. It's a place where adults and kids can perfectly enjoy the facilities and amenities. I loved the place. I highly recommend it, and the location is good and close to the supermarket and the airport. Note to highlight: I would have liked to know that I couldn't enter the complex even though it wasn't my check-in time yet. I had to wait 3 hours outside on the avenue since I was coming from the airport. I had been in places like this before and could have waited in the lobby or restaurants while it was my check-in time. In any case, I appreciate that the host did his best to let us in 2 hours before check-in. Regarding the payment for daily cleaning services, it was not clear to me that one is the payment for the check-out cleaning and the other is the payment for the daily service. I thought it might be every other day!! Not necessarily every day, since I feel that the description needs to be more specific.

The apartment is very nice and superbly located. An excellent view. The condo restaurant and the beach service are very good.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were pleased to see the condo was like the pictures. We loved the fact that it was ocean front. Beautiful roof top pools and sitting areas. It is in a great location and we did a lit of walking. The restaurant in the condo building was exceptional and their prices were very comparable as in the near by towns.

It was a great apartment with nice view. We were with a toddler so really missing a playground… no parks nearby. Complex has such nice pools, sun beds, common areas etc, I’m sure they could include an easy play area for kids.

I would highly recommend Luis's condo. We enjoyed all the amenities, the condo was clean and comfortable. The beach was lovely and sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop pools, spa, restaurant and exploring Bucerias & Nuevo Vallarta.

We had a very nice time!! Pedro super attentive and always available. The Depa is as shown in the pictures very comfortable and the padrisimo complex. We'll be back!!

The apartment is very nice, very well equipped and with a terrace with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay at this property again. The only thing I would suggest is to analyze the amount of kw included in the cost of the rent.

The condo is incredibly comfortable, a good size and a amazing view to the main pool and the sea in the background. The apartment has everything you need to cook and the service of ice and water by the administration comes very well so as not to have to look at an external store. 5 minutes away is a MEGA Comercial with a Starbucks, so there's no shortage of pantry and coffee. The apartment features a central A/C. which could have a small inconvenience when it comes to the temperature of the bedrooms, since by changing the temperature in a room, it affects the rest of them. Pedro and Mariana were excellent hosts, they welcomed us with surprises and lots of information. On the other hand, it is very comfortable to have an elevator that goes up directly to the condominium. Marítima's facilities are very nice, modern and tastefully decorated, the pools on the top floor were my favorites for the view.

Excellent service from the hosts Pedro and Mariana. Very good communication and very attentive. Good beach and location. The apartment has everything. The facilities are very functional and there is very good service from the staff of the complex. We really enjoyed all the amenities, such as the paddle tennis courts.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It has an ocean view and is close to the pool. Very well equipped with everything you might need. The furniture, bedding, and towels are of very good quality. The daily cleaning service was a good addition, to make it more comfortable. The building is well located and has several pools. It has restaurant, bar and snack service on the beach/by the pool, which is very convenient so you don't have to go out. Luis was very attentive before and during our stay. An excellent host!! He can also help with grocery shopping and other tourist services.
