Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, marina and shopping. The property was very clean. We would stay here again.

The condo is excellent! It's even nicer than the photos. Karina was wonderful- Very responsive to our questions and recommended excellent restaurants. We look forward to coming back again!

The host, Karina, was fantastic and helpful. We had some tropical storm weather from Hurricane Priscilla and she checked in on us and gave us suggestions to prepare. The place is pretty quiet. No issues sleeping despite being close to night life. AC worked great. Pots and pans, basic spices, oil, vinegar on hand. Bring your own coffee. Mattresses are just starting to show their age a touch, but still very comfortable. US King in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom. Single beds are quite high off the ground if you have littles that roll around... As others have mentioned, master bathroom shower is decent but drains slowly. Second bathroom shower head needs upgrading but drains no problem. 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas on hand for use, as well as beach/pool towels. Hotspots of Medano beach like 2 minutes away, and Chedraui and Walmart for groceries so close as well.

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time at Karina's. It's surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores for easy walkable access.

We will definitely be back! The location is amazing. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Cabo. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful. There is a resort with a rooftop bar right next door, but the condo is so quiet. We were able to sleep very well, while being so close to everything Cabo has to offer. Walmart is quite close by and the condo has a little hand truck, which made it easy to go get bottled water. Karina was very helpful and a wonderful host! We appreciated that she arranged airport transportation for us. We really loved being close to Medano Beach and taking advantage of the provided beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at Karina’s place. The apartment was clean and very spacious with beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Everything is walking distance from the apartment, the beach, restaurants,marina, supermarket… really great location. And Karina has been a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful with tips of where to go eat and what to do while in Cabo. We had a great time traveling with two small kids, highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. A short walk to Medano beach, Walmart for supplies. You can enjoy the boardwalk & touristy areas or walk into town and search out local eateries from this locale. During the height of Spring break the place is very actually a respite & quiet. Wonderful folks & kind folks who live in the building. The balcony is really an enjoyable place to spend time after venturing out. Beds were comfortable. We never actually met Karina as she had an urgent matter to attend to upon check in but we found everything straightforward and she was responsive to any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Quiet, but short walk to everything you need… marina, beach, Walmart. Clean and safe. Would highly recommend.

The view was beautiful. A few minute walk to the beach and to all restaurants. Very clean and comfortable stay.
