This is a place to stay close to the beach. It is clean and a comfortable bed. That’s the only good. Lots of issues. No hot water. A toilet that slowly leaked all over the bathroom & into bedroom. We checked in at 8pm. Slow to check in bc busy restaurant staff had to find key. Unit is located back of Il Pepperoni restaurant. We msg’ed the host before 10pm that we had NO hot water. No response. We sent another msg before 11pm about the leaking toilet. No response. She finally responded at 10:30am next day and said she would send someone to check it out. Check out is at 11am. No one ever came. No follow up Also bc it is located at back of restaurant it’s extremely loud. DJ went until midnight. It was Dec 30th so assuming celebrating the holidays. Super loud. After band finished the restaurant staff had to clean up and that is so loud too. I understand hot water and plumbing issues happen in another country but lack of communication from host is my biggest issue with the space.

The patio/outdoor area was not well kept. The furniture was broken. Plants dead. Broken baby chair, construction run age and the restaurant garbage was at the door. It smelled and was often ripped up by the monkey. You are behind the restaurant so there is a lot of electrical noise from generators and just back of kitchen stuff.

The accommodation was simple. It had more the concept of cabinas rather than apartment. So severely overpriced for just a bed, AC and a shower. There was not shampoo or shower gel to wash yourself. But yet comfortable and good for what we needed for one night.
