Dream vacation!!! Charlotte made everything so convenient, and the home was even dreamier in person. The location is PERFECT - so picturesque and 100% safe and secure. The resort-style amenities were more than we could have ever hoped for. Highly recommend hiring the private chef, too! We all plan on going back ASAP!

Staying at the beautiful and immaculate Villa Muluk was truly a highlight for our dream vacation. This well-appointed Villa has everything you could possibly need or want. The owners are very responsive and make sure you have connections in the area to ensure that your vacation is the absolute best. The spacious floor plan and en-suite bedrooms were very private and perfect for our friend group. We enjoyed relaxing by the inviting pool and cooling off while our personal chef prepared a delicious gourmet meal. Located in a gated resort with pristine beaches, restaurants and spas you may never want to leave.

So let me start by saying, I have never been to Mexico. That said, for my first time, I couldn't have picked a better host or place to stay! The location was wonderful; besides the beauty of the locale, the home was absolutely fantastic. Our hosts got us off on the right foot with an awesome, well-thought-out guidebook right in the foyer. So many great ideas of things to do! Soon after, she connected us with the concierge on site, Bryan, who was "out of this world" helpful with everything, but how they organized our son's special proposal really was beyond words. SO adept at handling any questions or requests we threw his way. The house was perfect. So spacious and inviting; fantastic pool, open kitchen, private room balconies and patios, Plus AC!! :) We almost chose to stay in more than go out! The host was so responsive and delightful! She was definitely our superhost! We plan to make this one an annual destination. Can't thank them enough for sharing their home.

I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay and all the people who made it such a magical vacation. From the moment we made our reservation, Charlotte and her team made it the most smooth and worry free stay we’ve ever had. Everything from transportation, local recommendations, food and groceries to an Easter egg hunt for my kiddos- they have thought of it all! The house is large, clean and comfortable, the pool is amazing, the amenities too many to list. We loved the location and felt so safe. There are many beaches to explore and we loved riding the bikes around the quiet neighborhood. Do not skip on Charlotte’s favorite spots- every place we visited was our new favorite! This was our second time staying here and that alone says a lot. We loved it the first time and enjoyed it just as much on this visit. The location is great for exploring the area, and one of the highlights of our trip was my husband scuba diving in the cenotes nearby. He said it was an amazing experience. We would absolutely come back again.

I have to say this properly because Charlotte truly made my 30th birthday an unforgettable experience. I’m not someone who plans big events planning honestly overwhelms me I was stressed. I was worried we were going to show up with no real plan and no direction. But Charlotte and her team completely took over in the best way. From the chef to Bryan, every detail was intentional, seamless, and beautifully executed. What felt chaotic on my end somehow turned into the most effortless, elevated, and special night. Everything came together perfectly the energy, the service, the experience. I felt celebrated, relaxed, and truly present. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to step into 30.

We had a great time at Charlotte's place! She was very communicative and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable. The house is beautiful, and we saw a lot of colorful birds, iguanas, and coatimundis while sitting next to the pool. It also felt very private; you'd hardly know that you were in a gated community. Chef Ricardo cooked breakfast and dinners for us and all of the meals were delicious. (I highly recommend the picanha, which he slow-cooked for 8 hours.) Highly recommend Villa Muluk!

Fantastic place! Really loved it, the jungle surroundings and close proximity to the ocean. Easy to drive to Tulum and Playa del Carmen. 5 star hospitality. What not to like👏

A family-friendly luxury villa, in a beautiful secure location next to the sea, and a short drive to Akumal. Very-well provisioned for self catering and restaurant options nearby. In addition Charlotte provides a full (optional) concierge service, offering local transportation, laundry, travel services, in-home chef, and much more. We had an absolutely amazing Christmas stay, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this home or about Charlotte as a host. From the very beginning, Charlotte’s planning, communication, and clear instructions made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. She thought of every detail, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together as a family. The house itself is beautiful,comfortable, well cared for, and perfect for a special holiday stay. Thanks to Charlotte’s recommendations, we hired a private chef, Ricardo, who prepared some of the most delicious food we’ve ever had, making our Christmas experience truly unforgettable. The stay was perfect for a family Thanksgiving getaway with ages ranging from 8 to nearly 80! Charlotte was very helpful and so communicative. She helped arrange a shuttle from the airport for my dad which made me feel completely comfortable. The house is big and luxurious, the kids were in the pool every day, and the location was actually better than we could have hoped. Ruins, beaches, cenotes, grocery stores, restaurants - everything was within 15/20 minutes either north or south on the main highway. What a nice set of memories for the family!

Absolutely Blown Away by Villa Muluk! 🤩 We just wrapped up the most incredible friends' trip at Villa Muluk, and seriously, this place is a dream. The Villa itself is stunningly beautiful! The rooms are huge, and the pool is so phenomenal we could have easily spent the whole week right there. But the second best part? The location! We were just 10 minutes from both pristine beaches and mind-blowing cenotes. Talk about being in the perfect spot! We loved our scheduled chef days (highly recommend!), and the Villa had a fantastic stash of games for the one rainy afternoon we had. If you want a fun, luxury experience in Mexico, Villa Muluk is a must-stay. We're already planning our return trip!

Our stay at Villa Muluk was absolutely five stars! The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located inside the safe, gated Grand Sirenis community. We loved how central it was for exploring nearby beaches and cenotes. There is a wonderful beach in walking distance but also so many within minutes of the villa. On non-beach days, relaxing by the private pool was perfect. We arranged transportation to and from the airport through the villa, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We also booked Chef Ricardo for dinner on our arrival night which we highly recommend! It was such a treat to unpack, unwind, and enjoy an incredible meal without lifting a finger. We used the grocery delivery option for convenience, though the local store is close if you prefer to shop yourself. Everything about this stay was seamless, relaxing, and enjoyable. Charlotte was a wonderful host, and we’d definitely stay again since there’s still so much more to explore in the area!

We had 4 wonderful days at this fabulous villa where every detail is meticulously taken care of. I had mentioned that it was a surprise trip for my wife's birthday and Charlotte went to great lengths to create a welcoming birthday surprise for our arrival. The villa itself is a paradise with the private pool and seclusion of the natural jungle growth on the edges of the property. I would recommend Villa Muluk to anyone wanting to escape on their own or with a loved one, or for larger groups looking for a luxurious place to crash after spending the day at the beach or touring monuments. We made use of Chef Ricardo for a couple of dinners and a 'hangover cure' breakfast, and he was terrific. His mole and chilmole sauces were to die for, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone to cook for them. Final thought: once you figure out what the spaceman does, your home lighting will never be the same again.

Villa Muluk is beautifully designed: capacious, pristine, stunning, and pure perfection. We loved this house! We felt like we stepped into the pages of Architectural Digest. The house is set within lush, peaceful gardens which provided the privacy that we desired, while also being minutes away from everything that brought us to the Akumal area. There is so much to explore and no matter what we did, we always ended the day in the refreshing and relaxing pool. Everything about this wonderful vacation was thanks to the special care of Charlotte, Franc, and their team. Everyone was so kind and helpful, from the moment of booking and throughout the entire trip. We are also grateful for the culinary experience with Chef Martine and Gabby; they are lovely people and highly talented chefs. This was by far my favorite place to stay. Casa Muluk is an immaculate house in a gorgeous location. We stayed as a family of 6 and my kids loved the pool. The house is set up great for large families or multi-families. Charlotte was the most attentive host I have ever had and had so many great recommendations. Additionally, we hired a chef for our stay that was recommended and it allowed for so much family time and relaxation. Honestly, to truly relax and unwind in a beautiful location was an absolute treat. Skip the all inclusive, stay at casa Muluk, hire chef, and you will have the best vacation!

This house was amazing! My family and I loved every moment here. That pool is beautiful and the perfect size! We did do some cooking in the kitchen and they have everything available that you could possibly need. The communication was top notch! All the questions I had after checkin were answered so quickly. The resort next door was really nice as well.

Being a family of 6 with 4 teens, it's often hard to find accommodations that fit our family dynamic. This Airbnb is big, beautiful, and was a bonus for us. There was more than enough! Kitchen amenities, bathroom amenities, etc. The location was secure, secluded, and somewhat close to Tulum & Playa de Carmen. For the cherry on top, Charlotte & her husband, Franc, were wonderful to deal with. Not to mention their amazing cleaning & maintenance staff. Without a doubt, this Airbnb is worth not looking any further in your search for stays in the Quintana Roo area.

Villa Muluk is so tranquil, set on a private lot in a neighborhood that is largely yet-to-be developed so there are vacant lots on either side and when you step out on the upstairs terrace, you're in your own private jungle with a great view of the night sky! Being on the Grand Sirenis grounds also makes the neighborhood feel very safe. And even though you feel like you're in your own private paradise, by car, you can reach many Riviera Maya destinations in 15 minutes or less: Akumal Beach to the south, Puerto Aventuras to the north, cenotes in either direction. The kitchen is well-equipped. Mini-splits and clean water add to the comfort here, but the star for us was the large, deep pool just outside your door! our kids swam every day sometimes twice a day! Charlotte and her support team are kind and responsive. Planning felt almost too good to be true so we were elated when reality measured up to the listing!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! It comfortably fits 3 families. It feels very private, surrounded by nature. And even though the beach is full of seaweed at this time, there are a ton of cenotes and things to do nearby!

For our second trip to Mexico we stayed at Villa Muluk in Akumal, just south of Cancun, instead of at an all-inclusive resort. Villa Muluk allowed us to explore the local culture & enjoy a luxurious private home close to amazing attractions. The villa was a perfect home base with four spacious modern bedrooms each with a private deck overlooking the jungle. Everything was beautifully decorated with local art, and the rooms had large walk-in closets. The private pool & tubs were perfect for unwinding, & the kitchen and living room provided lots of space to gather & relax. We had VIP access to the nearby Grand Sirenis Resort for a small fee, which included use of their facilities & restaurants. Brian was incredibly helpful, driving us to and from the airport & offering local tips. Personal chefs Martin and Gabi prepared delicious custom meals & left the kitchen spotless. Thanks for thoughtful care of hosts Charlotte & Franc Villa Muluk was an unforgettable vacation! Highly recommend!!

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is more stunning in person than the photos depict – clean, beautifully decorated, & filled with thoughtful touches that truly enhance the stay. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, we enjoyed peaceful mornings sipping coffee overlooking the pool & picturesque native jungle vegetation & watching the local wildlife pass through the yard. Snorkeling in the secret lagoon & visiting the nearby beach was also an amazing perk. There are small shopping amenities within the complex that make it easy to pick up small items as needed. The beds were comfortable & we appreciated the attention to detail throughout, from the comfortable pillows to the well-equipped kitchen, the modern décor, & the basic children’s toys in the living room entertainment center. Communication with the host/concierge was seamless & the private chef made the trip. Chef Martine for the win! In conclusion, we cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

Villa Muluk was a complete home-run as an accommodation for our family’s summer vacation. House is fantastically located in the area of hotel Grand Sirenis, close to all important tourist destinations for example Tulum, Xcaret or Playa del Carmen. We could visit breathtaking beaches in no time. Villa Muluk is beautifully designed and furnished and also very well equipped with every appliance that a guest could potentially need. Bedrooms look very chic and are really comfortable. There are also several bathrooms, which allow a lot of guests to stay comfortably. Well equipped kitchen was very helpful throughout our stay. We were also able to use the washing machine.There was no shortage of useful objects like towels, beach towels or beach chairs.The swimming pool was a real treat, a great area of fun and relaxation that made our vacation unforgettable. Beautiful home. Just as represented in the pictures. Host was very responsive to all messages and did all she could to ensure we had a great stay. Home is in the residential area of the grand Serenis resort. I imagine there are plans to build more homes and fill out the neighborhood but, at the moment, there are only a few houses built. This means you will get to enjoy a low traffic beach that the serenis residents have exclusive access to.

Enjoyed a great house. Well decorated and spacious. Beautiful pool, clean comfortable space. Very comfortable king size beds. Hosts were attentive and responsive. The house and hosts offer lots of amenities and give great support. They helped stock the house with items we requested and also helped us organize a personal chef for a day. Wonderful experience. The house is expansive, impressive and so peaceful. Every time you walk up it feels like a truly luxurious vacation. Decor is welcoming and relaxing, so many nice details. Pool is wonderful and they have pool toys for the kids! Charlotte went above and beyond with recommendations and answering questions, and I had a LOT of questions! Tiana and Bryan were excellent and flexible hosts and showed us the secret lagoon nearby. Everyone made us feel at home and were very easy to communicate with. We will miss this house!

Villa Muluk was nothing short of a dream come true! This hidden gem truly felt like like our own private oasis in paradise. The villa is warm and inviting, we felt right at home. The attention to detail, the decor, amenities - especially the pool- exude luxury. This, in addition to the proximity to world l-class golf course( leveraging their private transport) exceeded are expectations! Also Ryan was great, very friendly and help us get everything we need and transported us around when we asked for a taxi. So we just paid him are self instead of taxi fee. Couldn’t ask for a better place, with everything you could ever need.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Charlotte's Airbnb. This is the ideal spot if you're looking for a private getaway within a short drive of the vibrant energy of Tulum. The spacious bedrooms are a highlight, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Each room feels like a private sanctuary. Charlotte was a very gracious host.
