Dear Motty,<br/>We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we must clarify for the sake of future guests: your claims were not only inaccurate but clearly misleading. Our home was left in a state of extreme disorder, including improper use of bathrooms, unauthorized use of extra linens, and even bottles with urine left in one of the bedrooms — something we've never encountered before.<br/>You reported issues (like a broken A/C) that were proven false by certified professionals. The presence of ants, which you used as a reason to complain, is normal in a tropical jungle environment — especially when food is left out (we found food everywhere, opened boxes of cookies, crumbs in the beds, and much more ). <br/>We treat all guests with care and professionalism, and we expect the same level of respect in return. Unfortunately, your behavior, both during and after your stay, was not aligned with Airbnb’s spirit of mutual trust and respect.
