The cleaning ladies didn't leave towels or toilet paper. We had trouble getting out because there was no electricity and the gate wasn't working

The place is magnificent. There are staff who provide basic cleaning and shopping services to make your stay easier. The rooms are spacious and the whole house is impeccably tidy and clean. The pool is perfect and the subdivision is very quiet 24 hours a day. There were no problems.
