A very nice place. We enjoyed it very much. Jakelin was very friendly and always attentive to what we needed. He gave us good references and even a person to do our laundry. A pleasure to stay and highly recommended.

It was the best accommodation, and with the best directions, although I did find the pool hours a bit strange, which were from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, but everything else was excellent.

A very cozy stay. We had problems with the stove in one of the apartments, and they fixed it for us right away. We felt safe and at home the whole time :) Each apartment feels super private, and the pool is clean and comfortable for adults and children. Yes, it is far from the pier, but that is clearly stated in the description. Super friendly in their responses and very quick 🌊 Of course I recommend it.

The place is amazing. Honestly, they are incredibly helpful, and everything is in perfect order. 100% recommended, even the location is perfect. It's worth it. One small negative point is that in the kitchen, the stove doesn't heat up very much. But honestly, no complaints at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay, Jakelin is super friendly and was attentive whenever we needed something, every night we wanted to make a campfire and she was willing to bring us the firewood, very friendly with the check-in and check-out time, definitely a great place to stay

The neighborhood itself isn’t the most charming, but it never felt unsafe, and the home more than made up for it. Overall, an excellent stay and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming space.

7 days in La Paz in this amazing house, all our family enjoyed the privacy of each apartment and loved the social areas. Pool was super clean all the time. Rooms and bathrooms were clean at our arrival and host came in the middle of the week to do a quick cleaning. 100% recommended for big families. Well located with delicious restaurantes across the street and 12 min from the “Malecón”. Around 25-30 minutes to beautiful beaches such as Pichilingue, Balandra, Tecolote. I will come again to the same place. Kudos to Jakelin our host for such a great service.

Great vacation Airbnb for families or even a big group! Very spacious inside & outside. The pool was amazing after a long day of walking/exploring La Paz. It also has local places nearby like OXXO and a delicious restaurant down the block.

The Royal Summer compound was really beautiful and excellent for hosting multiple families. Our host was extremely friendly and responded within minutes whenever we had questions. This rental was perfect for our large group. It had the perfect balance of privacy between guests and a spacious common area (pool/fireplace). It was exactly as pictured with working appliances. The location is gated, quiet and close to downtown. The host had great, quick communication when there was any confusion as well as provided recommendations when asked for tours/transportation. In addition, there are nearby shops such as a Chedraui and an Oxxo to buy what you need as well as several restaurants to enjoy a good meal. The beaches and Malecon are a few minutes away by car, making the location perfect for enjoying to the fullest. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without problems !
