We were suuuuuper comfortable and very well taken care of!!! Joaquín was always super attentive and took care of every detail! It's a very nice house, very comfortable and always very clean! We asked for extra help for a dinner and a lunch we had. The person they sent us helped us a lot with anything we needed during our stay in San Miguel. Thank you very much for everything!

The house, besides being very nice, is comfortable. Everything was super clean and in good condition. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean and worked perfectly. The kitchen was super well equipped, with the only minor inconvenience being that the dishwasher was broken. The service people are super friendly and the breakfasts are very tasty!

- House 10/10 - Breakfast 10/10 - 10/10 location - Facilities 10/10 - Insects 8/10 (I recommend bringing repellent) - Cleaning 8/10 (The thermal water jacuzzi needed cleaning, the steps felt slippery (mold), and there was hair on the mats/carpets.)

Stunning house! Exactly as described but honestly exceeded our expectations. We rented this villa to celebrate my birthday and Joaquin was a great communicator. We enjoyed all the house amenities and had a memorable time. All the guests mentioned how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The thermal jacuzzi was a great added thing. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

place was fantastic for my large group, never felt crowded, the house team is amazing and it is a super safe area and easy to get. space is fantastic and comfortable. only caveat is the schedule for the hot pool, is always in the middle of the day and it kind of cuts the use of it, if it is windy at night you barely get to use it.

Our family stayed here and loved every minute! The house was top notch, and the views were so awesome! The staff was amazing from the sauna to the hot spring hot tub it was awesome! Most importantly it was safe!

The house was very convenient for our group; the spaces are spacious and harmoniously designed. The location of the house is super convenient, as it is 8 minutes from downtown. A plus is the daily cleaning of the rooms and the house.

Joaquin was an amazing host making sure everything was taken care of and accommodating all of our requests. He provided great recommendations for a private chef, shuttle service and even a private masseuse (which we ultimately didn’t use). The service in the home was also top notch, with the place being cleaned every day and breakfast each morning. The place was beautiful and every couple loved their rooms and accommodations. The outdoor area is beautiful, with the thermal bath being a great highlight. In a gated community so also very safe and though outside of the city center only about 10 minutes away. Very much a gem in the Airbnb community. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had wonderful time at this villa. Perfect size and beautiful view. It was little chilly for us, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but we spent lots of time around it. The staff were friendly and they cooked super good breakfast for all of us. We highly recommend and truly enjoyed the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in San Miguel de Allende for a bachelorette trip with 8 friends. The house was just as described—clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful, and Joaquin was incredibly responsive, even arranging a private chef our first night (a highlight—the food was amazing!). Note for future guests: the home is in a gated community, so noise must be kept down at night and you can’t roam the neighborhood. Some nearby construction is ongoing but not a deterrent. We couldn’t use the jacuzzi the first night due to a water issue, but it was ready by the next day and such a treat. The house is about 15 minutes from town, so plan meals ahead. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend it for a relaxing, safe, and memorable getaway.

Sensational property to enjoy as a family, with small children and beautiful views. You can breathe a stillness that invites you to rest from the daily hustle and bustle that surrounds us at work, pending, etc. The pool is awesome. The breakfasts are very complete and very well attended by the two girls who leave the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms just like the day we arrived: super clean. Recommend it very highly

The host generously provided freshly made breakfast and helped with everything we needed. The space is beautiful and tastefully decorated; the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Our group of 10 had the most incredible stay at Joaquin’s Airbnb in San Miguel. From start to finish, it was truly a five-star experience. The home itself was absolutely pristine—beautifully decorated, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Joaquin went above and beyond as a host. When one of our guests unexpectedly fell ill, he responded immediately with resources and helped us get connected with a local doctor—his care and attentiveness meant the world to us. He also provided tons of local recommendations that made our trip even more special. The daily breakfast and maid service were outstanding—delicious, professional, and a true luxury. We genuinely loved every minute of our stay and can’t thank Joaquin enough for his hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back!

Wonderful home, my whole family feel in love with the home especially that every room had there own bathrooms every room felt like a suite. The spa was lovely. Beautiful property inside and outside the view were wonderful. 10 minutes drive to town. Joaquin was every helpful quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely come back again.

I was lucky enough to stay at this house in San Miguel de Allende and, honestly, everything was simply spectacular. From the first moment, I knew it would be a different experience: the decoration, the impeccable cleanliness and the atmosphere full of details that make you feel at home. I had been to top residences before, and although the service there is good, I had never been treated with the level of care and dedication that I found here. Joaquín was always attentive to every detail throughout our stay: always attentive to our needs, available at any time and with a friendly attitude that made everything much easier. At first I thought it might be a little awkward to have a couple of people always around to take care of us, but I was completely wrong. The girls who take care of the house not only did an impeccable cleaning, but every morning, when I got up, breakfast was ready, fresh and delicious. We'll be back

This property is gorgeous. It is spacious with lovely outdoor living space and great views. Joaquin was very responsive when we needed rides into town, etc. The property is 10 minutes outside of SMA and Uber was not available. While we enjoyed having the staff cook us breakfast and clean our rooms daily, we did not like having them there from 9-3 everyday.

Joaquin was always very attentive and ready to help with anything! The house is very comfortable and very nicely decorated, the location is a bit far and the road is under construction but it was worth the stay as the house is very comfortable and the people who help are excellent

I cannot recommend this BnB enough! Wow. Just wow. The space is beautiful and spotless, gorgeously designed. Beds are comfortably firm. Amazing views by the pool and we wished we had more time to spend just enjoying the BnB and the natural hot springs. The staff make sure you come back every day to an incredibly clean space with fresh towels every day. We felt extremely safe here as it is in a gated community. The communication was excellent. The only thing that was inconvenient is the road construction outside of the complex. They seemed to be making very quick progress every day we were there so hopefully that’s done soon so that the traffic isn’t so bad! It would make getting an uber very difficult so we were glad we had a private transport for the time we were there. Overall this is hands down one of the best BnB experiences we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many places around the world. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay and making my birthday trip perfect!

A fantastic property! The space incredible, private, luxurious, there is so much to do just at the house alone, but so easy to pop into city. Note that the thermal Jacuzzi is not like a normal Jacuzzi it’s natural and beautiful hot spring water and after it’s filled around 3 PM each day quite hot (can’t go in right away) for a couple of hours and stays hot well into the evening. It does not have jets, but it is very soothing and wonderful and needed because the pool is heated but quite cool. I will say the management company and particularly Joaquin, are fantastic. They cater to all your needs and are very responsive. If any issues come up you definitely feel like they’re on your side trying to solve any problems and help with questions or particular needs you might have.

Amazing villa in San Miguel! Very modern home, with great amenities (pool table, gym, pool and jacuzzi, etc). The layout was perfect for a large group of people; the living room area is located in the middle of the villa, so it’s a very sociable place. The rooms are spacious and clean; same goes for all of the bathrooms. The staff (Fernanda and Laura) are very nice! They prepared breakfast for us every morning, and they also cleaned the rooms/made the beds every day. Finally, Joaquin is a great host. He’s very responsive and flexible. The team at this home work very efficient and we had a great time! Definitely will be staying back here when we return to San Miguel.

This is an amazing house, with all the facilities to have a good time with family and friends. The music setup is great, the thermal pool was an original detail, the bbq is also nice and the rooms and beds are great.

Family spring break trip here was amazing!House was beautiful, great location. We had 11 adults and 10 kids, everyone loved the place. We had a bit of an issue at check-in but it was handled in a timely manner and host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and can’t thank Joaquin and the house staff enough for their hospitality!

What a lovely house! The views are absolutely stunning! This house is absolutely beautiful and is situated in a lovely gated community! My family had a wonderful time and was really happy with all of the amenities. Every morning, the staff was warm and served delicious breakfast. It was really tasty! We would absolutely love to return to this place again. I really recommend this!

My wife and I had the pleasure of booking with Joaquin for our family vacation. From the moment we chatted with him prior to booking we knew he would be the perfect host. He was so attentive, supportive and informative throughout our stay. When we made it to San Miguel de allende and walked into the home we were immediately in love. The property is gorgeous and the staff (the Fernandas) were both amazing and made our family an amazing breakfast! I can’t stop talking to family and friends about this property and their team. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations and made our stay way better than booking a hotel. We can’t wait to come back and spend time in this gorgeous home!

The Villa was more than I expected. You most likely need a car to arrive, take into consideration that's within the outside of San Miguel, close enough to be there within 10 minutes and enjoy what the city has to offer, but far enough to be able to enjoy of privacy, beautiful sunsets and a big space. The house has every tiny detail when it comes to the house, it feels like an AD home. I can see it being ideal for families, but also as a getaway for a couple or friends looking for a luxury experience and some time together. Would love to stay again in the near future!
