Frank’s place is truly unique. It sits on a huge property with direct access to the lake and is cared for by a wonderful family of staff who welcomed us warmly and took care of everything — from breakfast to the barbecue to the daily cleaning. The grounds are spacious, the garden is beautiful, and the views are stunning. As a small suggestion, some maintenance work on a few itens, as well as improved pillows and bed linens, would make the experience even better. Another great highlight is the generous check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to make the most of our stay. This flexibility made a big difference and was truly appreciated But overall, the place is fabulous, and the service provided is fantastic. I genuinely recommend it.

The house is as described, what we liked the most is that it has direct access to the lake, many amenities including life jackets and kayak for you to enjoy a ride on the lake and Mrs. Ana and her family take the prize, super friendly, attentive, they help you with everything you need, always attentive to you and your family and a super thank you to Frank because it was Father's Day weekend and we were a little late and he very kindly let us leave a little after hours. The house is beautiful, well-kept and has everything you need, my only recommendation would be to bring repellent because there are many insects and others due to the vegetation

The place is super well cared for, the spotless pasture, very good cleanliness, but the best of all are Boni and Ana, they and their family made our stay great, we were only one day and one night to celebrate my birthday, they helped us with everything so we had a great time, super proactive and very warm, at all times they were pending, we passed it super, the spaces were great too, we were a group of 10 and we all had incredible, if I had to look for something to contribute to improve, it would be the water of a couple of bathrooms (wc), but without major problem, it was really a pleasant surprise the leaving of the house so happy. Super recommended Thank you!

Excellent option to enjoy in Tequesquitengo. I have rented in several places in Teques and this one, without a doubt, has been the best. The house is much better than what you see in the photos. Frank's attention is excellent at all times. Since we arrived, Ara and his family treated us as if we were home. We have never missed anything, its proactivity for service is unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, the support staff at the house treated us excellently; they made us feel right at home. They are very proactive in helping us get started or giving us ideas about food. They're always available for anything you need, and what can I say about Frank? He's a wonderful person, always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. Any issues that came up were resolved by the staff at the house and Frank, which I found wonderful, since I came to celebrate my birthday. I definitely felt right at home.
