The condo is simply spectacular, and designed -- from linens to lighting -- with comfort and perfection in mind Stunning views, beautifully furnished, and spotless. The amenities in building were great. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The food at the restaurants in the restaurant was delicious, fresh and very reasonably priced. Check in and out was seamless. Could not recommend it more.

We had a wonderful stay and the unit was exceptional. Everything was in order and easy to find. Very clean and great amenities to make it feel like home. A+++

2B is my absolute favorite unit at Indah. The ambience, convenience and experience of this unit is second to none. You satisfies all the senses. You are surrounded by the beautiful foliage of the neighborhood; the unit is filled with beautiful sunlight and sunsets with a full entertainment area wall of glass; the sound of the water crashing against the bay rocks are soothing and music to your ears; the convenience of being on the concierge level next to the Gym, direct contact to the security and welcome desk provides for additional services.. The unit is beautiful and fully equipped. John is a fantastic host!!! Thank You!!!

We loved our stay at this unit. It was impeccably clean, spacious and had everything we needed, including beach towels. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location is stunning, near to many beaches that are good for kids. Overall everything is as described!

Great condo, enjoyed the swim up bar and restaurant (especially the açaí bowls). Walkable distance via the beach to restaurants and boardwalk. Good sunset views off the patio. Spacious bedrooms and incredible water pressure in showers. Used the on-site gym twice, very clean.

We’ve stayed in this building multiple times but this was our first stay in John’s condo. Very well stocked and well thought out. Book with confidence. Sayan is a great building, the staff is great and the amenities are top shelf. This is the first time staying on the lobby level and I must admit, it’s very convenient. Always disappointed to leave and can’t wait to visit again.

The building was amazing, the restaurants were outstanding IN the building! The staff was terrific. The unit itself was gorgeous and very comfortable. It was also very well equipped. An easy Uber ride into town. We would stay here again.

Indah by Sayan is a great place and we have stayed there several times. Rooftop pool is one of the best in Vallarta. Additionally the food at the restaurant was really good - better than at most places and reasonably priced. Having a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer makes for easy living and convenience. This place looks exactly as the photos depict with top notch furnishings and good WiFi. Check in and out super easy and host is incredibly responsive. Due to the local road being out, walkability is impacted however taxis are cheap and come quick when needed. And, there is direct beach access with a short walk. All in all Indah never disappoints and I would highly recommend it! We will be back.

Wow! John’s place was absolutely gorgeous! I felt like I’d stepped into the pages of Architectural Digest. The decor, the art, everything was just right. And the sweeping view! And just lying back on the deck and listening to the waves, and sleeping to the sound of them at night! The two pools were amazing. We’re very active, so enjoyed the ample space to do laps. Others enjoyed hanging out in them, and there were plenty of places to lounge and read. The restaurant offered many delicious choices. We could have happily eaten there all the time if we hadn’t felt we should check out local restaurants— which were easy to check out by taking a 15 minute stroll down the beach to the Zona Romantica. In choosing this condo based on the pictures and great reviews, we weren’t aware of its ideal location — beyond the busy-ness of El Centro, near Zona Romantica but quieter, and on the way to great nature to the south. Perfection all around!

Beautiful place to stay and would 💯 % stay here again.

John's condo was everything promised. My friends and I had a great time in this well appointed unit. Having 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms gave every couple privacy while also being able to enjoy each other in the common areas. The building amenities were the cherry on the cake. On site bars and restaurants gave us the option of staying on property and eating poolside if so inclined. Many buildings in the area have gorgeous pools but not many have restaurants. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Uber rides to the center of the romantic zone only cost a few bucks if we didn't feel like walking. All in all a great place and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We really enjoyed the stay! It was within walking distance of Los Muertos and another private beach. The condo was spacious ans convenient on thr 2nd floor which still had a nice view. We also used the gym area which was super nice with updated equipment and very well kept workout area. The staff were wonderful and the rooftop pool gorgeous! We would definitely recommend a visit!

Amazing space for families or a large group as it has 3 spacious rooms with their own bathroom. The pictures don’t do it justice. It looks even better in person. Super clean and no issues. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful accommodation!

Second time renting this condo. My Wife and I stayed on our own but this place is comfortable and would be so for up to (6) IMO. Two pools, two restaurants/bars with a great staff, nice gym. Down close to the ocean the sound is beautiful. Easy fast and cheap uber pick ups when you go out and explore PV. Also always a cab close by if you prefer. Close to the action but far enough away to avoid too much noise. We also cook a couple of meals when we stay the kitchen works well for us. If you need something the management company is friendly and quick to respond. They can shop for you in advance, call a cab, and since check in time is traditionally later than when we arrive they hold our bags and deposit them in the condo when it's ready for us. We don't get that option when renting a stand alone house. When we come to PV this condo is at the top of our list.

The apartment is gorgeous. Very spacious and functional. The location is perfect, although if you have mobility difficulties I do not recommend it since to go out to the beach you have to go downhill. For us it was perfect for the ages of my children and ours. We would have liked to see the pool on the 3rd floor, but the one on the terrace was beautiful. The food and drinks are very tasty. It was a great experience. Thank you very much

Fabulous stay here! We loved that there was a restaurant and pool upstairs that we surprisingly spent lots of time at. Very safe, and peaceful place. Easy cheap quick uber rides to town. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay there this week, our family had an incredible time in PV and the place is beautiful and in a great location! The restaurant, bar, pool and gym were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Had a great time look forward to staying again

This place was spectacular. The unit was extremely spacious, beautiful tall ceilings and artwork. The gym is so grand and the options to have 2 infinity pools on different floors, one in shade and one more open sun, was a luxury that we could never have expected. There were so many options for food, we WANTED to keep coming back to the same restaurant whereas in the past, in-hotel dining can feel repetitive and bland. The staff were all so kind and attentive, we would love to come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Indah is a great building and quiet but close enough to the town if you walk down the beach or jump in a 5 minute uber. The condo is really nice and easily big enough for 6 comfortably even though we were just 2. Comfortable beds and nice sheets, great showers. Rooftop pool is fantastic and the bar and restaurant are good up there. Gym is well equipped and right next to the unit. We went everyday. Concierge was responsive - they even grocery shopped for us and brought more coffee when we ran out. Lifesavers! Only issue was they weren’t ready to check us in at 4pm. Will be back to Indah. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for large group or family… Three large bedrooms privacy galore . Nice mix of proximity to town via cheap Ubers and also enjoy the quiet of the distance. Rooftop restaurant has great food and pool options are Nice but condo is also very well Stocked for cooking. I’ll book again.

I am awkwardly cautious in writing this review of unit 2B. I am concerned that if I express my true sentiments about unit 2B John might raised the rates and it will no longer be affordable. This was my third stay at Indah Sayan previously 4C (Host) 9C (Guest)... I will now always stay at Indah Sayan when visiting PV. For Me and my three Guest 2B was the absolute perfect unit!!! A Corner unit with panoramic spectacular vista's all around!!! The layout of the unit provides individual privacy with elegant spaciousness. The convenience of the unit across from the entrance foyer for easy access to and from; chauffeured and walking; shopping and package delivery; watching for transportation arrival, etc. etc. etc. I also had an additional Bedroom Suite in the extension part of Indah for one of my guest which worked out beautifully; they went there to sleep only twice out of the five days and crashed on the luscious couch the other days. 2B is the suite for Me. Please no price hike!

Home away from home! This was our second stay at this lovely location. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable experience. It was conveniently located, and the check-in was seamless. We had an amazing getaway!

This condo is fabulous and very well appointed. Super clean and very spacious. Views to die for! Roof top pool was spectacular and had very good service at the bar and restaurant. Had a small issue checking in {not the fault of the host] but John took care of it immediately. John was a great host. Highly recommend this unit in Indah.

What a wonderful place to stay! John and the management group were extremely accommodating and proactive. The building was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We frequented the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and found the food exceptional. Unfortunately, the roof top pool and bar were closed for renovations due to it being the off season while we were there, but John made us aware of the closure long before we ever arrived. Our friends that joined us on this trip were experiencing PV for the first time and fell in love with it. They even talked about bringing their family down to stay in the condo sometime. We would recommend John’s place to anyone going to PV as the pictures don’t do it justice.

Absolutely a 10/10 stay and will be my go-to in Puerto Vallarta from here on out. Every single parts of the place is beyond amazing and there’s no way anyone could be displeased

We love PV and this place is exquisite. We saw it on YouTube TV and were in awe of the Indah property. The residence felt like home (our style) and every amenity from the welcoming hospitality of every staff member on property to the VIEWS at every time of day from 2B! This property is a gem…the pool, the food & beverage and the location. And we must give shout out to the BEST 4th of July fireworks ever right off the Malecon…like a private show. We enjoyed all of our favorite places in PV but Indah made us not want to leave home. Everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing.

This was the second time staying in John’s condo. Had a great time! We were a little bummed about the rooftop pool being closed for upgrades and maintenance, but the 3rd floor pool was just as great. This is still one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! The condo is so beautiful and comfortable with an amazing terrace, and beautiful views, you’ll want to just stay in the condo the whole time! Wow! What an incredible experience. Insert all the positive superlatives you want, but this condo and the amenities in the building made it hard to decide to leave. We immediately felt at home and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We had to pry ourselves out of the pool on the last day to make our flights. The views from the condo were jaw droppingly gorgeous. Everything was impeccably clean. Well worth the value. The apartment was in the main floor too which meant no ride in the elevator. Yet we still felt we had a very private place. For the gays: Mantamar, Blue Chairs, and Ritmos are an easy less than 10 min walk. The walk to the downtown bars is doable, about 20 min, but taxi rides are cheap too. We were the obvious gaggle of gays, and there was never a side eye, never a moment of weirdness. The staff were very professional, which was comforting. and, I know some folks stress out about water, and we drank water from the tap no problem. 😉 Can't wait to stay here again!

Can’t beat waking up to the sound and the view of the ocean. The building is modern, clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The view from our unit's balcony is spectacular, and the apartment is comfortably furnished with everything we needed. Seating area was spacious, plus each bedroom has own en-suites so lots of space for everyone. Definitely take advantage of the pools and restaurants. The place is stunning. Beautiful views, large bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and I am picky about sheets and they were good! The best part is the location. close enough to walk to the Romantica Zone, but far enough that you don't get the noise.

Everything was amazing. Communication with John and concierge was super easy. The building is located at a great zone, with awesome views and amenities. We were three but the apartment is spacious enough to host 6 persons. I will stay here again for sure.

Just about a perfect 10 days in this condo! Small hiccup upon arriving re: 3rd floor pool being closed but John (he didn't know either) was communicative immediately and everything worked out fine. Lastly, I would recommend some cleaning be included for longer stays like ours but not a big deal. Mgmt co. while responsive seemed a bit unfamiliar with the unit. They also promote themselves as a high-end "concierge" manager but weren't anything beyond any other manager we've encountered. They do have maintenance onsite which is really helpful. Have stayed numerous times in the area and this is the best building we've seen. Location is also perfect. Condo is beautiful, comfortable, easy access. Gym was great. Service at the pool / bar / restaurant was the best we've encountered in 20+ rentals across Mexico. Showers were amazing, appliances and utensils, etc. were perfect. Very comfortable for a group to visit, plenty of private space, etc. Will look here first next time!!

It is a beautiful place. Love the individual bathroom in each bedroom. Very spacious and kitchen has all cookwares. They also have seasoning and other things that you use daily.

When you walk in the door and see the beautiful decor and then.....WOW the view! The condo was just as described. We were very comfortable and liked that the unit was on the same level as the lobby - there is only one other unit on that level so you aren't running into a lot of people. It feels private. Love that you can go up just one floor to the 3rd floor pool and restaurant. The rooftop pool and restaurant is spectacular too. It is super easy to hop into an Uber and go anywhere into town. The staff and all the locals are very friendly. The hosts were super helpful very responsive. This is a great spot!

Our stay was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for better. The pictures were on point! Beautiful views! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We didn’t cook but you could very easily just as if you were home. Lots of towels and toilet paper. Ceiling fans in every room was a plus! The staff at the pool were awesome! The rooftop pool was being redone but we didn’t feel like we missed much because the 3rd level pool was amazing. It’s a short Uber ride to anything in PV. We all agreed we would stay again! John the host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure all was well. Great value for what you get here. Well done John!

Our family loved our stay here. The Indah is a terrific property. Décor is Latin modern. Large gym with tons of equipment; open 24x7. Beautiful roof top pool with amazing views. Food and drinks at restaurant were very good and very reasonably priced for a luxury resort. Staff was super friendly. The unit 2B is large and beautifully appointed; the corner unit provides even better views.

The hosts and concierge are responsive and accommodating. The space had a great vibe from the moment we walked in and did not disappoint. It was close to everything and received some recommendations for great places to explore off the beaten path. We were setup with a private chef who provided delicious meal selections each and every time. Would be happy to stay at this location again on a future trip.

This place was absolutely amazing! My friends and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Not one issue identified during our stay. The bedrooms are extremely spacious, very comfortable king size beds equipped with plenty of soft pillows and blankets. The master bedroom was even more amazing extremely spacious and with private access to the balcony, it made the room all the more amazing. Each bedroom has a bathroom and they are all very spacious. The water pressure from each shower was perfect! My friends and I used the showers at the same time and we all had great pressure and hot water. There's plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo and hair conditioner available for your use and all of high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals however as we were on vacation cooking was not an option. The living room is very spacious and bright with beautiful views of the country quality entertainment system and excellent lighting. It was very challenging for my friends and I to leave the unit during our stay because it was so comfortable. The amenities of the building enhanced the greatness of our stay here; the rooftop restaurant, infinity pool and the most importantly the gym (for me) which is just a few steps away from the unit and loaded with high quality gym equipment. Additionally we had the opportunity to meet John in person as he was in town and wow, what an amazing and accommodating guy!!Thank you so much for the wine and for the heart felt good bye. I would highly recommend this Place to anyone considering to stay in Puerto Vallarta

Let me start off by just saying, WOW. The Maxwell team assisting John messaged me before arrival to welcome my family, offer multiple services and messaged me every night while there to make sure I didn’t need anything before the team left for the evening. Check in was a smooth process, ALL employees were a joy to talk to (Javier, Mauricio at the pool!) and willing to assist with anything. The unit itself is spacious, fully equipped with everything needed and it was a nice touch to have access to Netflix, Apple TV etc, when it was time to wind down a bit. Nice views, comfortable seating inside and out (patio), and not far from the beach down below if you want to help yourself to the waves. Zona Romantica is also a short walk down the main road which is very convenient if you plan to go down there for some fun, good eats or nightlife. Front desk can and will also arrange a taxi for you if needed! Lastly their gym, steam room and rooftop pool are great additions to this condominium. Definitely check them out when you book your stay here! I will be looking forward to my next vacation at the Indah. Thanks for the wonderful stay, John! P.S - we were told by multiple visitors who were also there that they wanted this unit, but we managed to get it first! It’s a hot spot.

My husband and I just returned from a 5-day trip to Puerto Vallarta. It was everything we had hoped for, and more. John's condo is truly amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed: plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a fully stocked kitchen, a great surround sound system, etc. And the views were incredible. The employees who worked at the building were all so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure my husband and I had a great time in PV. The concierge even set up a rental car for us one day with only an hour or two notice. John and/or the concierge checked in with us every day to make sure everything was perfect. John gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants in PV: Joe Jack's Fish Shack, La Capella, and Pancho's Takos were three of our favorites. But restaurants located in the condo building were just as good -- there are two: one located on the third floor overlooking the pool and a second on the top floor. Everything we had was great and very affordable. The seafood burrito and chicken enchiladas were the best we had ever had. Christian also made us the very best margaritas! John's condo is centrally located, too. It was a short 3-5 minute cab ride to old town where there are lots of shops, restaurants, and where you can access the beach. However, the pools (and the views, especially from the top floor) are so incredible that I almost regret having left the condo at all. We were nervous to travel to PV during the rainy season, but now that we did, we wouldn't go any other time. The weather was awesome: sunny every day and very hot (90s). It did rain at night, but my husband and I had so much fun watching the storms roll in over the bay and listening to the waves. Some of the most incredible lighting we had ever seen. Also, the town is much less busy during the rainy season, so we didn't need reservations to go out to dinner and never waited more than a minute or two for a cab. We had a fantastic trip and will be counting down the days until we can return!

What a fantastic condo at the Indah Sayan. Spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from two sides of the unit. The condo itself was loaded with great amenities, and was spacious and extremely clean. The entire support and service staff were remarkably outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit and if available on my next trips to Puerto Vallarta, I would absolutely choose this beautiful facility and rent from John again!

Thanks for an awesome stay John! Loved the VIEW, location, decor and overall feel of the place. This was our third stay at the Sayan complex and this condo did not disappoint. The only issue we had was with the secondary bedrooms being close to the garage door that loudly opens and closes all night. This unfortunately interrupted my son’s sleep several times throughout the stay. John said they are working with management to fix the noise issue. Other than that, we had an excellent 5 star stay!!

This place was stunning and exactly what we had hoped for. The concierge service was wonderful and helped us with all reservations, taxis, and private chefs. You will not be disappointed, the view was unbelievable! We look forward to coming back in the future.

This place is amazing! Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay! The views are beautiful! The place was clean overall, modern and was fully stocked! The food, drinks and the pool in the terrace were phenomenal. The only thing my family didnt like is the noise throughout the day eslecially at night. This location sits in the lobby area and right next to the garage door which had noise day and night. Two bedrooms will hear the noise, but if you dont mind, then this place is still great! The host was awesome too and checked in on us, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this place! We will return!

John’s Condo is AMAZING! What a beautiful condo and location. The condo is more beautiful in person than in the photos! Plenty of space and well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The views from the condo are just amazing, so of course we spent a lot time out on the terrace. Both 3rd floor and rooftop pools, WOW! Just GORGEOUS! Everyone from the management staff to the staff at the restaurant and bar at both pools were so nice and accommodating. I liked that its just enough away from the busy and crowded touristy area. My only negative, noise from the lobby area, which is directly across from the entrance of the condo. Guest staying in the 2 bedrooms in that part of the condo, could hear noise coming from the lobby, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but not at 6 am. We did talk to someone at the front desk about it and they did say they will try to manage the noise so early in the morning. which understandably can be difficult. The lobby is very open, which is so cool, but sound travels That being said, I would definitely be returning. Hurry, book it, you’ll luv it!

Amazing place with an amazing view, both directly from the condo and from the rooftop. Very fast and easy to get to anywhere else in town you want to go to, but the place is so great that we didn’t mind staying near to enjoy the accommodations.

What a fantastic facility! Everything is so clean in all areas of this building. The condo was fantastic. Our group of 5 loved it. I personally stayed in the bedroom closest to the ocean so I had could leave the door open in the evening to listen to the sounds of the ocean. We spent time up on the roof patio. The view from there was amazing! Also great views on level 3 where the other pool was. I was really impressed with the prices for food and thought the food was really good at the condo. We would get a taxi and go to somewhere different each night to eat. My group walked from the condo to old town a couple of times and said it wasn't bad to walk it either. The only small complaint from one in our group was that outside his bedroom window, which looks into the lobby, almost every night the employees would be outside being very loud. It made it difficult for him to sleep. There are only 2 condo's on level 2 or the lobby level. That being said, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Puerto Vallarta.

We loved staying here - the unit is huge and has amazing views. It is a great value for all the amenities. There are two beautiful pools, the gym is huge, and the food is fantastic. It is also a very short walk to the Romantic Zone. Can’t wait to come back!

John’s place is great! If you want incredible views, great pools and a full service kitchen, I would 100% recommend staying here. The beach is a short walk away along with Zona Romántica. Communication was quick, check-in was a breeze.

John's condo is a true gem. If you are looking for an intimate, luxurious, relaxing and un-paralleled experience for your stay in PV then you can't go wrong with this condo. The Sayan Indah is set up to provide all the amenities with NONE of the stuff you deal with staying in hotels or similar places such as noise and crowds. The condo itself is high-end experience, with a very comfortable setting and beautiful sunset views every day of your stay. My group of friends all had nothing but the best things to say about the property and we wouldn't hesitate to return. The concierge services provided really make you feel like a VIP and can help provide you with everything you would possibly need. The staff is super friendly and provide great service.

We stayed here for a week with our adult daughters and their husbands. Initially there was some wariness about not staying in an all-inclusive, but the Sayan Indah exceeded their wishes. Whether sitting at the huge dining table, relaxing in the living room or on the spacious deck, the sights and sounds and breeze of the ocean are literally just outside the window. The pools were gorgeous and the food in the restaurants was great. We ate in the restaurant and sat by the pool frequently during the week and were never disappointed. Ubers and taxis are readily available, though we did rent a car and used it every day to go to excursions or out to dinner or get groceries. There is ample underground parking. Driving in PV is not for the timid, however, and drivers need to be wary of potholes, aggressive local drivers, and big tour buses on the weekends. Add in an unusual system of turn lanes and stone streets, it is a notable (but doable!) experience to drive. The kitchen has a generous array of lovely dishes for eating meals or snacks, as well as completely adequate cookware. The staff at the Sayan Indah are also top notch and are eager to do everything to make your vacation enjoyable.

Literal paradise and probably the best view you can get in Puerto Vallarta. The infinity pool and immaculate decor inside the unit are more than enough to justify another visit to this condo VERY soon. Hosts were amazing and had perfect communication the whole trip

This condo is absolutely great! Amazing views, great rooftop pool and restaurant. John (the host) was super helpful and communicative. Couldn’t have asked for better! We will be back.

Johns place was clean, stylish and a great place to stay on your next trip to VP. The extra towels were a life safer when going to the rooftop pool/bar and the staff was all very nice and attentive.
