The place is absolutely spectacular!! Very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and more!! The rooms are spacious, each with its own TV and air conditioning!!! Very good cleaning!! The condo itself is very nice!! Very good location! Close to everything, supermarkets and restaurants! The beach is 5 minutes away!! Communication with Kim was excellent!!

Kimberly was amazing! She suggested a local for airport pickup which saved us a lot verses website prices. She was also proactive in making sure I checked in easily and when I reached out with a question she responded and had a solution quite quickly! Close 10-15min walk to town/beach (wear comfortable shoes!). Overall 10/10.

We had a good stay in this condo. It was clean and spacious. A little further from the beach and stores than we thought but we managed.

One of the best all around Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Awesome condo and fantastic host. Condo is clean, modern and quiet with friendly neighbors. Very comfortable bed and one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen. The shared pool was never overly crowded and we had it to ourselves a couple times. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and main area of Tamarindo with all the bars and restaurants. We opted to rent a golf cart to be able to make quick stops in town and be able to easily explore the full town but we also walked to town plenty and you can definitely get around on foot. Kimberly Lauren wa super responsive and helpful getting us settled in. She was flexible on check in since we got in very early in the morning and was able to help arrange a golf cart for us through her local connections. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when in Tamarindo.

everything was great, only the price was rather a bit expensive, but you really have everything you need, a top furnished kitchen and also otherwise the apartment is very clean and spacious.

Great stay in Tamarindo! The accommodation is clean, safe and very quiet. Available parking is a big plus. The location is ideal, close to the city while remaining quiet. The house has everything you need. I recommend it without hesitating!

The condo was perfect, although it's a bit far from the beach. We got to see a show from a family of howler monkeys right on our terrace.

Probably the best condo we’ve ever stayed at! Despite a bit of gravel to get to it on the outskirts of Tamarindo, the courtyard, pool and newer condo were amazing! The condo looks brand new inside, with new appliances, quartz countertops, excellent a/c in 2 bedrooms and living room and has a very well stocked kitchen. The patio outside serves us extremely well for morning coffee, with amazing views of the adjacent treetops. We could walk to the beach in about 10 mins, but elected to drive each day which worked well. Extremely good value as well we thought. I’d definitely look to rebook or reccommend to anyone!

I've stayed in a lot of AirBnBs this place was truly exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

Excellent accommodation, the kitchen had absolutely everything you could need and much more, the rooms are super comfortable, both with air conditioning, an air conditioner in the living room that provides a friendly temperature even on the hottest day. Among the kitchen utensils, there were thermoses that were super useful for taking drinks to the beach. Very useful cloths and the convenience of a washer and dryer. We loved the terrace with the armchairs and the table, and from the kitchen and secondary room windows you can see and hear the monkeys. We would love to come back sometime.

The house is very convenient and fully equipped. The condo is very nice. Great location. Minutes from downtown Tama.

Excellent accommodation, as seen in the photos, very complete in terms of kitchen appliances. We felt super comfortable. The only thing is that it is not very accessible for older adults or people with some type of disability since it is accessed by stairs up to the third floor.
