El lugar es muy espectacular!! Muy cómodo, la cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita y mucho más!! Las habitaciones son espaciosas, cada una con su TV y aire acondicionado!!! La limpieza muy bien!! El condo en sí muy bonito!! Muy buena ubicación! Cerca de todo, supermercados y restaurantes! La playa a 5 minutos!! La comunicación con Kim fue excelente!!

Kimberly was amazing! She suggested a local for airport pickup which saved us a lot verses website prices. She was also proactive in making sure I checked in easily and when I reached out with a question she responded and had a solution quite quickly! Close 10-15min walk to town/beach (wear comfortable shoes!). Overall 10/10.

We had a good stay in this condo. It was clean and spacious. A little further from the beach and stores than we thought but we managed.

One of the best all around Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Awesome condo and fantastic host. Condo is clean, modern and quiet with friendly neighbors. Very comfortable bed and one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen. The shared pool was never overly crowded and we had it to ourselves a couple times. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and main area of Tamarindo with all the bars and restaurants. We opted to rent a golf cart to be able to make quick stops in town and be able to easily explore the full town but we also walked to town plenty and you can definitely get around on foot. Kimberly Lauren wa super responsive and helpful getting us settled in. She was flexible on check in since we got in very early in the morning and was able to help arrange a golf cart for us through her local connections. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when in Tamarindo.

Not as Advertised Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. The listing was far from luxe: water pressure was very low, and there wasn’t enough hot water for two people. The 20-minute walk to the beach and downtown was along rough, unpaved roads, which was inconvenient and unsafe at times. The bathroom lacked privacy film on the shower windows, and the toilet paper couldn’t be flushed. The main bedroom had no blackout blinds, and the sheets were polyester, not the comfortable linens we expected. Basic supplies like dishwasher detergent were also missing. While the location had potential, these issues made the stay disappointing and uncomfortable.

es war alles super nur der preis war eher ein bisschen teuer jedoch hat man wirklich alles was man braucht, eine top eingerichtete Küche und auch sonst die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig.

Super séjour à Tamarindo ! Le logement est propre, sécuritaire et très tranquille. Le stationnement disponible est un gros plus. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la ville tout en restant au calme. La maison dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Le condo était parfait, malgré qu’il est un peu loin de la plage. On a eu droit à un spectacle d’une famille de singes hurleurs directement à la hauteur de notre terrasse.

Probably the best condo we’ve ever stayed at! Despite a bit of gravel to get to it on the outskirts of Tamarindo, the courtyard, pool and newer condo were amazing! The condo looks brand new inside, with new appliances, quartz countertops, excellent a/c in 2 bedrooms and living room and has a very well stocked kitchen. The patio outside serves us extremely well for morning coffee, with amazing views of the adjacent treetops. We could walk to the beach in about 10 mins, but elected to drive each day which worked well. Extremely good value as well we thought. I’d definitely look to rebook or reccommend to anyone!
