The villa is very cozy and perfect for a family with 2 children. The outdoor area is great and the pool very inviting! The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! And we felt safe all the time. Kathia is a very responsive and generous host and made us feel at home right away. The location is great as it’s just a few minutes away to playa guiones and playa pelada. But if you are looking for a very very quiet place, look in the jungle as you can hear the road nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Kathia’s place for your stay in Nosara!

We had a great time in Kathia's place. We felt comfy right away, it's a beautiful home with all what u need for a relaxing family vacation. it's very kids friendly, safe and has a beautiful outdoor area/pool, parking lot is included too. thanks for the great time, we would love to come back soon 😀

Kathia's place was clean and organized. Conveniently located near the tennis centre and short car/tuk tuk ride into town. Kathia was responsive to any questions and willing to accommodate any special request that I had.

Kathia was great, very responsive, helpful and gave plenty of recommendations. Her home is truly lovely, with games and books and boogie board and everything you need in the kitchen. The condo is right next to the pool. The community is private and beautifully taken care of. This is a great place with a great host, very highly recommend!

Katia's property is perfect for our family. It's beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen is super complete, the beds are very comfortable and the house is very functional. The condo has a large pool to hang out in and the kids have a great time. Very quiet and pleasant neighbors, a safe and well-maintained place. A totally recommended place!!

It was really nice. Beautiful house and beautiful environment! I enjoyed my stay here! For me Personal would be the only improvement: a firmer mattress. because i can't sleep so well on soft mattresses. And a Hi-Fi system because I love music. But I had my own speaker with me. But everything else was beautiful! Thank you very much!

We were very happy staying at Katia's place! It definitely exceeded our expectations, the house itself was very clean and more spacious than the photos give away. The outdoor living space was amazing and the pool was literally steps from her front door. Katia was very helpful! She recommended many places to eat, shop, site see and she was always quick in replying to any questions we had for her. Thank you Katia for letting us stay at your lovely home!

Kathia is an amazing host, she was so fast and helpful in responding to our many questions (at what was a scary time with the Covid-19 situation). The apartment is a sanctuary of cool and shade in a hot and dusty town. It is really well equipped for a family of four, both in terms of books and toys and kitchen utensils. We loved Nosara and all its amazing healthy eateries, awesome surf and friendly people. We will definitely return!

This felt like a real vacation home. It was to my upper standards. Nice pool atmosphere in the sun. It’s conveniently located (as a driver) 5 minutes to all beaches, restaurants and hotels, Yoga centres. It’s nice to make lunches in the kitchen, go to the pool and enjoy the afternoon sun. Perfect safe place to experience the beautiful gems in Nosara. Surf’s Up!

Very tidy and lovely Nosara AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Kathia is a great host and there when you need her, Very nice and wants to share all she knows about the area. I had a great stay!
