We had a great time in Kathia's place. We felt comfy right away, it's a beautiful home with all what u need for a relaxing family vacation. it's very kids friendly, safe and has a beautiful outdoor area/pool, parking lot is included too. thanks for the great time, we would love to come back soon 馃榾

Kathia's place was clean and organized. Conveniently located near the tennis centre and short car/tuk tuk ride into town. Kathia was responsive to any questions and willing to accommodate any special request that I had.

First of all, Kathia is an excellent host. She was always very responsive and proactive with suggestions and recommendations. She also very kindly left some of her beach items available for our use. It really makes a difference and was very much appreciated. Kathia鈥檚 place is very nice, but for our liking was a bit further from Guiones than we wanted. It is a very short drive, but we were hoping that it would have been walkable. The condo itself is nice and spacious, but we struggled a bit with the very low water pressure in the bathroom shower (hopefully it can be fixed). The bunk bed in the second bedroom is also a bit tough for older kids as the top bunk is very close to the ceiling (fine for younger kids). As already mentioned in another review, the master bedroom mattress is also very soft (a matter of personal preference). The pool area is very nice and quiet, but be aware of the mosquitos at dusk! Overall a great stay and we love Nosara!!

Kathia was great, very responsive, helpful and gave plenty of recommendations. Her home is truly lovely, with games and books and boogie board and everything you need in the kitchen. The condo is right next to the pool. The community is private and beautifully taken care of. This is a great place with a great host, very highly recommend!

Very clean unit with pool nearby which was very handy Kathia was responsive and helpful. The place is very well equipped and there were some toys available for our little boy which was a nice touch! Thanks again!

La propiedad de Katia es perfecta para nuestra familia. Es bonita, c贸moda y muy limpia. La cocina es super completa, la camas muy c贸modas y la casa muy funcional. El condominio tiene una piscina grande donde pasar el rato y los ni帽os lo pasan genial. Los vecinos muy tranquilos y agradables, un lugar seguro y cuidado. Un lugar totalmente recomendable !!

It was really nice. Beautiful house and beautiful environment! I enjoyed my stay here! For me Personal would be the only improvement: a firmer mattress. because i can't sleep so well on soft mattresses. And a Hi-Fi system because I love music. But I had my own speaker with me. But everything else was beautiful! Thank you very much!

We were very happy staying at Katia's place! It definitely exceeded our expectations, the house itself was very clean and more spacious than the photos give away. The outdoor living space was amazing and the pool was literally steps from her front door. Katia was very helpful! She recommended many places to eat, shop, site see and she was always quick in replying to any questions we had for her. Thank you Katia for letting us stay at your lovely home!
