The house was very nice and as described in the description. Really enjoyed the pool and outdoor terrace. Had everything you needed from kitchen appliances, pots,pans etc and in working order.

Great villa to stay for groop. I will defenely order breakfast from them specially buddy bowl with smothy. Everything is clean and even better then in photos. 5 US Uber cost for main Marina. Will help if anybody speak Spanish to understand faster what you need as a hotel manager not fluent in English . Our groop of 12 people felt comfortable there. The water is provided there for free. Defenely good place to stay there.

Great place for a big family stay. We recently visited with a group of 14, and it worked perfectly for us. Every room having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the beds were clean and very comfortable. The location is also super convenient — Walmart is just a short walk away. I would definitely book again.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. It is conveniently located within walking distance of a variety of dining options, coffee shops, fresh fruit vendors, and OXXO stores, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to travel far. The home was fully equipped with all essential amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces, which made our stay seamless. The pool was excellent and a highlight of the property—the children especially enjoyed it. Orlando and Araceli were especially helpful during our stay—they cleaned the pool daily and were readily available whenever needed, which we truly appreciated. Brian was also very responsive to all questions and concerns, ensuring clear communication throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property, particularly for families, and would stay here again

This place is great!!! Brian is a very good person, Orlando and Araceli are excellent people and are attentive at all times, the place is just like the pictures, hot water, air conditioning in all the rooms, the heated pool and the kitchen with everything you need for anything, another thing is that Orlando does daily cleaning if you require it, it is a very good point since you always see the place impeccable!!! There are some things to exercise if you wish and they also include things in the minibar of each room! It's definitely one of the best places I've ever seen and stayed in.

Everything was very good. Orlando was super attentive and helpful. The house is just as described. Only 2 details: the parking is insufficient for groups and the floor around the pool is very dangerous. We had 2 accidents that fortunately did not happen to more than there. Other than that, the house is comfortable and has everything for you to have a good time

Brian responded to any questions and requests quickly. Any problems or issues about the description of property were quickly resolved. Orlando was very attentive to all our needs, checking in on us to make sure we did not need anything. The cleaning of property was done when we requested and did a very good job. The pool was cleaned regularly. The property was well located, within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and cruise port, where we were able to join our booked water tours. We used Uber to get around, however, local buses were easy to walk to. Our family, consisting of 4 generations, had a wonderful vacation at this property. We look forward to returning next season.

Casa Luna was spacious, had great amenities, and was located close to many attractions and conveniences. Orlando and his wife were responsive and attentive to our families needs. Casa Luna was definitely ideal for our larger group. The pool, Jacuzzi’s, convenience of the kitchen, and upstairs accommodation that amounted to a studio plus apartments were all excellent features. We loved our stay and had a great time in Puerto Vallarta.

We booked Brian’s place last minute for a group of 12 and needed an early check in. Brian accommodated us by letting us drop our things ahead of time which ensured we didn’t waste our last day in PV and we are so grateful for that! Our houseman Orlando was wonderful. He gave us a tour, explained where everything was located and how to work appliances in detail. He eagerly took everyone’s luggage to their rooms which was a big help being there are 3 floors. We appreciated all of the complimentary things he set out for us, we couldn’t believe how lucky we got snagging this place! It’s so much more than the pictures and was perfect for our group with rooms to spare. The location is great as there are coffee shops in walking distance, as well as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and some great restaurants a short uber ride away. The pool is a great size and was heated to perfection which was the highlight of our night. I would love to stay again for a longer period of time in the future!

Brian Bo’s home is amazing. Perfect for large groups with a large kitchen that has everything you need to make your own meals. We were greeted upon arrival and everything was explained to us. All rooms have a min fridge with drinks and snacks. All rooms have bathrooms with great water pressure. All of the beds were very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. Nothing bad to say about this house. The house can be cleaned daily if needed which I have never heard of at other stays. Personal service and quick response. We shopped a little markets a blocks away to get our food. A little store next provided our Mexican sodas. Very secure and private. Not far from the airport and close to the marina and stores, including Sam’s and Walmart. I highly recommend Brian’s place!!!!

Perfect place for our trip to Puerto Vallarta! The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the area. Brian and his team were outstanding hosts, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Perfect stay, it exceeded my expectations! We stayed with a group of 15 friends. The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great, close to everything. Orlando, the manager of the place, was very kind and attentive, responded quickly to each message and made sure everything was in order during my stay. The rooms are very comfortable, the amenities (kitchen, wifi, air conditioning, pool) worked wonderfully and you could see the care in every detail. I recommend this place 100%. I would definitely come back on my next visit.

Excellent service from both the host and the managers, super spacious house, very spacious rooms and the great touch of having a welcome with your mini bar with everything you need for a good welcome and the children happy with the sweets and as a final theme the great farewell toast with a bottle of red wine I would return soon, God willing

5 Stars! Casa de Luna was the perfect spot for our stay! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the airport and the Malecón. Brian and his team, especially Orlando and his wife, were incredible hosts. They welcomed us with fresh guacamole and refreshing Jamaica the moment we arrived. The communication was quick and easy, and they were always checking in to see if we needed anything. The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the pool was heated and perfect for relaxing. The whole place had everything we needed and more. Getting in and out was simple, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person. Me and the boys definitely recommend Casa de Luna and will for sure stay here again in the future!

The stay at this Airbnb was very satisfactory, the host was always attentive and the photos don't do it justice as it looks much better in person. It's not far from downtown and it's a very private place. We would definitely stay here again next time

Our stay was incredible, the communication with Brian is fast and assertive, we had a theme with our flights and they welcomed us earlier than planned, Orlando and his wife who are in charge of the house make everything magnificent since we arrived, the reception, all the food tips and places, at all times they were attentive to our needs, their attention is very good, when you leave in a group what you are looking for is to reach a comfortable, clean and pleasant place, to give everyone a taste is difficult, the house exceeded our expectations, having a room on the ground floor helped us a lot because we travel with people of the elderly, as the kitchen, the terrace and the pool helps to make the living room fluent. It is a modern house full of comforts in each of its areas. Thank you very much for all your kindness. It is certainly a place I would go back to and recommend.

Beautiful space for our group of 15! Orlando was amazing…all the reviews are spot on. The location was very cool, not a super touristy area, rather some pretty cool small taco places/cafes/bar all within a few mins walking distance. It was nice to be in a more local-feeling area as opposed to the resort feel we’ve had in previous vacation trips. Also close to the marina for the excursions we booked. Any issues or questions, Orlando was amazing at helping us through. There is some expansion happening, adding more suites, which will be so cool, we may have to come back and bring more friends next time! Would highly recommend this house.

I have no words to describe how spectacular this place and its hosts are. Brian and more importantly Orlando with his wife Araceli and daughters welcome and treat you like a King/Queen always asking what you need, serving you. Casa Luna is spotless, gorgeous house that has one bathroom for each room which is rare to find. This house can very comfortably fit 20 guests. It was 20 of us. Every breakfast for every guest fit what each of them wanted. Brian was able to prepare a great birthday party for me and decorated the venue accordingly. I will never forget this birthday. Brian, Orlando and his family (very kind) made it such special occasion to me. I thank you for all your support and work for this Airbnb and Puerto Vallarta stay to be one of the most enjoyable I’ve experienced so far. With my eyes closed I recommend Casa Luna managed by Brian, hosted by Orlando and his great family 100 %.

We stayed a group of 15 girls, the spectacular service, the beautiful place and the chef is always very willing! The photos don't do the house justice, it's even more beautiful than the pictures show! Some rooms have a bed and a sofa bed, only important point to clarify. But other than that, everything was amazing! Always attentive, responsive and very cute!

Brian’s place was perfect for our large party. We were greeted by Orlando and instantly felt at home. All the rooms are clean, have AC and mini fridges the pool and outdoor area was perfect to cool off in and relax. 10/10 would book again.

Amazing place.. would DEFINITELY come back. Private , easy to get to since it’s 5 min away from airport and their employee Orlando was great ! Helped us get food to our home and told us about all the things around town.

Excellent stay and service. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to cleanliness. The best thing is that there are many shops nearby and the boardwalk is less than 20 minutes away. I could go on and on about Brian’s Airbnb and attention provided to us by him and his staff. Orlando was top notch. When I forgot the house key inside the house he took time away from his anniversary day to come open the house for me, late at night might I add!!! Everything is just as described. No power, Ac, or hot water problems. Drinking water from a water dispenser was provided, something minuscule but that I’ve never had provided to me with other airbnbs. I would recommend this airbnb!!!!!

The place is totally recommended, when you arrive you feel at home my next visit to Vallarta I already know where to go or recommend to family and friends.

Brian’s house was great for our large group of 10. Each couple had a spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Brian’s staff was very friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival they prepared us a fresh guacamole and chips and in every room there was a bottle of wine and some treats. One morning they prepared us an amazing Mexican breakfast. The house was cleaned every day. Brian was always very accommodating and offered his help whenever we needed it. The house is in a neighbourhood with many excellent authentic restaurants, and close to Walmart and buses. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend staying at casa Luna. We loved the space. it was super clean;they came to clean and replenish what we needed daily. The kitchen was open and big enough to hang out and cook. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, spices. The linens on the bed were incredible, silky sheets and a nice heavy comforter. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water, two rooms have jacuzzi tubs, the pool was cleaned daily and is heated. The outdoor space is a fabulous spot to hang out, play games, have drinks, enjoy your morning coffee. It’s very secure and fit out the vehicles inside. Close to a butcher, bakery, fruit and vegetables, and several restaurants. Host responded very quickly and anticipated it needs. Absolutely beautiful space, gorgeous decor, clean and smelled amazing. Also only a short drive to the malecón and larger grocery store (Walmart). Our family loved the time here; thank you Orlando and Brian!

The pictures of this house don't do it justice. Once you're there, you'll see how modern and well-maintained it is. It's a beautiful house with all the amenities you need for a week-long vacation. Although it was a bit difficult to locate at first, as there was a big building next to it, I contacted the host and he immediately responded and gave directions. The next morning, we went for a walk and realized that the house is in walkable distance to many coffee shops, meat shops and restaurants. The house is also located 5 min away from the Marina and a shopping center. The manager was very friendly, proactive and available whenever we needed something. The house was always cleaned and the pool was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this house for a family or big group, as it is spacious, beautiful and in a great location.

The house is incredibly spacious and very clean. The kitchen has plenty of space to store your pantry. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back when we visit Puerto Vallarta

This is an excellent place where you can enjoy with friends and family, people took care of us very well, 100% recommended. Next year 2024 it is 100% likely that I will return to this spot. The location is located in an accessible spot and you would be from the marina, Galleries and Walmart. The facilities are excellent clean and comfortable , it was one of the places I have best stayed at. Not at the moment 100% recommended place. Thanks to Brian and the people supporting him for the time they gave us and the stay was excellent, see you next year 2024.
