The house is very nice, with a great style and décor, and well-appointed bedrooms. It is very well designed, with very easy access to the beach, as well as to shops and restaurants. It is in a very good area. Andrea was always available and gave us very good suggestions and help.

Everything was great about the stay. Really nice and enjoyable place to stay at. Only downside about the place is the living room and the rest of the house did not have AC so the house at times would be hot. Other than that the rooms were great with very cold AC.

Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We loved this house and would definitely come back to stay here again! It was just what our group needed.

Great hosts

We were a group of 4 that stayed at this wonderful house during the total solar eclipse. The house was perfect for us and could have easily fit many more people. The house itself is beautiful, from the water feature to the backyard, and was very clean and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was great for cooking and the common areas were spacious. The communication with both the host and the property manager Andrea was great. Andrea coordinated our arrival time and was at the house to help check us in (early) and gave lots of recommendations for things around the neighborhood. She also was very responsive throughout our whole stay and even helped arrange a taxi back to the airport for us on our departure day. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, with a few shops nearby (we loved Lomas, the restaurant on the corner).

If you are visiting Mazatlán this home is in a perfect location. It’s about a mile from the main Blvd/beach/Malecon but also “far away” from all the chaos. There is an Oxxo 2 minutes away(walking) and a cute little coffee place across the Oxxo-big plus for those coffee drinkers like me. There is a park for the kids in front of the Oxxo as well. The house is very big and has a relaxing back yards. Perfect for an evening BBQ. Since I traveled with my kids, I would have loved to have kids friendly amenities in the house for example children plastic cups and plates/utensils, extendable crib or play pen, high chair. The house does not have central A/C for those going for the hotter summer days. The rooms have great working mini splits. The hosts are easy to communicate with and are there for anything you need. This property was beautiful. It was was very clean and it accommodated our big family perfectly. It was a few minutes from the beach and restaurants and the area was quiet and calm. Would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this house. Andrea is super friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The house itself is huge and confortable: lots of space, amazing kitchen, and very well located: close enough to the restaurants and bars, without it being too close as to become loud. Will definitely try to book this place again whenever I'm back in Mazatlán.

Excellent home, would love to return in the future. We had a Friday to Friday stay, six adults and three children fit comfortably in the home. Everyone loved the place, part of our party were visiting Mazatlan for the first time and were very happy with the city and the neighborhood in particular. Our only minor bumps were running out of drinking water by Tuesday. We stayed during a very hot week in Mazatlan. We would have refilled on our own 5 gal jugs if we had not been told it would be provided promptly by the host. Went Tuesday-Thursday waiting in the morning, then being told it would be delivered in the afternoon, then the morning, etc. We finally got the hint that it was not going to be provided--a simple no on Tuesday would have saved us the trouble of waiting around for the water the rest of the week. We also did not have enough toilet paper and hand soap in the restrooms for our stay, we purchased our own. Not a big deal, but were not expecting to do so.

Stayed there for a few days. And wow the house is beautiful. But to start Andrea was so nice showed us the house and even had water and cokes in the fridge for us. The house has a gated parking for your rentals. The masters bedroom bed was amazing. There’s plenty of bathrooms with showers too which was great. 3 showers so people don’t have to wait for one to finish. The location isn’t far from the malecón maybe a 10 min walk. We walked a late night to el malecón and it felt safe. It has a cute little outdoor patio too. I would stay there again.

This place was perfect for our large family. Super close to everything. It felt like every place we drove to was less than 5 min away. Big bedrooms and a huge outdoor patio. Gated drive way is very convenient if you have a car.

Andrea is a super host! She was very knowledgeable of all the best things to do in the city. I would recommend this place and Andrea guidance to all my family and friends! Viva Mazatlan!

Location is key for us. House is as advertised & great! Very safe & secure. My second stay at this place & if available will always use it. All involved in managing quickly responded to any questions. Safe, clean, private. Thumbs up!

Beautiful place to stay. Enjoyed our time. Close to el Malecon and many restaurants. Excellent communication with owners.

We recommend it for large groups, we were 9 friends (couples among these) and the house has areas wide enough to coexist all together and away for privacy. Comfortable and private rooms, some left at night and we didn't even hear them arrive. Oxxo a few meters away, very useful. The area is quiet and the shuttle service arrives easily. We recommend using Uber, it has very cheap prices and to get around in a group the Aurigas (adapted pick-ups) are ideal.

It's a nice, big house, perfect for group vacations. It has a good location and is in a safe area. The hosts are very attentive. He recommended a store near the house that sells typical local food. Very good food. We had a great time! We will definitely be back one day.

I loved how the golden zone “ malecón “ was less than 5 minutes away from the house. You have stores around you only walking distance away. I loved how Luis greeted us and helped with anything we needed! He had great communication! This house is perfect for a big family, we had an amazing time!

Great location. There’s an Oxxo right around the corner and most of the stuff is walking distance. Ubers are also available all the time around that area. Luis was an awesome host as well. Definitely recommend staying here if you travel to Mazatlan.

We had a great time on our trip at this place. The communication was super easy and quick. The host was also amazing, always there for anything we needed and even recommended a few things. The home itself looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is in a great location and close to everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

The house is about a half a mile from the water everything is nearby. The house was beautiful, clean, huge and it had a pool table it was just an amazing place to stay I’m definitely bookmark in this place for the next time we go
