Nolan

The apartment is well appointed. It's location is superb, as you step directly into the main drag of San Juan del Sur. I urge that the staircase be completely remodeled and provided with handrails; not a single step has the same height and are extremely uneven, making climbing up and down risky. Alternately, get the elevator running ASAP or remove this feature from the listing. Sunrise is early in Nicaragua; blackout drapes are a must!

Nolan was a helpful and responsive host with good communication. Parking and amenities were convenient. We were disappointed with the pool, which was small and in poor condition. We also had very loud music at night on weekdays. Also, the towels were very worn. Another stress we had was electricity. We were careful, following Nolan's insistent recommendations. I think the price is a bit high for the value. You clearly pay for the view, but there is no balcony furniture to enjoy it (e.g., outdoor table and chair)
