The facility is family friendly with nice pools and beachfront. The space is great, and the hosts were very generous in answering our questions and helping us coordinate with tour operators and drivers.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was even more beautiful than the photos, and everything felt clean, safe, and very well maintained. The new couch was incredibly comfortable and perfect for our large group. We were 4 adults and 5 children, and the space worked perfectly for us. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the trundle beds were both comfortable and thoughtfully placed so they didn’t overcrowd the rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The small pool right in front of the patio was amazing for the kids, and the proximity to the main pool and the beach couldn’t have been better. Communication with the hosts was always quick and pleasant. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

modern, clean, spacious condo, beautiful resort. Beach chairs and umbrella on demand included, so practical! Beach is not the nicest of all Playa beaches (water less clear, more algue, small amount of litter on the sand but still nicer than Miami beaches. A little on the pricy side but if you have the budget then amazing.

This was a wonderful stay and so family friendly. They had a clean pack and play, wagon to take to the beach, even some kids toys and puzzles. The Mareazul complex is the best place I have stayed in in Mexico- clean, great pools, hammocks and plenty of lounge and beach chairs. The restaurant is great if price (although similarly priced to other restaurants in Playa marketed to tourists). Strongly recommend.

Luis's place is large, clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, and looks better than the pictures. It is in a very safe location, within a short drive from the Playa del Carmen downtown and supermarkets. It has access to a gorgeous pool and to a fine beach. We would return in a heartbeat. My goal was to seek tranquility, a nice place and safe place with family near the beach ( with children under 5 years old) and it was fulfilled! The place of the apartment is quiet and inside the apartment we had everything you need at hand. Honestly I did not want to fight and so it was during my stay, the host and his team helped me in locating assistance for meals, also near the area there are supermarkets and with apps it was quick to shop. Also the food service inside the apartamenos was rich and quick to serve. The beach was not far away and was always clean. Very attentive and accessible in my requests. I definitely come back. Thank you very much!

My time here was wonderful, it is perfect for a family of 6, but the place can hold 10 people easily. We went for 3 nights. My husband and 4 kids had a great time in the beach which was free of seaweed, so no need to worry about that. They have a huge pool area that is never overcrowded, along with a private pool outside your condo. It is great for kids to have fun and for parents to take a break from the sun. The condo came with a wagon along with a cooler which was great to carry all of your snacks and drinks! Everything was provided. Luis and Patricia were excellent hosts, they always answered questions with quick replies. The area was very secure, I never felt unsafe at all. The 5th avenue, which is where all the restaurants and shops are located is like an 8 min drive away. This place is amazing for little kids and teens, we will definitely be back!

we brought our family of 6 here and had a fantastic time. the house was clean and nicely furnished. the beach is beautiful. the pool and landscaping is well maintained. the food at the restaurant was also good. If your looking for I nice relaxing vacation I would highly recommend. we will definitely come back.

We had a great stay. The condo was accurately reflected in the images in the listing. It offered plenty of space for my family, it was clean and fully equipt for a wonderful vacation. Situated within a Condominium complex, this unit provided direct access to the large pool and a 4-minute walk to the white sand beach. It was located in the Corasol complex alongside other hotels. My stay was outstanding, and I would certainly to stay here again.

Excellent accommodation for a quiet beach vacation. Everything impeccable, access to content platforms, giant TV in the living room for family movie nights,. Very nice and complete condominium and the best thing is that it is on the beach. Excellent communication and response from Luis and Patricia. Undoubtedly our house in Playa del Carmen that we already want to return to!

We stayed as a family of 5 - and the condo exceeded our expectations for PDC area. We used to stay in all-inclusives (such as Paradisus nearby), but this time we wanted more space and we received it. We have pretty high standards and travel a lot. Location: very private and secure area not far away from PDC parks and amusements - always felt very safe and welcome. A very large pool - children spent a lot of time there, steps away from the beach where you have ability to order food/drinks and have comfortable day beds. 2 restaraunts on site - with great view and very nice food. It was great to be having coffee and watching kids play at the pool. There's a well stocked shop on premises. Also, there's gym and spa - we haven't had a chance to check them out - but both looked good. Condo: clean modrdevery convenient access - you can walk to pools/beach from patio area. Very clean. Well stocked to get started. Nice comfortable matresses, beds and linens. Good AC. Very Fast WIFI (300 mbp
