Very nice facilities!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The sunsets seen from the infinity pools were heavenly beautiful. The concierge Hans and the onsite staff were responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this condo.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The images don't do justice to how spacious the unit is and how beautiful the setting is. We highly recommend it! One piece of feedback is to avoid the need for visitors to have cash for the resort fee or prescribing us to tip the cleaner and consigner, neither we ever met during our stay. Simply roll those things into the price as ATMs are not convenient in PV.

This place was perfect for the whole family trip! Great location, incredible views, pools, beaches...the works!

Had a wonderful stay at lower orchid tree house! The restaurant and bar and staff were great. Best pools to lounge by in all of PV. The beds and couches were soo comfortable!

I thought the place was great, very spacious. I enjoyed this place. I just wish the location was a little bit closer like walking distance to a lot of the bars and restaurants, but uber is readily available so it’s not a big deal. They do emphasis keeping track of your towels, so we made sure that we did not lose any towels.

We really enjoyed the apartment. Personally I’m a fan of the Tranquility Concha’s Chinas has to offer and really enjoyed the views. Our group was small so the 4 bedrooms worked out great. The only thing I would add is the upper loft bedrooms aren’t ideal for taller individuals but worked great for kids. I personally enjoyed the upper terrace. Wasn’t able to enjoy the roof top pool as it was under construction but hope we do so on our next trip.

The pictures were stunning, but they still didn’t do this home justice. The house and location were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered was beyond friendly and accommodating. I made a mistake with the booking, and Cord went above and beyond to not only understand but also make everything more than right. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our family. The only downside? Having to leave and face the reality of going back home!

Cord's Lower Orchid is in an immaculate location with beautiful surroundings. The host and staff are pleasant, clear, and helpful. I would come back here again.

Had the best time at the lower treehouse! The Orchid condos are beautiful, and this space was perfect for our large group!

Beautiful place, comfortable beds, it was nice to have good quality blankets. Each room has its own AC which was great. Pool and jacuzzi was very nice, rooftop pool was closed unfortunately which is something we were looking forward to. The kitchen was very well equipped and the playroom was cool. One thing to note is you do need to pay a daily common area fee and tipping is not a secret that it is expected. Otherwise we had a great time.

Let me say the photos don't provide justice. It's a two level condo. Floor one has all the house parts the kitchen the kitchen table to eat and the bedrooms. The second floor is party time location big screen couch ping pong table and amazing views close a pool. Access to the roof top / first floor or even second floor can be done via elevator so no stairs for me to get around. The first floor has air conditioning and the second floor doesn't as the sea breeze and fans make it a perfect place to hang. I would go back simply because of the way you can relax and unwind without noisy neighbors or traffic as its Conchas Chinas area.

Definitely going on the books as one of my favorite views. The gang was pleased!

This weekend was amazing! The views were breathtaking, the staff was amazing, and we had the best time celebrating our Bride to be! They helped with transportation and booking excursions, you felt so safe and we had the lower pool to ourselves because it was empty most days! Overall 10/10 recommend this location for a PV getaway! We will be back!

We had three generations (8 adults, 1 toddler) stay at Williams place and the upstairs, common area made the stay. When the baby went to bed we could hang out upstairs and not wake her. The two upper bedrooms are a bit tricky for older people as the stairs are steep and a bit uneven but it was fine for the younger adults. All in all it is a great apartment and very comfortable and we would definately stay there again if we went back to Puerta Vallarta. And the amenities in the building are a big help.

We had a great stay. The building was very nice, and the location and views were unbeatable. Hanz made everything easy for us.

The condo was beautiful and and exactly as described! Hanz, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and handled a grocery run for us so our group could arrive and not have to worry about that. The rooms are a little small but the condo/main areas are beautiful and spacious. The rooftop pool was perfect temperature thanks to being in the sun, and the restaurant was delicious.

This place was absolutely amazing the views from both pools were breathtaking. The staff on location was extremely responsive and helpful. Will definitely book again for my next trip to PV!

Great place, the terrace has a restaurant that is not so expensive for breakfast and lunch. But the view it has, without words!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I would say that the place was exactly like the pictures and actually even better than I had imagined. The place is beautiful and clean, I was in awe by the rooftop pool and the view. There is plenty of space on the property, I enjoyed having a restaurant and bar available to me the entire day. Hanz, was extremely kind and helpful, he was always very sweet to us. He helped us check in and gave us some recommendations. We ended up spending a few days at the Airbnb instead of going out because it was just so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone, you would not regret it.

beautiful place to spend a few days with the family, nice and comfortable rooms, the complex has a restaurant, with rich food,I found the regulation a little excessive, but in the end everything went as we expected.

The location is perfect, easy access to beaches and the town, restaurants, shopping and groceries. The upper open air games room was amazing for our big group with such easy access to the pool. We loved it and would book again!

Our lady group had an above expectations stay at Cords place. It was beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. The layout was unlike anything we had seen before. Perfect kitchen for our chef to host our larger party of 14 as well as a place to do a group yoga session. The beaches and town were walkable. We wish we enjoyed the beach coves more but had a great time relaxing by the pool and watching the sunsets. We were a little nervous about all the rules that were sent about the complex but everything worked out great. This place was total luxury!!

Cord was very responsive from the start. He set me up with the concierge, Hanz, who took great care of me and my guests during our stay. I celebrated my 40th birthday and I couldn't imagine doing it in a more beautiful place. I definitely plan on making a return to the property soon!!!

Beautiful, comfortable space with easy access to beach. The concierge, Hanz, was amazingly helpful and friendly. The building has a taxi service that was as affordable, if not more, than Uber and was sooooo convenient - especially for large groups b/c they have plenty of 10-12 passenger vans. Highly recommend!

The host was very accommodating with a mix-up with timing caused by us. Property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture felt very comfortable and vacation friendly. Building amenities were awesome. Especially the pools and the breathtaking views and great sunsets. Gym had a great view and enough equipment to have a good workout. The Upstairs patio is a private family area including ping pong table, a huge tv and couch, and table for drinks or gazing at the ocean. The rooms are a little snug but everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The unit could easily hold 12, we were 8. The main living area is underground but we spent most of our time upstairs and at the pools.

From the initial booking process to my departure, the host was always readily available to address any questions or concerns that I had. Cord and his wife were amazing hosts. And the building's conceirge (Hans) was exceptional. The property was beautiful and the building amentities were wonderful. The unit was huge and exceeded expectations - we spent a lot of time on the private terrace playing pingpong, BBQing and watching movies on the giant sofa. The location was super convenient - we could walk for groceries and to a variety of beaches - and it was a quick Uber into town on the nights we ventured out. The only thing I would flag is that the upper pool does not allow children (something I wasn't clear on when booking) so we spent our time at the lobby pool, located right beside this unit. Most days there was no one else in the lobby pool so it was like a private pool just for us, which was a nice treat. The entire Orchid Staff and Chord made our trip a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this listing to others!
