Had a great stay! Jamie was very communicative and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The check-in process was straightforward, and the place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. The location was also perfect—easily walkable to all the places we wanted to visit and conveniently close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We love Jamie’s place! This is our third time staying here, and it’s always a pleasure. It has all the best qualities of a place in PV — Close to everything, an incredible view, a private pool, a gym, privacy and security, and a wonderful property manager and optional cook. The host is a pleasure to communicate with and is very responsive, as is the property manager.

We really enjoyed our stay in this stellar penthouse! The highlight was the pool and unbeatable view. Jamie was so kind and responsive. We had groceries waiting that the property manager picked up and she showed us how to get in. It’s a little complicated to get up to the top but worth it for the peace and privacy. I also loved the master shower with a window overlooking the jungle! We will definitely stay here again!

This is the nicest most accurate described place we have rented to date. It truly is a home away from home with so much space, great kitchen, amazing balconies, great outdoor cooking station, beautiful pool. And the views. You have to experience it to appreciate the views of the city during the day. At night the skyline is mesmerizing and the regular fireworks are a bonus. Watching cruise ships, whales and the hustle and bustle of the city all from the patios. The place is clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture and all the cooking aids needed. Jamie and Elba were super responsive and pro active and very nice people. We highly recommend this home. Do it, you deserve it.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Jaimie’s place! The unit is absolutely gorgeous and full of any amenities necessary. Do yourself a favor and ask Elba to cook for you! It was such a treat. If you have any concerns about the walk, given that you are up a hill, I would encourage you not to worry about it. The walk down to town is easy and if you must take an Uber back, they are no more than five dollars. We absolutely adore the location given its access to the Zona Romantica, but still in a quiet residential zone. The host was fantastic, responsive, and took care of any minor issues that came up quickly. I look forward to our next stay!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Puerto Vallarta. The place was super comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly (which was a lifesaver in the heat), and the pool was honestly one of our favorite parts clean, relaxing, and perfect to hang out in. The house had everything we needed, and we had a really good time the entire trip. Overall, an awesome stay and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Jaime was on the lookout the whole time. I responded quickly and was responsive to my requests. Friendly on the deal, he was flexible with our departure time Elba the chef , very friendly and responsive with our food needs, as one of us needed special food Claudia who supports the cleanliness is very kind and very nice treatment. The view of the PH is extraordinary , the sunsets are a beauty. The PH is very well equipped (Microwave, Dishwasher, washing machine , dryer, coffee maker and mill and necessary dishes and utensils) The comfortable beds and pillows. Very close to the beaches, restaurants and downtown. We really enjoyed our stay ! Highly recommended

We had a great stay, loved the pool and terrace and incredible views. We hardly left other than to get out for dinner, and there were many great walkable restaurants. Jamie checked in to make sure all was OK and knew in advance to let us know about a few minor issues, none of which impacted our stay. Very professional communication. We would 100% return whenever we are in PV next.

Jamie was a very responsive and friendly host! We had a fantastic trip and the property is in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The property is fantastic and Jamie is a great host. He gave us great recommendations and by hiring his chef for one evening we were treated to an authentic dinner at a great price! I highly recommend renting this property.

Picturesque views from every bedroom and living space. Feels like a home away from home. Property manager was very helpful giving a tour. The guide was extensive and Jamie was very responsive. Private pool was amazing and great. Only challenge was the need to have an Uber for location (steep mountains) but not a big hindrance. Would suggest walking downwards towards town and Ubering back! Would highly recommend.

Jamie is an excellent host. Right from the get-go he provided us with useful information. The condo surpassed all of our expectations. It is truly magnificent. Honestly I felt like El Chapo the place was that nice. Getting around as a breeze and everything is walkable distance. The rooftop pool is stunning and so is the view . Next time we come back we’re going to order a private chef ! We will definitely be back

Absolutely loved our stay at Jamie's place. It was a breeze from check in to check out, local property manager was there at both occassions and made it so easy. Jamie was extremely proactive and responsive for everything through out the stay. The view was breathtaking, and we loved every minute of our stay there. We would be back in the future.

This place is a true gem. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here again. The place feels brand new and is stocked with everything you need. The private roof and pool with the incredible view is 10/10. Jamie was great with communication and it was so helpful to be able to have the place stocked with groceries in advance. One important note is that it is quite a walk up hill for anyone who is less mobile, that could be a challenge. The plus side, however, is the sweeping views and incredibly private setting. Loved it.

Enjoyable stay with as promised, beautiful views, and spacious rooms within the unit. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the pool and terrace areas. Jamie was very responsive to questions or concerns. Overall, it was a very relaxing and fun vacation.

Our stay at Jamie's Airbnb was wonderful. Jamie was a responsive host, both clear and helpful. The check-in process was easy, thanks to the friendly property manager, Elba. The was better than pictures, with great amenities and impressive cleanliness. The location was perfect – safe, private but close to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Jamie and Elba were welcoming, approachable, and respectful of our privacy. The property offered an incredible view of Banderas Bay, perfect for coffee on the balcony in the mornings and stunning views of fireworks over the city in the evening. The rooftop pool and was a highlight, and was great for taking photos. Despite minor issues like slow shower drainage and occasional bathroom smells, our overall enjoyment was not significantly affected. This being our second stay at this location is a testament to the enjoyable experience. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone, particularly groups of friends looking for a nice place to stay.

The penthouse was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The views are breathtaking and the location is walking distance to anything in the Romantic Zone. Checkin was a breeze. Elba greeted us when we arrived, gave us a tour, and made sure we knew which keys to use where. The complex itself is a bit like a maze, but the elevators and lower exit make getting anywhere simple. No stay is perfect, but Jaime and Elba were always on top of any issues. They clearly communicated and made sure any problems were addressed. Jaime provided local suggestions and Elba pointed out a great grocery store that had everything we needed.

WOW!! Don’t think twice- this is the place! My husband and I hosted our two daughters and their partners in the Penthouse for a New Year’s trip and it exceeded every expectation. The photos do not do this place justice. The views from every room, terrace and rooftop deck and pool are unbelievable, and watching New Year’s fireworks from the PH has to be at the top of my New Year’s Celebration memories. Just wow! Jaime and his property manager, Elba are amazing. Quick responses to every message, question and request, and Elba prepares delicious meals in the PH upon request. We’ve stayed in Zona Romantica before and this stay was the best one. The location of the Penthouse is perfect- wake up to birds chirping and roosters crowing in the morning but you are a short walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Trust me, the walk back up the hill isn’t so bad. Do it! You won’t regret it.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about out this stay. Before we had arrived, Jamie and his staff and reached out and provided us with the information we needed for our stay. They were extremely accommodating and Jamie is quick to respond to any questions you might have. Upon arriving, Elba, the property manager, greeted us with open arms (literally) and provided us with a tour of the penthouse. The pictures of this home do not do it justice, it’s beautiful and has the most spectacular views! Amazing food is just a quick walk down the hill (the hill has a pretty steep incline but is totally doable and was needed after eating all of the food we ate)! Don’t hesitate to book the penthouse, you won’t regret it!!!

We had an amazing stay here! The views alone are worth every penny but the location and the amenities of the condo made it the best experience. The location was beautiful and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, especially the private pool. It’s well stocked and has everything needed for a turnkey experience. The host, Jamie, was super responsive and helpful in ensuring everything was perfect. His property manager was equally as awesome. Don’t hesitate staying here! It’s amazing. We will definitely be back.

Our time in this apartment was great. The place is very much as advertised in the listing. 3 large, independent bedrooms, with a great common space, and amazing balcony and view, and a great rooftop outside area and pool. Our group staying here was 3 couples, and the layout of the bedrooms was great, with no one feeling like they got a lesser room than others. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the weather and views, and this was a pretty incredible part of this apartment. The location of this place could not be better in my opinion. Allowing you the amazing views and feel of being high on the hilltop, above the city; but, also being easily walkable to all the old city charm / restaurants / bars / beaches of Zona Romantica. Always felt super safe walking around the neighborhood during the day and night. This is a really special place, and we will likely be returning next year.

We had a wonderful time at Jamie’s place. It was spotless upon arrival and they helped arrange grocery and maid service for us. The property manager met us onsite to show us around, explain the key situation (which takes a moment to understand), and even made fresh pico de gallo for us. The layout is perfect to make each bedroom extremely private while also making the common spaces easily accessible and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for us and it was truly an even easier walk to and from the beach than we expected (especially if you make a stop at Blondie’s for a slushy on the way!). Communication when necessary was quick, friendly and understanding. We’d definitely stay again!

I rented Jamie's pent house with my four friends and we loved it! We had the best vacation staying there. The three bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were immaculate and the pool and lower porch were the perfect places to hang out. Jamie has a great kitchen for cooking, a very nice living room for chilling out and watching TV, and great sound system and portable speakers for listening to music. I hope to be able to return soon! Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best airBnb I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The PH itself is incredible with the views and how nicely it is set up. The place was so comfortable for our group, we felt like we had our space. Jamie was an extremely helpful host with instructions and checking in here and there to see how we were doing. Elba, the manager, was amazing showing us around and a huge help. Loved our stay, and we will definitely be back!

Had a great stay in Puerto Vallarta at the Penthouse. Everything was exactly as described and the host and property manager were fantastic. They were responsive with any questions and provided us a great stay. The location of the penthouse was great. We ended up walking to/from down for the beach and nightlife with no problems. There is a bit of a hill, but it is definitely manageable. Gave us a bit of a workout after a long day :) We did take a taxi coming home once late at night ($150 pesos) and it was super smooth and easy. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful location with wonderful views; a bit away from the hubbub of the town yet within an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for 6 guests. The penthouse had one of the most well-stocked kitchens I've ever seen in a rental - made us feel very at home. Great recommendations from Jamie for very airport transportation (thanks Moises and Fernando) and for private chef (Chef Mavi - incredible meal!). Jamie and the local property manager, Elba, were both very responsive and great communicators. Overall excellent experience.

We had a great stay in this luxurious penthouse. It is a spacious condo, and each room felt like its own hotel room with a private ensuite. We were three couples travelling together, and the penthouse allowed us to be as together or separate as we desired. The rooftop infinity-edge pool is to die for. Jamie is an excellent and responsive host, and the property management team was professional and quick to respond to any concerns that arose. It is a quick walk to and from the Zona Romantica and beach, yet far enough to feel like you're in a private retreat once you're back. Stunning views from both floors, and has everything you need (appliances, dishes, linens). Would definitely come back!

The penthouse was great! It has an incredible view of Puerto Vallarta and although it’s located up the hill, the location is great and it’s easily accessible with the lower entrance for walking to and from town. It’s quiet and private. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Communication with the host and property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We had a couple issues that were quickly resolved thanks to the help of the host and property manager. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms, but after we reported it, it was repaired the next day. The shower in the upstairs bathroom also wasn’t draining properly, but they were also able to fix it the next day.

Fantastic place that became part and parcel with our overall stay in PVR - it really made the entire trip! All of the raving reviews from other visitors are absolutely true. The penthouse is as beautiful as the views...it's incredibly clean and really easy to come and go as you need. Jamie is incredibly quick to respond to questions or to otherwise be available if needed. I loved staying here and absolutely would stay here again.

Our family stayed for a week at this beautiful penthouse suite and had a wonderful time! It was very spacious and had everything you need. Conveniently located near all of the amenities and had magnificent views from the top floor balcony and plunge pool as well as the main floor balcony that had plenty of shade when you needed a break from the sun. We were concerned about the hill for walking as we brought our elderly parents on this trip but everything worked out great, multiple outings a day. Also a very cheap Uber back up if you’ve tired yourself out walking the board walk to the other side of town. Jamie and his property management team were friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. The upstairs bedroom toilet stopped working one evening and had an unpleasant odour but Jamie and the team had a repair guy there the next day and everything was resolved very quickly, we were impressed. The dining room ceiling did have a small leak that was unfortunate to see when we arrived but there was so much room that we weren’t impacted and hardly noticed during our stay. I would stay here again! Salud!

Wow, what a stunning apartment, and wonderful experience!! The moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a special stay. The view is stunning, perfectly perched over the city, and with the wraparound deck and rooftop private pool and deck, it is like out of a movie scene! The apartment is in a beautiful, unique area of the Romantic Zone in a great location - walkable to everything but a nice distance away and quiet. The apartment has beautiful marble flooring throughout, is very nicely decorated, and has all the modern features you need, including triple-filtered tap water that I drank with no issues. The extra services were perfect - highlighted by the amazing private chef Mavi who came to the apartment and cooked an absolutely delicious meal! The covid doctor service was extremely convenient, the grocery service made us feel instantly at home, and the arranged pickup from the airport was smooth. The property managers quickly arranged all these great conveniences. And Jamie was a perfect host!! He shared all the info we needed, pointed out the special services, which he clearly summarized in one of the most helpful housebooks I've seen. He checked in regularly, and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you Jamie for letting us stay at your fabulous apartment that set the stage for a trip of a lifetime! :)

Wow, the Renaissance PH is beyond what's expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The place is spacious, clean, beautiful comfortable and elevates the entire PV experience. We ended up moving to a local hotel after our stay at the Renaissance and honestly missed the Renaissance so much, regardless of how nice the hotel was. Jamie was an awesome host- responded very quickly to any questions I had. I am most definitely staying here again in the future, hands down.

This penthouse condo offers one of the very best views in Puerto Vallarta. We spent mornings having coffee and evenings having cocktails on the balcony and on the roof, enjoying the spectacular panorama of the ocean, city, and mountains. Truly a special place! The condo comfortably fits 6 and feels very spacious, with a location that gets you just steps from all the Romantic Zone activity but far enough away to reduce the noise. The owner, Jamie, is very responsive and helpful; a joy to interact with. Highly recommended!

Loved the PH. The location is perfect, just a short walk and your at the beach. Its so peaceful and quiet. Jamie’s is a good host. I will be back with my kids and will rent again.

What else can I say about the PH then WOW!! This place is amazing inside and out. Great decor on the inside and first floor. The view from the first floor is amazing by itself with a fantastic deck. Then move upstairs and to the pool which is something out of a movie. We spent most of our time relaxing in this pool and taking in the view. Location is perfect. We took the short walk down the hill each morning for coffee and breakfast then again in the evening for drinks and dinner. The walk back is steep, but manageable. Make sure to use the lower Entrance/exit if walking. Pancho Takos is as good as they say. Also, Bar La Playa is our favorite spot for a drink. Make sure to get the Jello shots, very cool. Jamie and staff are fantastic to work with. From pre arrival to anything that comes up or questions we had, Jamie gave immediate response and suggestions. This is a MUST book and highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed on AirBnB. The views from the penthouse are even better than the pictures suggest. The rooms are spacious and impeccably appointed. The private infinity pool is extremely luxurious. Cleanliness was perfect throughout. It's located close to everything in the Zona Romántica with just a short uphill walk. Jamie is a very attentive host and the communication was exceptional before and during the stay. My friends and I highly recommend this place, and we hope to stay in it again someday!!!!

I have been to PV three times and this is the nicest airbnb that I have stayed in so far and Jaime is an amazing host! The location of this property is ideal. You are in walking distance to the beach, Mantamar, and the nightlife of Zone Romantica without being in the middle of all the noise and commotion of those places. The view from the penthouse is incredible, the sunsets perfection, and you can sit in the rooftop pool at night and look at the stars and the moon and have an absolutely magical experience. Jaime himself is an extremely communicative and friendly host who goes out of his way to meet your needs and is obviously very proud (with good reason) of his property. I would absolutely stay here again any time that it was available without hesitation.

Where do I start?? Honestly, one of the best places that I have ever stayed at! Jamie and his property manager Idalia were incredible from start to finish. Jamie would check in on us from time to time to see how we were doing which was cool of him to do, and Idalia was already waiting for us at the Penthouse upon check-in. Now the Penthouse...INCREDIBLE! I don’t have one negative thing to say about it. Every room was big, the views were insane, the pool was at a perfect temperature the entire day, and I can go on and on! Will definitely be staying here again the next time we go to Vallarta! I cannot speak highly enough of this spot. The location is walking distance to the Romantic Zone and is only about a five minute walk if you use the lower exit. The view of Puerto Vallarta is second to none. Jamie definitely went the extra mile to accommodate my friends and I ensuring that we had the perfect experience. When we decide to come back again this is the place we will be trying to stay at.

When in PVR my partner and I usually pick something in the heart of the Romantic Zone, Tjis time around we decided on something a little more chill and high 3nd. Ie, we wanted more space, less congestion, and less noise. Jamie’s penthouse provided exactly that and more! We could hit the beach in a short walk, enjoy the night life of the Romantic Zone and able to escape it all in just $2 Uber ride home, or 10 minute walk. There really is nothing like waking up on the mountain side with views of the ocean and city. We really didn’t want to leave and will be booking again for sure. Very clean, safe, private, and comfortable.

This is a really great place with amazing view. The space is clean, open and private. It's close to the beach and romantic zone which we prefer to stay around for amenities. The water is safe to drink, the building is secure and the elevator takes you right to the unit. The views and pool are really amazing and we highly recommend. Jamie is very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend.

This penthouse is gorgeous, has a stunning view of the bay and city below and had plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. The upper level private splash pool/patio area was the highlight for us during the stay. The PH is well appointed and beds were extremely comfortable. We loved having less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and anywhere in the Romantic Zone. There are a few hills but were easily manageable for our teenagers and anyone that is reasonably in shape. We have been to PV many times and had not made use of the funicular-what a great shortcut and saved us from quite a few steps (take a sharp left at the OXXO and it is straight ahead near the Pinnacle properties and The Swedes restaurant)! Jamie and Idalia were very responsive when we had quedtions and we would definitely consider staying here again for a future trip.

This was a perfect place for our 3 couples that stayed there. Great location with gorgeous views. Today we watched whales outside of the pool. Well stocked. The host and PM were fantastic and checked in to see if all was well. I highly recommend and hope to visit here again in the future. Thank you Jamie!

The penthouse is within walking distance of the beach, shopping and restaurants. However, the penthouse is so amazing we really didn't want to leave most of the time we were there. Jamie was very responsive when ever I had questions. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to PV.

We were a group of 4, and had an excellent stay at the Renaissance penthouse apartment! Jamie and Idalia (property manager) were very responsive whenever we had questions. The location is great, allowing a retreat when one wants to get away from the heart of Zona Romantica, but still less than a 10 minute walk to where the action is, and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The walk is great for those with good knees and who love exercise, but it's also easy to get a 5-minute Uber ride from the house to the beach or restaurants. The apartment is great and well furnished. The view upon walking into the apartment and stepping out on the patio is breathtaking, especially on a clear night. There is a Sonos sound system, which works great (need to download Sonos app). Only ask would be for Jamie to extend the sound system to the pool on the upper level ;) The pool was great to relax in (and those shots won't look bad on your Instagram Stories). I appreciated that every bathroom was fully equipped, even with body wash in every one (yeah, the little things count especially when you forget supplies as often happens). There were also lots of extra towels for the pool and beach. We didn't use the grill on the upper level but it's a great set up for a dip and then a nice bbq/dinner. The building and the unit are secure. The gym room is adequate for vacation workouts. Our small group loved and enjoyed our stay at the penthouse apartment and we won't hesitate to stay here again.
