6BR Luxury Villa in Ticumán

The hacienda is very nice and very large!

La hacienda is a beautiful place, full of details. In the house, the attention was very good, Mrs. Alejandra makes you feel at home with her kindness. Bernardo was very attentive and answered all our questions from before booking.

Host Response

Thank you so much for your feedback. Great to know you had such a great experience!

The property is very old evidently, but the problem is that they don't give maintenance. Furniture in very poor condition. We never sat on the armchairs of how dirty they looked. It rained and flooded one of the rooms and the rooms had leaks. We left a computer on a table and it got wet (and decomposed). The dining room chandelier was full of cobwebs. The refrigerator is very dirty. And so it's a long way to go.

THE HOUSE IS CERTAINLY A JEWEL, DESPITE THE PLACE IS SUPER OLD THEY KEEP IT QUITE CLEAN AND SUPER NICE TO BE, BUT THE BEST OF EVERYTHING IS THE PEOPLE WHO ATTENDED US, SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELP SUPPORT WHAT IS NEEDED, WE FEEL SUPER SPOILED, THE ONLY DETAIL IS THAT THE WATER IN THE POOL IS COLD DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT WAS HOT BUT OUTSIDE THAT IS THE PERFECT PLACE AND ALSO THE LACK OF ANSWERS WITH BERNARDO, THAT IF IT WAS A LITTLE ANNOYING, I ALMOST DID NOT RESPOND AND IT TOOK HOURS TO DO ALTHOUGH IT WAS DIRECT TO YOUR WHATS

Recommended! Good attention, good food, good place

The accommodation is located within a very old hacienda and with a lot of character, so they rent it for events. We used the accommodation to stay on the wedding party weekend (what was on the hacienda) and both Bernardo and his team were super friendly and very attentive with all our requests. The place is eclectic and off the beaten track so it has a special charm. We are completely grateful for your attention. Highly recommended.

The house is special for a weekend with family and friends. Carlos, Alejandra and Ines' service made us feel right at home!

This place is great, full of history and beautiful sights. It’s nearby the Cacahuamilpa caves and Tasco, so there is plenty to do if you don’t feel like relaxing in your colonial era home. The staff is unparalleled, they kept the place clean, they cooked for us, gave us recommendations and made us feel like family at all times. It’s a gated Hacienda with a gatekeeper that will open and close at any time of the day or night. This is the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable in Mexico with leaving the house open, or leaving large sums of money in the open. The host was super friendly and understanding, very responsive, he answered my questions very quickly. My family loved every second, and could not stop taking pictures of everything.

It’s even more beautiful than what you see in the photos! It exceeded all our expectations, the service is amazing, and we will definitely be back.

The place is padrisimo !! this large , very nice garden , swimming pool and has a common area with billiards and tables . Everything is very good! Bernardo always replied to me by the mngs and I help myself in the accommodation of the rooms . The price was very good for me since it is a house with 6 rooms / 15 people and you can divide it. The only drawback is that the last day that we were already leaving the water in some bathrooms ..

This is a beautiful historic property, full of charm and character. We visited as a family of four, along with our two pets, and everyone loved staying here! The pool is beautiful and well maintained, set in a lovely garden that was ample for everyone to enjoy. The house itself is well stocked with everything you could need, and has plenty of space meaning that everyone could find their own quiet corner when needed. As to be expected from the region and time of year, there were quite a few mosquitos so we would recommend bringing some sprays and bite cream! I am now planning ways to return with colleagues as it would make a perfect small conference/meeting get away location. Both Bernardo and Ale were super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I 100% recommend staying here!

The place is SUPER, very pleasant stay, very rich food, good service. Very enjoyable. Family friendly. I prefer the pool not SO COLD. RECOMMENDED BIKE STUFF...

The place is absolutely stunning and a very unique experience to stay in a historic building that was once a monastery, then a sugarcane manufacturing center and then a home. The grounds are also so beautiful and it's such a fun experience as there is so much to explore. They have horses nearby which make for a fun excursion in the sugarcane fields. And there are a lot of other amazing nearby experiences such as the caves, canyoning, rafting and Taxco. The staff are so delightful and always have a smile on their faces. Their traditional dishes are so delicious and they are eager to learn and try new things. Bernardo was a wonderful host who was very quick to respond and attentive with finding solutions. For example, when the WiFi once went out (which was beyond his control) he was very helpful with finding a short term solution and figuring out a long term backup plan. I will absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone considering coming. The pictures don't do it justice! Just make sure you bring some mosquito repellent for the afternoons :)
