This place was a lot of things. The location was great, safe, peaceful, and easy to find. We appreciate being able to book for just one night, especially at the rate we paid. The major con, one of the bedrooms smelled really bad as if there was a decomposing animal inside so we were unable to use it. There was also no hot water but the water wasn’t freezing cold so we were able to get adjusted after a minute or so. As long as the cause of the bad smell is addressed, this is a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Very nice property. Easy to find. Instructions clear. Communication with hosts was prompt. Unfortunately, the alarm kept beeping both nights we were there.

Super friendly and always responsive. Responded within mere minutes, House was clean and in a gated community. Absolutely loved the AC, haven’t seen much after visiting in Managua, Ometepe, and Granada. Wished we could have stayed longer, but life happens. Loved it, thank you for letting me stay!

The place is very well maintained the only thing that I didn't like is the cameras in the kitchen and living rooms. I don't feel comfortable with that.

Highly recommended, an excellent host, the area is very strategic and safe. Everything is very clean, better than it looks in the photo. We have to go back. Leon is a beautiful city with a lot to explore
