Great location near plenty of restaurants and spots in Tulum. The place was very clean, and the host communicated clearly and promptly throughout our stay.

Evelyn was absolutely amazing with all her recommendations!! The house is super cute with lots of open space and accommodations! Only thing I regret having gone 1 night of no sleep due to lights being out for maintenance. Which being there in July and not having air conditioner was very uncomfortable.

The maintenance of our electricity is for the whole Tulum. We do not have control when they do the maintenance.

Evelyn was great from time of booking to the moment we left the house at checkout. Responded almost instantly anytime I had a question. Also helped us out finding rides to and from places including the airport. Would recommend this place for any big group who is looking for a spacious house. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks a lot Evelyn!

Leno was a fantastic host. He ensured we had a great time for my brother’s bachelor trip and offered assistance immediately whenever it was required. Would defs recommend to stay with Leno again. His Airbnb was clean, pool was clean and rooms were exactly as shown in pictures with beautiful washrooms. Kitchens on every floor were great as well!

Pros: Good location near downtown Tulum, good for large parties, AC was a life saver in extremely hot weather! Cons: Ants and cockroaches in kitchen, Airbnb had bicycles but we couldn’t use them because tires were deflated, 1st floor sliding door does not lock, Wi-Fi is subpar.

Sorry you did not know how to lock the sliding door, you probably using the wrong key, there are 2 keys for the 2 sliding door on the main floor , about the ants , you probably leaving food or bread crumbs on the floor. About the cops, I understand, even at our airbnb you made a lot of noise even loud noise on the street while one of you is so drunk and falling on the concrete.We have tire pump right beside the bikes, we can see you using the bikes with our surveillance camera, and you did not leave the gate key.

Villa Vancouver was a great place for my family of 21 to have a reunion. The beds are comfortable and spacious. We all slept comfortably. The pool was excellent for refreshing since it was so hot. Be prepared to go up multiple flights of stairs if you don't stay in a room on the first floor. Small convenient stores and restaurants are nearby. The main grocery store was a short cab ride away. Be aware that some taxis would not take us to our location because the street is unpaved, which was the biggest inconvenience. The house does have bikes (had to pump tires with air) for a nice bike ride

Hello Tatiana, thank you for your review. La Veleta is a growing community in Tulum and some roads are not paved yet. The taxi drivers you said will not take you to my airbnb either do not know which paved road to take or they want to charge you more. Calle6 is nice paved road entering beside Trupper hardware store or enter on the other side of calle6, and will lead you very close to my airbnb. If you noticed the road in front of my house is all level because I have to spend a lot to get it levelled.

We absolutely loved our stay and the way we were treated. Definitely going to rebook with Evelyn & Leno the next time I visit Tulum. Lastly - Highly recommend Doris Transportation ✅ just ask Evelyn & Leno, they will hook you up!

- Beautiful house, jungle vibe! Great location! Clean! Air conditioning, warm water in showers, comfortable beds, large bathrooms - Phenomenal and quick communication from Evelyn (host), helps with anything you need. Basically a concierge service and will do anything that you need - Evelyn works with taxi company (family of brothers) who taxi you whenever and wherever, clean and nice vehicles, quick response time, felt incredibly safe, they were all very nice and went above and beyond! - Great pool, sent cleaner during our stay - Plenty of seating outside - The 3 individual floors was a perfect set up for a large group! Full kitchen on each each floor. - Having a washer and dryer came in handy - We checked out late at 2pm - The walking distance town felt safe and had cute and yummy restaurants. Ways to improve - Full length mirrors in all the bedrooms - Install a keypad lock at front - Some bike tires didn't hold air I'll definitely return! Evelyn is the BEST BEST host EVER!!!
