The Space

Welcome to Villa Vancouver, your private tropical retreat located in the heart of La Veleta, Tulum. This spacious three-story villa is just two blocks from the lively Calle 7 and a short 15-minute drive to the beach strip. It comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 5 king-size beds, and 4 single beds, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or retreats.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the private pool and garden at any time. The villa includes parking space for two vehicles inside the gate, with additional parking available on the street.

Additional Information

The villa is within walking distance to town, where you can find restaurants and bars, or you can bike to the beach and nearby ruins. Cenotes are accessible by car, taxi, or public transportation. The local Colectivo shuttle buses offer an affordable and comfortable way to explore the area. Taxis can be flagged down on the main road, which is two blocks away, or booked using the contact information provided in the house manual. The recently opened Kukulkan Road provides an additional route to the beach.
