We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean, very well equipped with everything we needed, and had plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at this stunning oceanfront home was absolute perfection! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-stocked, especially the kitchen. The layout was very comfortable and ideal for our group’s birthday celebration, with plenty of space to gather or unwind in peace. Waking up to the sound of the waves and ocean views from every patio was pure bliss. We loved the pool, kayaks, paddleboard, and all the beach toys. The private gated access made us feel completely safe. The hosts were amazing! Rafael and Isabel were so responsive and kind, we appreciated their communication skills! Every detail exceeded our expectations. 10/10 recommend this gorgeous home for the perfect beachfront escape! 🌊✨ Thank you Rafael and Isabel!

We vacationed in Rocky Point with our family this year and couldn’t have been any happier with the house we rented. It had space enough for everyone. We all enjoyed the private pool & beach access. The view was spectacular!! I think we will miss it most of all. The pictures really don’t do the house justice. It was clean & inviting and had so many extra things to make our stay sensational! Having the private courtyard with a gate to park our cars gave us an extra sense of security. I also want to give a shout out to the host Rafael. He was polite & quick to help us with anything that we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was stunning—the pictures don’t do it justice for . It was clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were great and quick to help with a few minor issues during our stay, and they also gave us great recommendations for local spots..The beach was a bit rocky, but we even saw dolphins, which made it unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Rafael’s house was absolutely amazing! The indoor-outdoor feel made the space so unique and relaxing. Every bedroom was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, and the whole home had such a thoughtful, stylish vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could need to cook a great meal, which we really appreciated. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit—it became our nightly ritual to unwind by the fire. The fireplaces in two of the bedrooms added such a cozy touch, and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax. The location was great, and the property itself is just breathtaking. Every time we visit Rocky Point, this will be our go-to spot—nothing else we’ve stayed at compares. Highly recommend!

Rafael and Isabel were very kind hosts. They were flexible with us for check-in and always responded to our messages on time. The house is beautiful, it has three floors with plenty of room. The kitchen is super-equipped with everything you might need. There are three bedrooms with ocean views. We had a very nice stay!

We loved our stay. The home and location are stunning-hands down the nicest house we’ve ever stayed at in rocky point. There were a few issues with the home and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and kind. Definitely recommend it.

Rafaels home is absolutely beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. We came down with a large group and had the best time. There was direct beach access, home was clean, he and his wife were very responsive and all the amenities and appliances were top of the line. We look forward to staying at his home again in the future!

This place was beautiful! We had our family reunion here and everyone said it exceeded their expectations. It’s right by the ocean, the pool has amazing views that you can not beat. Plenty of space and every room was gorgeous and every room had a bathroom. 10/10. And the host was responsive with all of our questions within a few minutes, they even gave us a tour when we showed up. Very accommodating

My family and I had a great vacation in Rocky Point. Rafael was very responsive throughout the entire process and setting up logistics. Property Manager Isabel was very attentive and responsive. She met us and was very accommodating. Aside from some minor mishaps due to power outage on the block, Isabel stopped by with a battery charger so we were able to charge our devices. Beach access from balcony and canoes and paddle boards provided, great for a family. Highly recommend for family visits! We hope to be back soon.
