Gianella

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the beautiful, secluded beachfront location with gorgeous views of the Cancun ocean. Our family also enjoyed early morning swims together! Gianella was very responsive and quick to help whenever anything came up during our stay. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable was air conditioning in the downstairs main living areas. During our 3-day stay, it was extremely hot, and even with two portable fans, the living room and kitchen remained very warm—especially with two young children who were constantly sweating. The dryer also released a lot of hot air into the home while in use, making the downstairs areas even hotter. The upstairs bedrooms were much more comfortable with individual AC units. Overall, it was a beautiful and peaceful location with a responsive host.

Really lovely place, and Gianella was a wonderful host. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and all have air conditioning (the downstairs rooms, kitchen and living room, do not have A/C so those were harder to use). The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is just wonderful - on a beautiful little beach, used by very few people. Most of all, Gianella is extremely responsive - we had a small issue early on in our stay (not related to the property) which she helped us solve immediately. It's helpful to rent a car, since a lot of the restaurants, shops etc... otherwise require a taxi. Plus transportation to and from the airport is expensive, so having a car was definitely worth it!
