The house is very comfortable and has a prime location. The pool is cleaned daily, and the cook had an assistant. Both are wonderful people, and their food is delicious, plus they wash all the dishes and clear the table. Without a doubt, it's worth it just for them, but the place is also beautiful. Just as a comment, there is no cooking on the first day, so that anyone who sees my review can take this into account and come prepared. Nothing is missing. There are enough towels for the pool and separate towels for the rooms. They also clean the house for you daily. We would definitely come back, and the host always answered our questions very quickly and kindly

This place was amazing. The beachfront home was it all. We found out there were more villas for rent but will definitely go back to this one as the service and friendliness from the owner was it all. Plus the cook service with Misses Lupita was to top it off to 1000% PLUS recommended, we were a family of 10 where we did not have to worry about how, when or what to cook for the entire stay. Lupita took care of us from grocery shopping to cooking our delicious meals every day, so we just focus on relaxation and spending quality time with the family. The house have plenty space to comfortably fit us all. Plenty stuff for the kids to do, from playing in the pool, the beach and the beach accessories they provided too.

We had a wonderful stay at Andres’s condo with our daughter and her family. I wasn’t sure how the cook service would be but Lupita and her daughter-in-law made it easy and seamless and provided excellent meals! The location itself makes it worth it - steps from the beach with 2 of the bedrooms and living area with views of the ocean. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pristine pool right outside our door.

It was delicious to be in Andrés' house, you can go for a walk to the beach directly from the house, it has a pool, Lupita cooks delicious food and is very friendly, everything is tidy and clean. Andrés is always attentive to solve any questions and give suggestions.

What an INCREDIBLE stay and house! We were literally steps from the beach. Plus the incredible meals from both Lupitas. We would definitely book again.

This was our fourth year staying at Andres’ beautiful home. Refreshes were made to the kitchen and bathrooms which were really nice. Lupe and Lupita remember us and our children and it felt like coming home to family. Our kids couldn’t get enough of Lupita’s homemade juices, empanadas, and birria in tacos! Thanks again for another special week of pool, beach, and family time.

Super recommended, the attention of the two lupitas was incredible, the house is very beautiful, it is completely worth it, I even wanted to rent it for December but it is busy, however we will return soon!!!!!

The villa is amazing, beautiful views, location is perfect! pool is right in front of the villa, the beach is steps away, it cannot get any better than that. Except it does, Andres includes a cook, Lupita, who is a gem, we were given the best service, we cannot say enough good things, her cooking is delicious, her service immaculate, she is so friendly and helpful. We were spoiled by Lupita and her daughter in law, such great people. Villa has all the amenities you need, both of the main rooms have an ocean view and you can see the beautiful sunsets and sunrise from your room, we already miss waking up to the sound of the waves.l and eating breakfast with a view. Highly recommend, we will be back.

The place is beautiful, it is just like the pictures. Lupita is so friendly and helpful. She is very polite and always responsive. It is definitely the place to stay when we are visiting Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta. Restaurants and convenience stores are minutes away. Thank you so much for everything, my family was very happy staying there. We hope to come back again next year and stay longer to enjoy it even more.

Amazing ! Everything was excellent, Andrés was very helpful at all times, the house was impeccable, the location, the spaces, everything. Mrs. Lupita and her daughter-in-law are charming and the food is delicious. It definitely became a favorite for vacations.

Exceeded our expectations! The two Lupitas were amazing and made the experience feel like a home away from home. It was easy to discuss and select a food menu for our stay. This villa has now become a very special place to me and my now-fiancé because I proposed here! When Andrés, the host, found out about the proposal, he sent a bottle of champagne as a congratulations. Also, the views from the bedrooms and the 5 second walk to the beach were awesome….We are already planning our next stay :)

This was our second stay through Andres at this property. I would highly recommend this Villa if you are travelling with a group and need space. Lupita, the chef, is very helpful with organizing the meal plans for the time of your stay. She and Lupita (yes, another Lupita) prepare delicious food and will make you feel welcome at every turn. The Lupitas really are wonderful people. The beach where the villa is located is an "easy" beach to use as it stays relatively shallow for easy swimming entry and exit. You will see plenty of wildlife between whales (at the right season) in the bay and during this visit, we were able to watch a Sea Turtle digging a hole and laying her eggs. Salvador, who works the gate, is also able to call for taxis that will come over from the resort nearby. We will stay here again.

Lupita and her daughter were wonderful and made us delicious meals everyday! The beach and pool area are perfect! We loved our time there with our extended family! This was our second year coming and it felt like coming home! Neighbors are so friendly and quiet. Restaurants at the resort next door are also lovely and open for neighbors after 6pm :) Very comfortable place for a family gathering!

Great location for wonderful beach access and pool. The house is a tad bit outdated but the property makes up for it for its great location and cooking service. Lupita and her mom were great. It was a free experience to enjoy the beach.

Very relaxing stay.

Excellent decision to be in this villa. It has everything to spend a pleasant vacation with family or friends is super private so if they come in a messy plan it is not an option because the rules of the condominium are clear and appreciated for a good rest and coexistence. What stood out most is Lupita's attention and her daughter-in-law definitely makes your stay completely enjoyable cooking delicious help you to the menus and they are very attentive, we will come back without hesitation as many times as we can. Excellent apartment. Its oceanfront location is wonderful. We really enjoyed it.

My extended family stayed for 4 nights. Met with Lupita who helped arrange a menu for our stay which is very nice and convenient. The location of this villa is absolutely perfect and very relaxing/private. The access to the pool and beach was amazing. The food the was prepared was amazing/fulfilling. We did have a issue with one AC unit not working in a bedroom and the refrigerator starting to fail and did not keep our food cold. But the staff helped transfer as much food/drink into cold coolers. Andres sent a maintenance team to look at fixing both ac and fridge but after they tried to fix, it was determined both needed to be replaced. Andres was able to replace AC during our stay and ordered a new fridge. He also offered a very fair partial refund to make up for issues that we’re out of his control. The effort Andres made to make our stay right goes a very long way and I will highly recommend staying here. You will love it here, thank you Andres and Lupita for taking care of us!

This condo is exactly as described and perfect! The cooking service included is amazing. Lupita is so friendly and made some of the most delicious meals we've ever had! Nice walkable beach, perfect ocean water, and when you are ready to get out of the salt and sand, the condo pool was very clean and nice.

Excellent facilities, amazing view, and great service. One thing is that our rooms were not cleaned on Saturday for Sunday; they told us that the cleaning lady was unable to come. The ladies who prepare meals and/or cook are excellent. Incredible hospitality, service, and cleanliness, both with the food and in the kitchen. In this area, it was excellent. Just the detail about the Saturday-to-Sunday cleaning service in the rooms. Everything else is excellent.

The location and views are amazing. Pools and outdoor areas are kept very clean. The location of the building on the beach. Being able to go from the living room, to the terrace, to the pool, to the beach, to the ocean is where the value of the condo is. All of the people who work at the building are very friendly and helpful. Salvador at the front gate helped with taxis. Lupita(s) was super helpful with selecting a menu for our stay and giving recommendations. She taught our group of kids how to make homemade tortillas and was super patient. Lupita(s) were always willing to answer questions and to help with local recommendations. Really a nice place to based a Puerto Vallarta vacation with friends and family.

The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, and Lupita and Andrés' hospitality made us feel special. We love going out to the beach and going into the ocean directly from the house; I already want to go back there.

We can't say enough about the overall experience and stay. The "Lupita team" (2 cooks - both named Lupita) were beyond amazing and catered to our every need. They were thorough in all they did and if you've read other reviews, it won't be news that the food was incredible! They are willing to do much (almost all for us) of the shopping too and did a great job of documenting food costs to the penny that we paid them for. One thing that I didn't expect was the quite thorough cleaning that was done in the whole house daily. We rebooked for the next year while still on our trip so needless to say, we would definitely recommend and return!

Andres is a great guy, Lupita is an excellent cook, the house is ideal for spending quality time with the family, nice pool, clean beach, very enjoyable, family atmosphere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

The best apartment we could rent. Quiet, all kinds of needs in less than 10 min from the apartment, facing the sea with a private beach. Andrés and Lupita are super friendly, hospitable and attentive to any communication. Super safe place. 100/10

This place is amazing! The location can’t be beat! The pool is gorgeous and you can swim in the waves right outside the condo or down a bit where there are lifeguards. There is massage 2 minutes down the beach and a great restaurant next door. You can sit at the pool there if you order drinks or food as well. We loved how jewelers and venders would come by like a walking shopping mall and we had Hector meet us right outside our condo with his horses for a horse ride! The unit is basic and dated but clean. One of the best things is the cook! The meals were delicious and I kept pinching myself that the cook came with the unit! It was difficult to find even for locals- you have to go to the very back of the roundabout and through the gate and then all the way around to the back. Hopefully they will put a number on the door but it’s one in. Overall, wonderful and would definitely come back!

7 (3 adults and 4 kids) of us from 2 families stayed here for 5 nights and had a blast playing in the pool and on the beach and enjoying Lupita’s delicious food and Perla’s housekeeping! The two ladies were great!! (Don’t forget to tip them!) Also, don’t be afraid of the blue-gray rays in the water … they aren’t sting rays (don’t have a stinger on their tail) and won’t hurt you even though you can see them easily in the shallow surf, they swim fast, and it seems kind of scary. It took us 3 days before we figured that out by talking to a guy who lived 2 doors down from our condo. Wonderful place!!!

What an amazing place! It was like we had the resort to ourselves! Love the reserved beach chairs for our villa - no getting up early to reserve. Lupita and Perla were amazing- food was so good - we got so spoiled! Just a note there weren’t a lot of restaurants close by for dinners (walking distance) and Uber eats was hit and miss so you may just want to be prepared with some food on hand for dinners. Otherwise it was the perfect relaxing holiday. We were two families of 4 so 8 total and had more than enough room. Love it - don’t hesitate!!

Andre's villa is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and has immediate access to the beach and a pool. The beach sand was very smooth (no rocks in water), the water temperature was fine, and there is even a massage tent located within a hundred yards of the villa. With Lupita cooking great meals on request, it makes for a very relaxing week. We had two families there (8 adults) and the villa accommodated us easily. All in all, a great week.

It's wonderful to leave the house and be on the beach. The food and service are very good! Everything is very clean. The house is nice and cozy.

This villa is good. Good location 20 minutes from the airport on a good day. Walk out to your private patio and down the steps to your pool or another few steps to your beach with dedicated umbrella and chairs. The people staying in the complex were great! Walk the beach to resorts, bars and restaurants, get a massage on the beach. But the best thing about this villa is Lupita and Perla! They are amazing, the food is great! The service and caring is above and beyond. When it’s time to leave they will have spoiled you so much you’ll not want leave. 🥲

We had the most relaxing stay at Andre's place. It's at the end of the street and is a very quiet area. We loved how you can walk right out of the living area and into the pool or ocean. We also loved Lupita, she helped us with any questions we had and she made the most delicious Mexican food. We would highly recommend staying here.

One of the best vacations I’ve ever taken. The views from the balconies are spectacular, hearing the waves lulled our infant to sleep every night. The pool is amazing, we had a tremendous amount of fun swimming and playing in the pool. There aren’t enough good things to say about Lupita and Perla. They absolutely made our stay, their food was exponentially better than any restaurant we tried in the area. Really enjoyed sparking up conversations with them as well, they have a ton of interesting stories. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again!

Highly recommended to the place, the house comes with everything you need to have a very pleasant time especially the question of cooking service and cleaning. The condominium has 6 suites and a apartment tower so the pool is practically private as well as the beach, it has private beach amenities and also private pool furniture. I look forward to returning soon

The house does not disappoint, it is spacious, clean and at an amazing location. It had everything we wanted. A few steps out the door into the pool and a few steps more you were at the beach. The rooms have amazing ocean views and each with a full bathroom. The house is not directly in public access so you have 24 hr security and space to fit two vans in the designated parking, also past the security gate. Lupita and Andres were very responsive at all times. When traveling to Vallarta in a large group I will definitely come back.

Great place to spend it with your friends or family, there is enough space for 10-12 people , the whole house was super clean and comfortable , access to the sea and pool just 15 steps away , Mrs. Lupita treats us super well, she was always on top of us :)
