An excellent place to enjoy the holidays. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped, and in a quiet area. Rosy is always helpful. We would definitely like to book it again...

Rosy was super responsive and helped me a lot with getting around and enjoying our stay. Ms. Lupita, who was at the front desk, was the best and supported us a lot. Note: You must purchase the water bottle at the reception desk.

We were 2 families with big and small children, they loved the condo beach and the pool. In general, the building and apartments are not new, but everything is well maintained. Rosy was very friendly at all times, we booked on the same day and she attended to us in less than an hour, very friendly and helpful from the first moment.

The host was very kind, answered quickly and was always attentive, the place was easy to find, the view was very beautiful, it overlooked the sea and there was everything for a quiet stay, the pool water was warm and the sea had high waves

The place is worth it to be quiet, enjoying the view and the sea. It is important to mention that it is called "Olas Altas" and the sea is more "choppy" in that area. Everything was great. The apartment is in very good condition; it matches everything that is advertised. In addition, the shared areas of the condominium are very nice, such as the pool, the palapa and the access to the beach. There are lounge chairs for lying down near the pool, and many tables and chairs. We really enjoyed our stay. And Rosy, always attentive to respond and solve, that gave a very big plus to the stay. If you're going to Manzanillo as a family, it's definitely a great place to stay.

Good place, easy to get to, beachfront, good-sized pool. The beach has somewhat strong currents, but with caution you can enjoy it. I would return for a family trip.

Good apartment on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. The view, very nice, with all the amenities...the kitchen is well equipped. Rosy is always available, with timely attention and helpful information. The Condominium is right on the beach. Near the area is the Colimense market, to stock the pantry. I hope to be back soon.

Nice ocean view. The common areas are pleasant. The beach is not so recommended for swimmers because there are ocean currents.

We think the apartment needs maintenance. Even so, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Rosy responded to us every time we sent her a message. We asked for more trash bags and batteries for the TV remote, and they arrived quickly. She's a great host!!

Excellent location, the apartments are beachfront, Don Toño is very friendly, and he provides you with beach furniture, so you always have a guaranteed spot on the beach. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator, so there is no issue with getting around. It has air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the hallway between the bedrooms, but we didn't feel like we needed it; the weather was very pleasant. Apartment housekeeping is quite acceptable. And the location is very good; you can get to the main shops in just a few minutes.

The condominium is very nice, very quiet, and well maintained; you can tell at a glance from the green areas and the pool that they are continuously maintained. The apartment has an amazing view and all the amenities you need to spend a few days with your family. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach, and a few blocks from the condominium there is a mini-supermarket, a pharmacy, and restaurants. As for the value for what you pay, I think it's fair considering the apartment's capacity. Ms. Rosy is very friendly and helpful in answering questions, although I didn't ask many questions, as everything is very clear; what is listed on Airbnb is what I found. I will definitely be back.

We had a very comfortable family vacation! The place is ideal for relaxing, it is a very well-equipped apartment, it has a very good layout and is as described in the ad. Great place, it has everything! It is very well located. The interior of the apartment is well maintained, except for some minor details. The amenities are very comfortable and the pool is excellent. The area on the beach is not the best in general to get into the sea, especially if not all people know how to swim well but it is very close to other more quiet beaches. The most important thing was that Rosy was always very attentive to what we needed, excellent communication, quick to answer and kind which makes it a pleasure to book with her.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Rosy! Our original AirBnB rental in Manzanillo was underwhelming to put it kindly. Because Rosy was so quick to respond and extremely accommodating, we moved over to her condo the very next day. The staff on site were helpful and kind. We especially enjoyed sleeping to the sounds of the waves nearby and then waking up to watch the surfers from our balcony each morning. But our “true love” was the pool. We could sit and take in the views of the waves roiling in on the beach while cooling off in the pool itself. The constant breeze off the ocean was just lovely. We really hope to make it back someday.

Excellent place right on the beach. The pool is very nice. It feels like you're in a hotel with a lot of privacy and a family atmosphere. You can stay in the pool until night. The people who welcome you are very friendly, and the apartment has all the amenities: water, gas, Internet, and air conditioning. It has an elevator, and everything is clean.
