We stayed at Villa Laia for 5 days and we wish we could have stayed longer! It was such a beautiful villa, extremely well maintained, cleaned multiple times during our stay with laundry service, and the hosts were extremely communicative and helped us book every experience we wanted, we never had to lift a finger! Highly recommend this as the place to stay in Santa Teresa!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. The house is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and very good at their jobs. I felt completely at home. The communication was top-notch — even when there were questions or concerns, they resolved them so quickly it was as if they never happened. I highly recommend it and will most likely be back! What a joy. Excellent in all areas.

We are so happy we stayed here. The villa, the pool, and surroundings are so nice. Andrea, Camila, and everyone through the booking process and stay made this trip a breeze. We decided to split the week with an atv and car which they helped get delivered. Made it a total breeze for locking in transportation. All in all, was one of my favorite Airbnbs.

Amazing Airbnb. Short drive up, not bad at all if u have an atv, worth it for the view. Amazing sunrise and sunset, cleaning is every other day, great for long term rental. Overall 10/10 spot

Overall we had a great stay and the place is really beautiful. The pool and sunset views are definitely the highlight. The concierge is very proactive in messaging you as soon as you book the place and then closer to the time of arrival and willing to offer recommendations. There is cleaning every other or 3rd? day which is very nice but she arrived at 8:30 am and didn't knock on the gate or door, just appeared on the back patio which fightened my child (something to be aware of!). Concierge text me about the cleaner after I sent her away to return later as half us were still sleeping. The concierge did ask if she could show a potential buyer the place during our stay. Maintenace came by twice -one routine visit and the other to fix our water. The water was fixed quickly which was great. Overall, the stay felt private enough but at the same time interrupted over a shorter stay (4 days). If you're planning outings or a longer stay, I don't think it would feel like a big issue.

New home with good ocean views, nice salt infinity pool to relax, comfortable terrace to enjoy the outdoor. Great place!

Beautiful home and excellent service from booking through checkout. The concierge team was extremely responsive and the cleaning and laundry service was a great perk. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Airbnb is very private and relaxing…. The property and house is exactly as photographed and was a perfect relaxing location with a secure yard for safety! The host is super responsive and was always willing to answer any questions or help when needed. It’s a great place to stay (as long as you have 4x4 to get up the road, haha)!

It’s a beautiful home where we had a great time. The property manager was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend it. You will need a 4x4 to get to the property; the drive is not too bad, and the road is mostly paved, but there are some areas where a 4x4 is needed.

The house was amazing. We almost never got out of the pool. The views and sunsets were first class, along with everything else about the house. Tomas was a fantastic host. Hooked us up with surf lessons and reasonable rentals. Answered questions right away, and made our stay that much better. With regards to 4 wheel drive...I wouldn't take a sedan, but you definitely want an SUV or something with clearance at the very least. It's not as bad as others have lead on, but I am comfortable off-road nonetheless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
