Villa Laia is a beautiful home offering ocean views, situated in the central mountains just five minutes from the main street. It comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two master bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and excellent ocean vistas.

- The downstairs bedroom opens to a garden.
- Additional sleeping arrangements, such as two extra mattresses or a sofa bed, can be provided upon request (please inquire before booking).

Nearby dining options at the base of the mountain include popular restaurants such as El Corazon, Brukas, Kojis, and Amicci. Beach access is also available nearby. Descending the mountain leads to a variety of shops and supermarkets.
The villa is located only nine minutes from El Cruce, Playa Carmen.

Beautiful home and excellent service from booking through checkout. The concierge team was extremely responsive and the cleaning and laundry service was a great perk. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Airbnb is very private and relaxing…. The property and house is exactly as photographed and was a perfect relaxing location with a secure yard for safety! The host is super responsive and was always willing to answer any questions or help when needed. It’s a great place to stay (as long as you have 4x4 to get up the road, haha)!

It’s a beautiful home where we had a great time. The property manager was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend it. You will need a 4x4 to get to the property; the drive is not too bad, and the road is mostly paved, but there are some areas where a 4x4 is needed.

The house was amazing. We almost never got out of the pool. The views and sunsets were first class, along with everything else about the house. Tomas was a fantastic host. Hooked us up with surf lessons and reasonable rentals. Answered questions right away, and made our stay that much better. With regards to 4 wheel drive...I wouldn't take a sedan, but you definitely want an SUV or something with clearance at the very least. It's not as bad as others have lead on, but I am comfortable off-road nonetheless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay! We stayed for 6 nights, had our place cleaned every 2nd day, new towels, laundry etc! Tomas was very helpful with whatever we needed, including picking up and returning our 4X4 (which you 100% need)! We can't wait to return!
