The house has an excellent location, the view is beautiful, and it has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The house has 3 sections: a basic first floor with 2 bedrooms, a simple kitchen and a balcony with a small pool; the second floor is very spacious and very modern with the 3rd bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, a large dining room with ocean views, full kitchen, etc.; on the top floor there is a terrace that we did not use because it is under construction/renovation and we had small children with us. Beach access is a bit tricky for elderly people. There are 1 or 2 steps at the end. We had a great time. Excellent service from Rosa and Maria Victoria. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us.

Very comfortable stay! Everything you need to stay, from dishes, bed linens, amenities such as a barbecue and kayaks, quick access to the beach and a beautiful view. I hope to return!

Excellent house, very nice view

The place is very nice. They are two independent areas, as if they were two apartments, so it suited our needs very well, since we were several family groups. The one upstairs is beautiful and luxurious, and the one downstairs is fine, but a little basic in comparison. It is very close to the beach and has access via a few stairs, a little long, in a shared hallway. The service was excellent, the house was spotless and had what the description includes. We had a great time. Thank you so much!

Just keep in mind that older people who have trouble going up and down stairs may have difficulty accessing the second floor and the terrace. More than I expected, perfect place to stay a couple days off

The accommodation is comfortable, the access to the beach is very close but it is uncomfortable, especially if there are elderly people. Otherwise, everything is fine, Mrs. Rosa, who is the manager, is always friendly and attentive at all times.
