Very quick and helpful in responding. They fixed the coffee maker and paper towel problem without delay. We believe that some details are missing to make the experience better. There's no frying pan. There was no bath soap. There was only one glass of wine. Excellent that there was coffee, but perhaps there is no tea for those who don't drink coffee. Otherwise, everything was good.
