Jazmins place was just what a large family needs space and everything in the house to enjoy. Please bring large towels and face towels. Other than that you are 5 minutes from Walmart and 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and the Malecon. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great stay we for sure will be back.

Amazing views and place to stay with family

Our stay in PP was amazing thanks to this place. It was very simple to get into the house. The alarm for the house went off, i messaged the host & they got it taken care of quickly. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possible need to cook. Each room & living room had their own AC. The walk to the beach was only about 5 mins. They also had some beach chairs, & a cooler cart that came very handy for the beach. The location was nice if you don’t want to stay in town but not too far. It was about 12 min drive to the Malecon & restaurants. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

The home was just as described. Each room had a cooling unit, so it was nice to be able to make it colder! Home was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay! The house is incredibly close to the beach, which we loved. Plus, the house is modern, super clean, and beds really comfortable. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

We had a great stay!! The kitchen was perfect, had everything we needed to cook a bunch of meals for our group. It was great to have a downstairs bedroom for one of our family members who uses a walker. Las conchas treated us well, we had an amazing trip!

This location and premises was just as advertised. All in all a great place for a family to enjoy the wonderful beach. An easy walk and a pristine beach. The kitchen is well stocked with machines and cooking gadgetry. Well done. Beds are comfortable and clean. It was a very nice visit.

Loved our stay, perfect size house for our big family. The neighborhood is safe and close to everything. The house was super clean and loved the quick and easy walk down to the water. Jazmin was very responsive and loved the recommendations and quick reply from Gustavo. Will definitely stay again!

Jazmin’s house was fabulous; just steps from the beach, very clean, spacious, fans & a/c, access to laundry & secured parking. Well-equipped kitchen w/ new appliances: coffee maker, Keurig machine, blender, toaster, Ninja air fryer & an InstaPot. Cozy living room w/ large screen tv was a welcoming place to rest & relax after a day of lounging on the beach. Each bedroom had a tv, great for late-night viewing. The bathrooms were clean, stocked with sets of soft towels & some toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay – lounging on the patio at sunset, barbequing in the backyard or walking the beach looking for shells. We had a relaxing week hanging out & taking in the sunshine. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a great time. Attention to detail for travelers was great – from motion sensor night lights to illuminate the hallways in the dark to a usb charging station in the dining room, Jazmin has really created a cozy beachside retreat that I look forward to visiting again!

Gorgeous home steps away from the beach! The house had everything we needed, well equipped, clean, and spacious. We will definitely come back to it! The host was friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this place.

This house is BEAUTIFUL. It was the perfect amount of space for 6 of us. The only downside was the water is the shower would randomly go out for a few seconds mid shower. We made sure to all stagger our showering times so no one was in at the same time and it still happened. I think one thing that could make the property better is having an outdoor shower cause we came back from the beach with a lot of sand. Otherwise, the host was super responsive, the house was clean, the beach was a short walk and there were beach chairs provided.

House was very clean and walking distance to the water! Ocean view from every room. Good place to stay and location is great and close to most tourist attractions.

About 10 mins from el Malecón but one street away from the beach. You can enjoy a cup of coffee from the comfortable patio furniture in the terrace that overlooks the beach or take the whole family the beach and quickly come back when the kids shout they need to potty. The house is well equipped with everything you need but it does not have shampoo or body wash and that is disclosed. They have a Keurig but no K cups are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked, we went fishing and made ceviche; knives, pots, pans, bowls, salt, spices, and even an air fryer is provided. We had an outstanding time in Puerto Peñasco and Casa Arena y Mar was a big part of that!

This place is a GEM! Check-in was easy; there is a keypad to the home, so we didn't have wait for someone to meet us at the house. Gustavo (house manager) answered every question within minutes. The home looked exactly like the pictures. It must be a new place as it is in amazing shape. Fully stocked kitchen with all of cooking utensil's, pots/pans, blender, etc. Plenty of extra blankets and towels and beds are very comfortable. They even have some beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The home was squeaky clean-we almost felt bad tracking a bit of sand onto the super clean floors. They have an upstairs patio and then you can also go to the rooftop to watch the amazing sunsets. There's a master bedroom downstairs and then another master upstairs with 2 additional bedrooms. You have views of the beach from the upstairs bedrooms and it's in the third row, so it's a very quick walk to the beach. You won't regret booking this home! We couldn't of one negative thing!
