We LOVED staying at this beautiful 3 story villa! We were a family of 7 and had plenty of space. The views from each part of the house were incredible. We loved the privacy and safety of the home, yet we were a short walk or uber down the short hill, right into Zona Romantica. George our host was a gem! He gave us plenty of space but was available on the spot if we had a question. He even came to wish us off well! The house is gorgeous. Everything is both modern with local authenticity! House was equipped with everything we needed for the beach, full wash and dryer which we needed after hot and humid days, everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen, excellent WiFi, enclosed gate, ect ect —- the only and very small downside was the family TV room wasn’t set up for all of us to hang and watch TV together on the couches. But we would still absolutely love to stay here again! If we come to PV, I would absolutely check if this beautiful home is available!!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The location is great- situated on a quiet street yet short distance to Zona Romantica. Jorge was a fantastic host. He is polite, professional, and very responsive. He helped coordinate our airport transportation, which made our arrival seamless. Even after we missed our flight and arrived a day late due to airport issues, Jorge was incredibly accommodating and met us in person the following day to welcome us. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Casa De Mar. The photos accurately depict the unit, and the home itself is genuinely impressive, featuring a breathtaking stairwell. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all four bathrooms have been beautifully updated. The private pool was amazing and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit.

The home was located in a secure, well-marked area and was very easy to find upon arrival. It offered all of the amenities we were looking for, and while the pool wasn’t heated (so it was a bit too cold for us to use during our stay), it was still a nice feature to have. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the layout of the home worked especially well for a group—there were generous shared spaces for gathering together, along with separate areas that allowed for privacy when needed. The walk to the beach was manageable and not a deterrent, but for evenings when we didn’t feel like walking back, Uber rides were inexpensive and convenient, costing less than $5 each way. Our experience with the property manager was also excellent. When we reached out about a coffee maker malfunction and an issue with the stove not heating properly, he was responsive and came out the very next day to ensure everything was repaired and fully functional. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Location, Location, Location! Easy to get around in town. Very close to our favorite restaurants. All the rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and was very peaceful. The house was perfect for our family of 6. The children are older, so the stairs were not an issue. Jorge was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay! Perfect location for a large group/family. Private and safe. Marlene, Tony and their property manager, Jorge, were very responsive and proactive about any questions or issues. The house is beautiful and well-equipped (with a very clean and well-maintained grill!). A small, private beach is a short walk down the hill (with a nice amount of shade!) - there are beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, etc. at the house for you to use, which was thoughtful and helpful. The walk might be difficult for some, but my children (ages 2 and 5) were able to walk down without issue (the 2-year-old did need to be carried back up). Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed Canadian winter reading week here with 21 and 23 year old kids. Lots of space and easy to get around. Pictures show the condo well! Jorge was amazing and was easy to connect with. Uber makes getting around simple.

True gem of a place to stay in if you visiting Puerto Vallarta. You have gorgeous views of the ocean from all three bedrooms! This home has it all. It made our stay very special! Extremely comfortable and all necessary amenities are stocked up. Book your stay with confidence and enjoy casa del mar!! We will surely be back!! 🇲🇽🌊 Location is very nice and within 10 minutes you are by the beach. Safe and relaxing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s difficult to put into words how wonderful this place was. We were a family of 6 staying for New Year’s. The pictures matched exactly with what was provided and they speak for themselves. This villa was absolutely amazing. It was clean and stocked with every amenity we could ask for (far beyond what the listing describes). The views were spectacular and it was just far enough away from the hustle of the boardwalk to feel private. The location is walkable to the beach and the boardwalk. The communication prior to and during our stay was fantastic. Extremely responsive to our questions. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and have always been pleased, but I have to say that this experience topped them all.

Really enjoyed our stay. Pool was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook what we brought. Outside BBQ came in handy! Easy walk down to the beach, probably worth a taxi/uber back though. Very private and secure. Host always responsive.

Our group was at their max capacity but with all the bathrooms and space we did not feel cramped at all. We enjoyed all the extra amenities: shampoo, conditioner, speaker, washer, dryer, etc. Great location, $2 USD Uber to boardwalk or walking distance. Beautiful home, would recommend.

Very beautiful and comfortable home with amazing views Loved all the common areas and patio, pool is amazing! Beds are comfortable, good quality furniture and design. Especially loved the filtered water. Short walk or Uber to the pier!

Casa de Mar was the perfect place for our group of 6 to enjoy time in Puerto Vallarta. The house was private, spacious, and adding on breakfast service (delicious!) made our stay easy and luxurious.

We had an amazing time! It has umbrellas and chairs for the beach that made it very easy for us, and the view is very nice and the beds are comfortable and the beds are comfortable.

This was a great visit! I went for a weekend with friends (fit 7 adults pretty comfortably) and the house was beautiful and close to the city. I really liked the privacy and the views in the morning. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
