We had a great stay at Eleazers place. The vibe in the house was very good and we especially enjoyed the terrace. The center was walking distance away and on the corner there was a small shop where we could get everything we needed 😊 Eleazar was fast at responding and gave local recommendations for restaurants suitable for children 😊 We will definitely stay here again.

We are a group of 8 friends who stayed at Eleazar's apartment. Everything was like the description of the apartment. Walking to the zocalo is only 10 minutes. We loved it!

We had such a great stay. We came as a group from all over. Eleazar was very communicative and helped us drop off bags early, troubleshoot water confusions, and picked up trash. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and we are so grateful. The balcony was beautiful, the bedding and pillows were clean, and the sofa was comfortable. The location was excellent. Thank you for accommodating us!

The place was spacious for a large group. The terrace was great to hangout. The hammock was an added bonus. We had some issues with hot water for baths on our first day. However, we reached out to Eleazar and he instructed us on how to fix the issue. He was very quick to respond and very flexible with check in and check out. Overall very happy!

The instructions were clear from the moment we arrived, there was no problem on arrival, one thing to note is that there is no parking and the nearby parking lots charge a lot, 250 Mexican pesos per night from 9 pm to 8 am and during the day it ranges from 35 to 50 Mexican pesos per hour. We had 3 cars that we left on the street a few blocks away and there was no problem, nothing happened to them. everything else about the accommodation was very good, only in the cold season you should bring extra blankets because the ones there are a little thin, everything was very clean, we used the kitchen without problems, nothing was missing.

We had a great stay at this home! The house was spacious and comfortably slept 11 people. The rooftop terrace is the highlight of the space. The house is located on a noisy road which was the only drawback. The host was communicative and flexible with an early check-in and collecting trash mid-week. It's conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of central Oaxaca, and an easy trip from the airport!

The house is exactly as described in the listing, ideal for groups or families. Eleazar Alejandro is very friendly and is always attentive to your needs, proactively proposing solutions for different situations. We went with a baby of months and he provided us with special things for the baby. The only issue to consider if you go by car is parking, it is definitely necessary, there are 2 public parking lots very close, less than 50 meters away, but the cost is important to consider.

The place is very nice to be as a family, has enough space for large families, and cooking utensils, the only detail is that it only has an electric grill then it was a little tricky to cook, from that in that everything is very good, the host is very friendly.

This was the perfect place for our group vacation to Oaxaca! There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space! The house is walking distance to downtown and there are lots of amazing restaurants nearby. The house was very safe and the owner Alejandro could not have been more amazing! This place is perfect for big groups or families. We will definitely come back.
