This is amazing, a total Gem. Feel very private and having direct access to the pool is incredible. Perfect Location if you want to walk to 5ta Avenida or to Playa Mamitas. Place is big and feel very comfortable for every member. I will definitely stay again. Hope all the places will be like this. Fantastic place!

Great location

The place was spectacular. Easy to get around walking and secure place to leave vehicle. The place was close to beach and 5th avenue but enough away so was quiet at night. Could relax at rooftop pool or upstairs on balcony by pool.

It was a great place, unfortunately the pool was on maintenance but overall the place was great and walking distance of everything.

Everything's great , the best place in mind. The only thing would have taken me a set of savannas because the ones in the master bedroom are not according to the place. i would rent it again.

Great location close to Main Street with bars and restaurants. Accomodation is modern, clean and functional. The upper bedroom with the poolside deck is AMAZING! The pool and pool bar is great to hang out at. Great barman with great stories and music!

This condo is a hidden gem at the end of 32nd. Just far enough (3 blocks) off 5th Ave. to limit the noise and commotion, but close enough to explore the action! We fully enjoyed the beaches, restaurants and bars on our week away. Go for a little stroll to find Ay Taco! This food truck turned cantina was reasonably priced and amazing!

Amazing condo and location

The Department is the best, it is 100% spotless, very comfortable and functional. The area is very good and easy access for all sides. The Pileta and terrace are a success in the face of the sun on the beaches , the tableware was excellent , it had everything to cook, what you see in the photos is... Negative comments in our opinion does not have Security Box, or guard rails or protection on the staircase that is permanently used to access the main room and the terrace, I did not have a toaster. At times it felt a rotten smell in general in the building as well as on the streets and beach. Beyond these comments, book it again in that Departamento, nos Encanto

This place was great! We definitely will try to book it again the next time we are in Playa del Carmen area. The rooftop has the perfect view of the Beach, and Guillermo who tends the roof top bar is a great conversationalist. All the staff were respectful and helpful, and the condo itself was very well kept. It’s in a really nice area and completely walkable.

We absolutely love Marco’s condo! Pros 1. Great layout - spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms 2. Loved the private lanai 3. Multi level added to spacious feeling 4. Great location - close but not too close to 5th ave 5. We cooked quite a bit and there is a very well stocked kitchen 6. Swim out feature very convenient 7. Great host - very responsive 8. Great pool, ocean view better than expected and bartender makes a fantastic margarita!! Cons 1. Pool maintenance each morning at 8:00 and it was pretty much a wake call for us being in upstairs bedroom. 2. Steps - no railings, I wouldn’t recommend if not in good health or with small children We have used Airbnb many times and this is one of our favorite places. We will be back next time in PDC!

We had a great time at Marco’s Apartment. Apartment was super clean. And the rooftop has a bartender. Which is clutch. I would def stay there again.

The spot and view are amazing and breathtaking. The condo had all that we were looking for - starting with a comfortable bed, which is not always the case in AirBnBs. When there were too many around the pool area, you could go back to your private deck and put on some noise-cancelling headphones. A positive surprise: at the pool, there is a bar where you can order endless... cocktails! The location is quiet after 10 PM, while being very close to the famous Fifth Avenue where all the tourist restaurants are, but you can also wander around it and find some interesting spots. There is also a big supermarket where you can find everything, including a $2,500 wine bottle !, at a 5-minute walk. If you want to be picky, the pool water (in December) was fresh but not cold + we never found a bread toaster.

Great place. We spent a lot more time than we expected hanging out at the bar on the roof. Great drinks and great view.

Our stay at Marco’s place was truly amazing! Perfect location right off of 5th Ave, but also tucked away just enough to get away from the noise. Marco was also very helpful and accommodating during our stay which made everything that much easier on us. Would 100% recommend staying at Marco’s when visiting Playa!

This property was great! The area was very accessible to the beach, 5th ave, and restaurants. The rooms were really nice and clean. I really liked the access to the pool right from the master bedroom! We would definitely be back to visit for a longer stay!

Nice stay

This is a fabulous and beautiful, modern condo in a great PDC location. The king upstairs (only bed we used) was super comfortable and having the deck with pool access was sure nice. Marco was easy and fast to communicate with. It is close to the shops and restaurants near 5th, but just far enough away to be super quiet. I’d definitely stay here again. The secure parking that was included was a huge bonus.

Great place and responsive host. The house is a duplex with the master bedroom on the upper floor. Love the easy access to the pool from master bedroom. Furniture and decor are nice in the house. Only feedback I have for the owner is to add hand railing on the steps. With kids and elderly adults it can be very helpful to climb n it can provide extra safety. overall, Loved our stay in playa.

The place was great but thought it was closer to the beach

A very nice and practical apartment. If we returned to Playa del Carmen, we would definitely return to the same place. Privacy for the family, ideal for resting, relaxing. If you're looking for a party, it's also very close to both Club Mamitas in Playa and 5th Avenue. Access to the pool from the rooftop room, excellent! We enjoyed it and took advantage of it a lot. Highly recommended to anyone coming here

congratulations on having such a nice and tasteful property. The stay with my family was very comfortable. It's a very good apartment. The beds are very comfortable A minor detail is the limitation of electricity consumption of 60kw x day, which beyond my commitment to taking care of the environment, everything in the apartment is electric and that limit is easily reached

We loved our stay at Marco’s place. Having the pool right off the master bedroom was really nice and we loved the pina coladas Guillermo made at the bar, plus all of his restaurant recommendations. Reading reviews of the stairs, I was apprehensive, but they were no big deal. There is a wall on one side of the stairs. The first night we ate dinner on 5th. It’s very expensive, we avoided 5th after that and went to restaurants on the streets above and below it. The beach was lovely and sargassum free while we were there. We will definitely stay at Marco’s next time we visit PDC.

Absolutely beautiful place. It’s very separate rooms, both are beautiful to accommodate two people or two couples. The rooftop pool is amazing, from the penthouse you can jump right in from sunbathing. The front desk staff is so kind. The residents are friendly and You’re able to walk right to 5th ave.

Great hosts and loved the apartment, I will be back. One block walk to food and shopping, one block in the other direction to the beach.

its very clean and conveniently located. you just walk a block down and you are at 5th avenue; where you will find everything from restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies. it’s also a short walk to the beach. I would stay again!! Communicating with the host is super easy & responds fast

Amazing Airbnb, the unit was clean, spacious and well maintained. The location was also great, just a few blocks to 5th street (far enough that you don’t hear the noise at night) and a few blocks from the beach. Loved having pool access right off the patio as well. As others have mentioned, the stairs are a little precarious, we were 4 able bodied people in our 20’s and were still nervous using them since there was no railing. We understand this is up to building code in Mexico but feel it’s important for anyone with young kids or people who have trouble with walking/balance to be aware that this might not be the best fit for them since you have to go upstairs to access the patio/pool. Regardless, the unit was great and we would definitely go back.

Second time staying at Marco’s place and it was a great stay! Excellent communication when we had questions, phenomenal location (walking distance to everything but not loud) and a comfortable/clean space.

It’s a wonderful place with excellent location.

This condo was more perfect than we imagined, the photos don’t do it justice. The location is ideal: The beach is a few minutes away, as are the main tourist areas like 5th Avenue. From the gorgeous rooftop deck and pool area you can hear the music from neighboring clubs for a pleasant ambiance but when you’re ready for sleep, it’s very quiet. Guillermo tends the private bar on the rooftop and he’s wonderful—friendly, warm, and makes great drinks (pesos only, super affordable, please tip him well, he deserves it!). The views are incredible for both Sunrise and sunset. Marcos & Alberto are fantastic and responsive hosts. We had no problems during our stay and they left very clear explanations of the reasonable condo rules and amenities. If you stay 7+ days, you’re responsible for paying electricity, which is also very reasonable and we appreciated the thought toward energy consumption and production. We turned off lights when not in use, and since each area (2 separate bedrooms & living/dining room/kitchen) had separate AC controls, we could turn off the AC in individual spaces instead of wasting energy cooling the entire 2 floor unit at once. The system is super efficient & after 7 days, our electricity cost was less than $100 USD. We hope to make visiting Playa del Carmen & staying at this specific condo an annual trip, I can’t think of a better spot to work on my book draft when I take time off from work next year.

Fantastic service. The margaritas at the bar were exceptional! The direct access to the pool was a life saver from the heat. The design of this apartment is exceptional. I would strongly recommend this place! Easy check in and check out, parking ++ and all round great places to stay!

The Stay was amazing. The apartment is very well located with amazing views. The room opens up to the rooftop pool which was quite nice.

Had a really nice stay in a really nice condo! The rooftop pool and hot tubs offer amazing views. Everything was clean. The decor is tasteful, the furniture is comfy, and the air conditioners work quickly. The concierge and staff were all very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this host and listing if you’re going to Playa and want to be close to everything!

The place was great it looks better in person , it was pretty easy to get around and we have no problem. Getting around playa the penthouse was very comfortable and very clean me and my friends had the time of our life .

The best place to stay in Playa del Carmen! I would book again!

The property is two-levels and the second floor (with king bed and larger deck/pool access) is only accessible via stairs (which aren't for everyone - no rail). Otherwise, its a great place to stay, right downtown, security downstairs. Wifi was reliable and quick. Host was responsive and helpful.

This was my second stay at Marco’s place! If you want to be near downtown Playa and the beach, you can’t beat this location.

This place was great , the direct access to the pool was amazing ! especially with a baby. Alberto was really kind as well, and the front desk was very helpful. Hope to stay again in the futur!

If you want to be in the center of Playa, this is the place. The rooms are great, rooftop with an own private little piece of terrasse is so nice, and the whole pool area just the place to hang out, maybe chat with the many that lives their permanently or just be yourself. View over the beach is breath taking, especially for watching the sunrise - and just easy access to all the shopping areas and restaurants. Be aware that there no doubt will be loud music coming from the nightclub in front and the bars in the streets around. Music is very popular and the louder the better..:-) Also there are apparantly ventilators on the rooftop, so there is a constant buzzing from this that can be heard mostly in the master bedroom that lies just beneath. If you are not noise sensitive as we are, this is a perfect place. Its clean, the communication is awesome, kind and quick, and the concierges in the front desk do everything they can to make you feel at home:-) You can walk to everything, which is great. Be sure to visit the cafe Choux Choux (french ) Nativos (genuine mexican) and do your shopping at DAC (a small farmers market. ) Also be sure to visit Winebar Caruso with the most authentic Italian (the owner is Italian and its a lovely story how he came here). And pls.... stay away from the aweful tigers and lions cub farm on 5th. This is so sad to see people prosper on animals that ought to live in nature. Dont support this.. We had a great vacation - thanks:-)

This place was just what we needed in Playa. It is really close to the beach and everything near 5th and 10th avenue. It was super nice having our own little balcony/deck on the pool.

Great location. Wish the hot tub was warmer. It would have been nice if the pool was heated, but overall great stay for 3 nights.

Marco's location, aesthetic and service was 10/10. Traveling with two women, it was very important for us to feel safe during our stay and Marco (along with the concierge) was super attentive and responsive to all of our needs. The unit is located in a prime location- a block from the beach and within walking distance of 5th Ave- and we didn't need a taxi for the entirety of our 6 day stay. The pool is also nice and has a beautiful view.

What an amazing place to stay in! Felt very spacious and intentional. The art and style of the place was on point. The cabana and pool was amazing. The view of the beach, ocean, and Playa del Carmen were spectacular. The front desk people were very nice. Felt like a very secure building. Would have been nice to be able to say in the hot tub area past 10, but not complaining. Overall a spectacular experience that will have memories of for a long time.

The perfect AirBnB! The apartment had everything. It was quiet big, the interieur was super stylish and we had our private deck at the pool, just as described in the description. It really was one of the best apartments I stayed in so far. Will definately come back!

An amazing place to stay. I stayed with two young children. my wife and I and we just thought it was perfect.

The stay at that home was wonderful. The house is very close to the sea, it is close to 5th Avenue and lots of places to eat. Lav ocean view that you can see from the room is amazing and we will definitely return again.
