Excellent experience from start to finish. El Descanso house exceeded our expectations. We were 6 adults and 2 children, and we all enjoyed it very much, especially the children with the pool. The property is exactly as shown in the photographs. It is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and located in a prime location to rest and enjoy beautiful sunsets facing the ocean. José Alberto was a first-rate host, always attentive and willing to answer any questions quickly and cordially. We highly recommend this property with complete confidence for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and unforgettable moments with family.

Beautiful oceanfront house, perfect for family time. José was extremely friendly, attentive, and always available to make sure we received good service. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home. The pool area and the ranch, right in front of the beach, are the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and the house. We hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The outdoor space is a real asset: the different garden furniture and large tables allow everyone to enjoy themselves. Special mention for the sunsets, which are simply spectacular. and the pool is warm ​The house is really designed for the comfort of guests (many hooks, bath and beach towels provided, etc.), which makes the experience very fluid and pleasant. ​Some tips for future visitors: ​Kitchen: minimalist condiments (salt and sugar only). Remember to bring your spices, oil and other condiments. ​Local life: As is often the case in the area, ants are very present, even with impeccable cleaning. Be careful not to leave any food lying around. ​Beach safety: Warning, the currents are very strong on all beaches in the area (bays). Keep an eye on the signs. We'll go back to the villa without so much as a second thought.

An excellent place... all of us who went literally managed to rest; we slept a lot. I highly recommend it for adults... with small children you have to be very careful about the pool and beach access, especially if there is a child who likes to escape... but I really recommend it, we will be back soon!

A great place to stay! Tivives is a small village with one restaurant and a mini mart, so it felt very private and relaxing. The restaurant is great and the people are friendly too. The house is right on the beach, and the outdoor space is what makes it so great. The outdoor kitchen and pool are where we spent almost all of our time, it was a nice view. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cooking instruments, just make sure to bring your own oil and seasonings. Overall, had a great time relaxing here and I’d recommend the house!

The house is as it appears in the photos, excellent security and privacy of the house, the host is very attentive and friendly, we will definitely return soon.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was just as shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable. My family had a great time and Jose, the host, was super attentive and kind at all times. Highly recommended!
