Stay was amazing. Airbnb offered direct access to private beach. Location was great, walking distance to the malecón. Place was clean and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of Airbnbs. This one is #1. They’ve thought of everything and the construction, location, views, amenities and service were all way beyond what even the pickiest of people would anticipate. It’s perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay at Michael’s place. I highly recommend. Everything from the pools, the restaurant, and the apartment itself made this accommodation truly a place to relax and have fun. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped which is great if you want to let your inner chef shine during your stay. If you don’t like cooking, the restaurant on-site is amazing too! All rooms come with TVs if you like to end the day with a good show like me. Zona Romántica is super close by which is super convenient. Wifi is very quick. My fav part was the balcony, it’s spacious, private, and the best if you want to look at the sea for hours like me.

Michael and Kim were very easy to communicate with and the check-in process was smooth sailing. The condo is fantastic with a huge balcony and beautiful view. The rooftop infinity pool was phenomenal and we thoroughly enjoyed eating delicious meals at the rooftop bar. Uber is very inexpensive to get around and walking is certainly also an option. The condo staff were also wonderful. We loved staying here. Thank you Michael!

Perfect place for our family with two young kids (preschool and toddler). Incredible value compared to an all inclusive! The pools were amazing for our kids. The large master bath was great for setting up our pack and play, but didn't have great ventilation (we actually used a stroller fan we had brought to keep air circulating during the day). Playa Amapas is our favorite beach in PV, so we loved having stairs directly to it and a shower at the bottom of the steps. The concierge, PVRPV, was less of a hit for us - the shuttle they booked for us was quite a bit more expensive than what we could find ourselves online, and the private chef (Benjamin) they booked did not wow us, especially for the cost ($40-$60pp). Trying to get cash in small enough denominations for tipping was tough, since Oxxo doesn't like breaking big bills and the condo restaurants are cashless. Plan to go into town every day or two for cash / groceries / food variety and you will have a great time! We'll be back!

We stayed at this condominium in Puerto Vallarta and the experience was simply spectacular. The photos don’t do it justice—upon arrival we found a place even more beautiful and welcoming than we had imagined. The staff at Sayan Beach are first-class, always attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Emilio at the restaurant and José at the reception, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant is exquisite and delicious—definitely worth trying. The pools are luxurious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The location of the condo and the view are simply top-notch—waking up to that scenery is priceless. We would also like to recognize Javier from PVRPV, who was always there for us, from the initial setup to any detail that came up during our stay. Words fall short to describe how pleasant and comfortable we felt here. Without a doubt, we will be back, and I wholeheartedly recommend this phenomenal place!

We had an amazing time at Sayan Beach 3D. The condo was beautiful and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The pools were fantastic, and the views were stunning. The restaurant had a nice variety and was very convenient when we just wanted to relax on site. We booked massages on our balcony through Alan (very helpful and responsive). The best massage I've had. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Our family of five, which includes three teenagers had an amazing stay. It had to be benefits of an exclusive resort yet the comfort of a home. Home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and felt like you anticipate our needs. MICHAEL, the host was very responsive and answered any question we had. We will definitely return back on our next family vacation to Puerto Vallarta.

Michael's place was fantastic. My wife and I shared the unit with our friends and there was plenty of room for all, without feeling crowded. The location and amenities were as described and the staff and food available at the restaurant were beyond expectation. We travel to Mexico regularly and look forward to staying here again. Great condo in a great location just south of the Zona Romantica. Easy walk along the beach to bars, restaurants and shopping (but not for mobility-challenged). 100 peso taxi rides for 4 to and from ZR. On site restaurant was 3.5/5 (pizza was outstanding for Mexico), drinks were good, and staff was 100% helpful. Unit was stocked with detergent for washer and dishwasher, which isn't always the case with an Airbnb. Highly recommended.

Such an incredible place! The unit is beautiful, clean & well stocked. The Sayan staff went above & beyond - helping us get set up with activities & massages. We enjoyed breakfast downstairs every morning & a relaxing afternoon by the rooftop pool, and at night it was a quick Uber or walk down to restaurants & bars. Already looking into availability next year! Thank you, Michael! We will be back soon 😉

We had the best time at Sayan Beach. The condo was pristine. The 3rd floor was the perfect height for a gorgeous view of the romantic zone as well as the fireworks that occur over Los Muertos Beach. We travel to PV for the food and the people. The location of Sayan Beach is just a 4-5 minute Uber/cab ride from all the best restaurants as well as the best beach clubs. The staff was incredible and made us feel like family. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic place and stay! The unit, property and views are gorgeous. The staff on the grounds were very friendly and helpful ie cabs, general info or anything else they could offer. We never had any needs for the concierge team, since we already had our vehicle and excursions booked, but it was nice knowing they we there just in case! The unit was furnished like my house, not a rental. Lots of kitchen amenities on hand; even some games and supplies left by past guests (like the off bug spray that we left behind). We had an issue with the hot water. It was addressed and fixed timely. I guess I could just say, that I would consider living or buying and should some up our trip! Thank you Michael

I travel to PVR several times a year and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Great location, staff was extremely nice, and it was a beautiful unit. Michael was a very responsive host and made sure my family and I were all set once we arrived. Food and drinks were delicious and we loved eating/relaxing on the rooftop. I will definitely be back to stay in this unit.

Absolutely amazing from check-in to check out. The view, the amenities, the pools and the on-site restaurants are beyond. The staff onsite were helpful and very accommodating. I would stay here over and over again. Don't think twice about staying here, just do it! We traveled with my mother, brother, and 2 young boys and everyone enjoyed themselves.

We had an amazing time at Michael's place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful and well located. It is even better than the pictures! the food at the restaurants is very good, we felt so well taking care of by the entire staff (Jesus, Melqui, Juan)! We even had massages at the spa, I want to go back!

The apartment is beautiful, it’s in a great location, a short taxi ride from town but peaceful. The rooftop and ground floor pools are beautiful. Michael was extremely helpful throughout. I would strongly recommend this place and I hope to go back!

We had some issues when we first arrived but everything was easily attended to. The property managers were ready and helpful giving us clear instructions on the Complex. Everyone was very very friendly and we were happy in luxury! The beds were comfortable and the shower s were amazing.

Sayan Beach was perfect for our holiday! Michael was an amazing host and we wanted for nothing! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our trip to PVR, Mexico. The amenities that are offered for guests included an infinity pool with bartender and waiter to bring you cocktails straight to your chair. We enjoyed the heated rooftop pool everyday and even tried the hot jacuzzi on a few occasions. The security/doorman at Sayan Beach were helpful and attentive. They gave us a sense of security, directions, and even helped order pizza for us. We took several trips into the Romantic Zone nearby to eat and shop and Uber drivers was always available and cheap. We had an excellent stay and hope to return for future vacations in PVR.

Michael’s place was just perfect for our group. It’s south of Los Muertos beach but walkable to the main area we love which is Zona Romantica. There are three elements to staying at Michael’s 1) His beautiful 3 br 3 ba spacious place with spectacular views was perfectly private and extremely safe and comfortable. 2) the building and staff are amazing - I mean really amazing. The staff on site always took care of us. They secured a safe taxi on each trip to town and responded LIKE LIGHTNING when we lost a phone in a cab and succeeded in retrieving it (the on duty gate person takes note of the cab who dropped you off just in case there is an issue). There are two pools on the ground floor with a very clean and neat bar/restaurant and a spectacular infinity pool on the roof also with a nice bar and patio. Every thing is cleaned and maintained all day long. It’s an easy walk out of the back to quiet Sanyan beach. 3)PVRPV’s Kim who took care of everything else.

This apartment is stunning. It has so much space and the facilities are exceptional. We loved the view of the ocean and slept very well in the large and comfortable beds. There is a pool on the first floor, but the highlight is the infinity pool on the roof. The bar here offers great service and good food and drinks. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very good. Overall, this place is the perfect blend of a private Airbnb and services you would expect from a hotel. Highly recommended!

It was great. Please note that the Amapas road is closed to pedestrians because of a construction, so there’s no safe walkable route to the city. Make sure you account for taxi rides or rent a car. Michael made it up to us for this unforeseeable inconvenience. Great apartment, amenities and a great host.

This property is amazing. We were greeted at check-in and shown the unit and property. The staff of the building were absolutely amazing. The unit and the rooftop pool and deck are awesome with amazing views. Michael was very responsive and his staff was very helpful. This unit is totally a must stay.

This property is outstanding in every way. We were greeted by Vanessa, who was helpful and anticipated our needs. Totally lovely personality. Everyone was kind, the property was beautiful, and we would come back in a second! Joaquin in the restaurant stood out as particularly outstanding, as well as Mel, who always made sure we were well taken care of. Run, don’t walk, to this property; but only when we don’t want it! Six stars out of five.
