Spatious flat with shared pool. Most of the time we were alone in the pool. Perfect location, two steps from the 5th avenue where all restaurants and shops are. Two block away from the public beach mamitas. Perfect spot to be with your kids and family

Our stay was wonderful. Fer was so easy to work and very easy to communicate with. The rental was beautiful and perfect for our family. The condo is beautifully designed with lots of space. It is in an ideal location just steps from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back the next time we come to Playa!

This place was absolutely beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. It’s literally steps from 5th Avenue, yet once you’re inside the property it feels secluded, quiet, and very private. The location is unbeatable: just a block from the beach, where we spent most of our days. The pool is large and perfect for kids, which made it even better for our family. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. An absolute must-stay—we would not hesitate to book here again.

Great location, extremely walkable with kids. My family went to cafes for ice cream and coffee every day. The apartment was beautifully designed and a lovely vacation oasis! We appreciated the hospitality and responsiveness of Fer and Daniel, they're great hosts.
