Franklin's place is a gem! It is very well equipped and was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the washer and dryer and Franklin was very easy to reach when needed. The view was wonderful and the space was bright. Franklin was very kind and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond, bringing us a corkscrew at 7:30 at night when he found out that the one from the space was no longer there. We highly recommend this place.
